Staff was friendly and did not pressure us at all! Walked in as two ladies expected to be told what was up. They never once made us feel pressured and even did a deal for the 2 cars we wanted! I will definitely use this dealership again! If you need a good car come here and talk to Joe!

Took my daughter s car there for the engine light being on. It took almost a week for them to determine that a gas cap was needed. Got the car back and the engine light came back on within 100 miles. Took it back and was told, the catalytic converter was faulty. Asked for the diagnostic check paper work, NEVER GOT IT. The service manager was upset that I questioned their work. Told me to take the car, NEVER PRESENTING THE DIAGNOSTIC CHECK PAPERWORK. Saying take your car, there is no charge. The engine light went off. Contacted another shop and they said, if the catalytic converter was bad, the light would stay on until it was replaced. I WOULD NEVER EVER GO BACK THERE AGAIN!!! And the service person was very shaky. I had to call to get updates both times.

Took my 2013 Elantra in recently to have some recall work completed. Kelley (service consultant) was great, as was Lamar (service manager). Facility is very impressive--modern, clean, very customer-friendly. My work was completed fairly quickly and, as far as I can determine, accurately. I was pleasantly surprised and very satisfied with my experience!

I always have a great experience when I get my service here. Since I bought my car in May 2022, they have always provided exceptional service to me. They are helpful, knowledgable, and caring. I've had great interactions with Kelly. Today Robert was a great representative of this dealership. He was patient, informative, and very helpful. I definitely recommend coming here for all your car needs. Very clean building as well!

Sales experience was a great....but it goes downhill from there. I purchased a full coverage warranty including the Tire & Wheel Service contract. After catching a flat tire on the road, I was met with no resolution at Hyundai's service department. I came in on a Friday. They told me they could not process my tire claim until Monday because the insurance company was closed and that I would have to pay out of pocket upfront if I wanted the tire that day. On Saturday I decided to come back and just pay for the tire upfront and this time the same service rep (Robert) told me I couldn't pay for the tire upfront because they wouldn't have the tire in stock until Tuesday. Why sell a Tire and Wheel service contract through a 3rd party company that is not available to service your customers in a timely fashion? Also why sell this Tire & Wheel service contract if your own service department doesn't keep tires in stock for the cars you sell frequently. I have a 2022 Sonata. This dealership needs to work on the quality of their service department and revisit the insurance products they are selling. I went to a tire place in my neighborhood and got the same make/model tire the same day after being turned away by Hyundai's service department a second time. Just going to file the claim for the tire myself. Not an ideal experience ....especially considering the monthly cost for the car and warranty.

WiFi was out. As a remote worker, I understand things happen. Tried to reschedule appointment but could not due to service technicians not starting at 8am. Tried to speak with manager about it to no avail. Once I leave building, manager and technician laughed about it saying I only wanted money from them. That was not the case, initially I wanted to voice my opinion on the inconvenience and my frustration from having to miss work. Location will not be revisited.

I bought a Tucson from Capital Hyundai and had an AMAZING experience. The staff were all extremely kind and helpful. It didn t feel like they were playing games like other dealers which is a win. Shoutout to Derrick, Joe and Anthony for great service!

We have purchased two vehicles at Capital Hyundai and have had positive sales experiences both times. But what REALLY stands out to us is the incredible service department. One of our Hyundai's had an unusual electrical problem that was difficult to trace. The Service Department Manager Lamar and technician Jacob did everything they possibly could to find and fix the problem. They communicated with us every step of the way and we always felt confident they were giving our vehicle their very best effort. It is rare in today's world to experience quality, caring customer service..that is what you will get at Capital Hyundai!

Dropped my car off on March 28th for an appointment and haven t heard a word about my car. I have called at least 5 times to get an update on the car and promised a call back but nothing. Communication is very important.

On 12/19/23 I took friend of mine to purchase a slightly used vehicle. Great experience dealing with the sales team, from our sales specialists Derrick, management, finance, and detail tech who had the vehicle spotless.Highly recommend this Team.

Lifetime oil changes? Yeah, don't count on that. They do them every 8000 miles, not 5-6000 like it should be, and it only lasts until you hit 32,000. This place is not only disgusting, the people are cheap salesmen who try to upsell you on products literally nobody needs. They're lying, thieving jerks and the last thing we need in this world is more people like that. Save your money and go somewhere else. I know I will be now that my brand new car is messed up with these awful oil changes they subjected it to.

May I start by saying that when I entered Capital Hyundai of Greensboro the first person who approached me was Derrick, the salesperson. He greeted me as soon as I entered the door and asked if there was anything that he could do to help me. I say this because he made Capital or better yet the environment warm and inviting and less overwhelming and stressful which are two emotions that often accompany purchasing a vehicle. Unlike other salespersons who are interested in "making a sale," Derrick was concerned about what vehicle I desired to purchase which was the G80, and my comfort level with making a final decision. He also explained the process including all available options and worse/best scenario so I can make an informed decision without a pressure. Ultimately, I purchased the G80 which is a true beauty in immaculate condition and low mileage due to Derrick's help. I would highly recommend Derrick as a salesperson for anyone who is looking for a fair and great deal!!!

Experience here was like none other. Left vehicle for service. Due to being unable to get ahold of anyone at the service department for days I had to drive to the dealership. I found my vehicle trashed (open liquid containers and general trash in the vehicle). Had nice discussion with service manager and said I understood mistakes happen. Upon picking up the vehicle I found some of the trash removed but the vehicle wasn t simply even vacuumed inside. Even worse I found over $500 of items missing from my center console. Police report filed. Service manager acted as if he cared, but didn t. Never heard from General Manager. Horrible experience overall. I would advise taking your vehicle to an upstanding shop that services Hyundais. I was told Auto Logic close by was good and I m sure there are others. Anything would be superior to Capital Hyundai until they get their act together.

New to the Capital Hyundai store. Had nothing but a great experience. Kelley in the service department guided me to what was best when servicing my car. She was not pushy and was able to answer all my questions that I needed . I even had a chance to meet the service manager Lamar he was very kind. Definitely will be coming back here for all my services.

$225 diagnostic test to tell me my ambient thermometer f� isn t working right. Clearly, I could read that myself. I understand people need to get paid, but I m very unimpressed with the value of the service. If I had could rate Hyundai USA, I d probably give 2 stars

I m so excited about my new 2022 Hyundai Tucson. Tank was awesome and gave me the most competitive pricing compared to other Hyundai dealerships in the Raleigh, Durham, Greensboro area. The finance guy even got me a lower interest rate than SECU. I left with the vehicle I wanted and a slightly lower car payment then I was expecting. If you re in the market fir a vehicle, I highly recommend Tank. He will make sure you leave smiling.

Love the remodel in the Hyundai Store. The service department looks great and love the new waiting area. The staff is amazing. Kelley, Sabrina and Lamar make a good team. Definitely will be coming back for service.

I purchased a 2020 Lexus RX 450h in early August of this year and have yet to receive my permanent tags. I was hesitant to purchase my car out of state but my husband recently purchased his car in VA and we had our tags in less than a month. We live in Maryland and will need to request a 4th temp tag by the end of the month. My patience is running thin. Unacceptable!!!

*Update to review - I was contacted several hours after posting this review and was asked to revise my review BEFORE bringing in my car to be looked at again. I had also previously contacted the BBB. I am not a mechanic, but do have reason to believe there was an initial misdiagnosis - not on purpose. I don't think they initially meant to not fix the issue.Apparently, I am just a "bully" according to the dealership. Here's the response from the dealership..."After diagnosing the issue at no charge, we gave Ms. Willard a fair estimate to repair her 2013 Sonata that now has 155,000 miles. She has declined to repair it at this time. No other concessions will be made to Ms. Willard as we feel her only motivation is to bully us into repairs that are not our responsibility by using the BBB and Google Reviews."My Initial review below...I suggest you stay away and take your business elsewhere.Don't bother trying to schedule service here - their online platform for scheduling is useless and frustrating. (NOTHING available to schedule online.) When you call, you are put on hold and taken straight to voicemail for an advisor. I have left messages and not gotten a call back.In March, I called for an appointment for an issue with my AC. The appointment could not be scheduled until MID-MAY! I paid around $700 for the repairs and the AC is still not functioning properly. I want the issue resolved, but no one seems to want to assist in getting it resolved. The courtesy of a call back would be appreciated. But, can't even get that! Not sure of BBB ratings, but thinking they will be contacted. The people there seem nice and they are obviously understaffed. But the owners of the dealership need to do better by their staff and their customers.

Worse service ever received. We dropped our car off for repairs and after weeks of waiting we were advised to bring the car in.After paying over $1200 for parts and labor we were told the car was ready, some of the parts were changed and car no longer had the noise the fan was making.After my wife went inside I started the car and there the same noise was they said wasn t there. Even if you were deaf you could hear it.After calling and speaking to the service manager the next day he was saying the mechanic was not aware of the issue he was only advised to change parts which was a lie. My wife advised them about the noise the fan was making from day one.Service manager said I was rude because I interrupted him twice. We work hard for our money am I not allowed to be upset? I never used expletives nor was I disrespectful.Just to now here they need more more for an additional part. Worse service ever I wish we had stayed with Chevy.I wish I have read the reviews before purchasing a car here

I've had better car buying experiences. And would've given a 3 star review. But I despise being lied to. The finance person looked me dead in the eye and said I can't buy my own gap insurance....even though you can, and i did! Can't stand a liar. I will never do business there again... plus they wanted 3800 for an extended warranty.....insane.

I don't know if I had given a review or not but it doesn't matter I had the pleasure of meeting Miss Sabrina snow she was phenomenal she was great she performed every job that was given to her I am honored to know you you got my vehicle service even if you are off that day that Friday the 25th and my car was done and I was on my way Saturday morning going back to Georgia I think you so much Capitol Hyundai and I also commend you on having such a great staff that goes for everyone who had their hands you really made my holiday a p even though I got stuck in Greensboro North Carolina

I went in for service today. I had not been to this location since March of this year. There was a small problem with my vehicle and Joseph A. went above and beyond to fix the problem. I have worked with the public for 25 years as a Store Manager. The example Joseph set and the the excellent customer service will keep me coming back to this location for years to come. Thank You Joseph! Simply Outstanding!

Sales department: From my initial phone inquiry with Denise who was so sweet and answered all of my questions about a car on the lot, to the test drive and car feature review with Dmitri who is one of the most genuine, down-to-earth individuals you ll ever meet, truly made this an amazing car buying experience! The 1+ hour drive to see the car and work with wonderful people was completely worth it! Thank you all so much!

Problem after problem. Commitments not kept and orders screwed up. I picked my car up today after having some accessories installed and the inside of the car is dirtier now than it was when I dropped it off. NOT impressed with sales or service at this point.
