Please read this everyone and also read the rest of the reviews before you decide to visit this place. I wish I would have before I took my business to this poorly ran place they call a mechanic shop. So I took my truck here in early February for 2 front tires. Driver side goes on no problem. Ok,cool. Next thing I know they are telling me they can't get the lugnuts off because THEY stripped them out. Then they told me they could get them off but would break my studs. Ok cool,trucks a little older,I understand. Well,they couldn't do that after they messed my lugs up. So the "Old man" the other reviews are talking about that shouldn't be working there to begin with tells me to go to his friends shop across town where I found out they could care less that he sent me there. So long story short, here it is March 6th and I still don't have all the lugs off since I left that shop because nobody else wants to do it, claims they can't do it, or has the proper tools to do it. I hope none of y'all ever have to deal with this problem, especially if youve never had to figure out how to remove them yourself. Anyways,I work out of town and today was the first time I've had the chance to go back and express my pain which should have been dealt with on my first visit. I walk in, go up to the old man, and tell him that that they are gonna have to fix my issue they started. He acts like he's never seen me or my truck and doesn't remember almost like what they did to me was regular business for them. So I pull out the only stuck lug nut I was able to remove myself so far in the $23 emergency lug nut remover I had to purchase for a reminder. He's then proceeds to get mad,tells me to leave and is reaching in his pockets. He pulls out his phone I guessed to call the cops with. I was polite and cool up to this point. I tried to reason with him 1 more time before I walked to my vehicle to call the cops as well being I didn't know what else to do in that situation. As I'm walking out the door,the old man pushes me with the little strength he had. Trying to restrain myself,I proceed to my vehicle so I can leave and then I decide to back up and wait for the police while I was calling as well. I had my window cracked at this point. Well,the old man walks to my vehicle and proceeds to stick his hands through the windows for my phone or to hit me,idk. He was too slow for either. The police get there and don't want to hear a word I have to say because the "Owner" told me to leave. They could care less that the company had put my life in danger with a bald tire and no way or no one to get it off. I wish I had looked at the cops badge but it was GPD regardless. Said I was wasting their time like screw my life, then he went to cussing me out and making sure I left the property after I said this is some BS. He or they didn't care that there was a camera right outside the front door of the business on the eave and took the owners word for it that they didn't have cameras. Very poorly ran company with a dirty no good manager and a mechanic that apparently doesn't know how to use the right tools. I could say so much more I'm going to end there. Boycott this place Greensboro!

I came on Dec 27th 2023- They gave me a bad tire and they refuse to fix it "because it was used and "its as is" - Which confirms if you're sellig used tires as is means their defective and not up to driving standards. He was tryna blame me that I ran over a nail etc etc - When two days later the tire pressure sign continued to come on. He was very rude, & inconsiderate. I wouldnt recommend my worst enemy to go here.

Fast Service and good price. I had my inspection done and needed some tires to pass, they had the tires I needed for a great price unlike the other shops who want 40-45$ for a used tire. They got the job done and they did it fast. Granted the guys are bit rough around the edges but when it comes to speed and quality work that s the place I go to.

Most places don t charge just to check and see why your check engine light is on. They charge $15 here which is a rip off if you ask me. They do a lot of the simple mechanic things but when it comes to major work they are no help at all. If you want good quality work go to Mike s Tire and service center you will not regret it.

I always use Mike's Tire Center for everything for my vehicles but they were closed for Christmas weekend and I had a flat. The gentleman was very quick at find the problem and plugging it. Very reasonably priced 4 an emergency.

I have come here for several years now to have my car inspected. I keep coming back because they are usually able to do the inspection right away, without a wait and without having to make an appointment. I recommend them, and will keep coming back for my own NC Vehicle Inspection here, because they get the job done efficiently and with minimum wait time.

Very rude. I pulled up here to get an inspection. Before I could get out of my car, the guy walked up to my car and without greeting me. I said how much for an inspection? He says the price then immediately demands me to get out of the car with an aggressive demeanor. And I said "Ok, I understand!" Anyway.... this was just a bad experience. They didn't charge the extra $10 for my tinted windows as everyone else did. He said only if they are illegal tint he would charge. I've been charged every year I'd had them. Smh.UPDATE: (6/24/2020) I have legal 35% tint. I wrote this review 2 now going on 3 years ago. I doubt I was the reason for you guys getting suspended for 6 months. I never came back and I never will. This place is too rude. Even your response was a bit rude. Take Care.

Rude rude rude!!!!!! Only way to describe it! I pulled up for some air and to get prices on tires and first the guy waves me back to back up. That was fine because another car was in front of me wait my turn I get it. Then when I was finally asked what can they help me with I ask for air in my tire and the mechanic says I don t have time it s a Sheetz up the street. If that s the way you treat a potential customer no thanks! These guys are always rude don t know how they re staying in business.

I got a tire changed here today, the older man was very rude and pushy. He acted as if he didn't want to service me. My tire was flat and the older man asked was this the one. I mean you had to be Ray Charles to not see that flat on the driver, left hand side. The younger guy was the one I spoke to. He was the one who fixed the tire. When the younger guy was done, I finally got a smile out of him. I went inside to pay and I couldn't finish signing my name on my credit card receipt before old dude, tried to snatch it out of my hand. It was bad. Next time, I will risk driving on my flat to a Black owned business.

Rudest workers in Greensboro. Make your check engine light come on after you leave so you ll be back. Purposefully lower the pressure in your tires so they wear down faster. They even hang up the phone right when they pick it up so they don t have to talk to you. Horrible place.

Not impressed with the place was charge 40 dollars for a diagnostic fee to check my window which the motor needs replacing i understand charging for the service but atleast put the door back together since it couldn't have been fixed that day
