Always kept up to date through text messages- repairs were quick- customer service was exceptional- I would definitely recommend you contacting them if you needed any kind of body repair work down. Car looked like brand new when they were finished and they returned it cleaner than it was dropped off.

I arrived around 11:25am for a 11:30am appointment to get an estimate for car repair on a Thursday morning. There was a little wait as they had to get me set up and what not. Afterwards, i walked around with the estimators to show them the damage. They talked to me about what could be repaired and what needed to be replaced. The staff was super friendly and answered any and all questions that I had throughout the process.I will admit that when I called to make the estimate appointment, the first available was about 3-4 weeks out. So, I would say to expect the estimate to take a while.

Do not take your vehicle here!! They had my car for damn near 3 months!! Kept delaying my pickup date a day or 2 before, then i finally pick up my vehicle and my stereo and amp is missing!!... nothing but wires.... then i speak to the manager and he's all nonchalant saying he's had a problem with people breaking in people's cars... but u never once thought to call and let me know what was going on, just kept delaying... how is that professional

I would give this location a 1 star if the service reps at the front desk weren't super nice and friendly. That's about the highlight of my experience here. I was re-ended and chose to take my car to Caliber because it's a 'name brand' car repair company and they were quick to fit me in. They 'completed' the repairs after 3 weeks and when I went to pick up my car I had to reject pick up because the parts they fixed/replaced in the back weren't aligned correctly and it was pretty obvious. After another 2 weeks of waiting I went again when they said it was 'done' and not only were the same parts misaligned, but some pieces of plastic (that cover the bolts used to hold the misaligned parts in place) were literally broken and fell off when I opened the trunk. I'm not sure how that passed quality control but okay. So then another 2.5 weeks later and I finally got my car and it was good enough that I picked it up. I don't understand how it took 3 attempts and the customer acting as quality control for a simple rear ending to get fixed. It makes me questions how good the quality of work is on the damage that I can't see or if something is going to fall off after a week or two. I refuse to go back to any Caliber and I advise everyone I know not to go there either. It took 2 months, 60 days, to fix something they said 'rarely takes more than 20'. It's a joke that I had to check the quality of the work and found this that should have never let the car leave the shop (like the plastic covers literally falling off the car when I opened the trunk).Reply to Caliber: how do you read all of that and think the biggest issue is the wait time? I'd be fine waiting 6 months if it's right the first time. The utter lack of quality control is the reason I'll recommend to everyone I know to avoid caliber at all costs.

I chose this shop to get my car repaired before, and I had a great experience, but this time, not so much. They never sent me updates as they did before. They took forever to get my vehicle towed to their shop. They took forever to get the tires. They didn't do an alignment. One of the workers said, We didn't have an alignment done this time because it was a headache getting it done the last time the car was here. That's not how you provide quality service to a returning customer. My car doesn't ride the same. It is very squeaky while driving. I noticed they went into my trunk, which I found weird since they had no reason to go inside. The inside of my car had a foul stench, and the driver's seat was dirty. When I went to pick up the car, they didn't have the paperwork ready (I called the previous day to see if my car was ready, and the lady I spoke to said she would make a note that I would be coming to pick it up) I wouldn't recommend this shop to anyone. Plus they spelled my name wrong.Services: Tires, Steering & suspension repair, Painting, Body & Trim

It took 2 weeks to get an estimate appointment. When I arrived on the scheduled date and scheduled time, I was told they couldn't find my appointment in their system. The receptionist was certainly not particularly nice, Her comment was, "well, you'll just have to wait until he (the estimator) is available." No "please," no "I'm sorry," etc., and seemed annoyed by the whole situation. I'm really not sure if they eventually found my appointment in their system, but I reconfirmed with Allstate that I definitely had one. If they found it, wouldn't an apology have been in order? Eventually, an estimator did look at the dent and subsequently emailed the estimate.I phoned their shop in the afternoon to schedule the repair. The minute I stated the purpose of my call, the woman said, "it will be February 1st." She then asked if my Allstate policy covered a rental car (which it does not). I explained that I work out of town Monday-Wednesday and was hoping to minimize the amount of time I was without my vehicle. She said they'd need my vehicle "for at least 2 weeks." Mind you, I had gotten two previous estimates from other shops, and one was 4 days and one was 3 days. When I stated that I'd have to get back with them about scheduling any repair, since I couldn't be without my car for 2 weeks, the woman just hung up!I can tell you which body shop is NOT going to make the repairs on my vehicle. Rude beyond belief! Apparently can't keep their appointment calendar straight. And they apparently think that people can just park their vehicles at their shop for indefinite periods, so they can work on them at their convenience!Horrible customer service experience!PS - Caliber replied by providing an email address where I could share the original estimate and they would supposedly address my concerns. I did EXACTLY that and heard nothing further. Incidentally, I put this same review on Yelp and got the identical reply. When I pointed out that I received no reply thereafter, Caliber deleted their original reply from Yelp!Service: Body & Trim

It was my first experience in going through an auto claim. They were very polite. They explained the process and have been good in communicating with me although it has taking longer than the projected completion date. My car is not finished as of yet and I can not comment on the quality of the job. I am anticipating craftsmanship that exhibit the name.

I took my car here for body repair back in November/December the job was not well done after a few weeks i started noticing details they did wrong. Another thing they were 2 parts they didn't have in stock they told me it was a 30 day lead time for the part to arrive we are on mid April and the parts still not available. They don't bother to call and keep you updated I've been calling once a month and every time they have a different date today they said lead time its June. I would not recommend this place .Service: Body & Trim
