I HIGHLY recommend this place for any and all vehicle repairs! I took my car to Caliber after an unfortunate, not at fault accident. This was one of the repair shop options through the insurance company of the person who hit me. They did an AMAZING job at repairing and painting my vehicle. The paint job was probably better than it was when the car was first manufactured! The staff was very easy to speak with, and they were amazing with their communication about vehicle repair updates. Mackenzie, thank you for your help and all of the informative messages you left for me about repairs being done to my vehicle. They were straight forward about the repairs necessary and didn t try to force unnecessary repairs. I am wanting to get more of my vehicle repainted from damages done just from it being an older car and I will definitely return to Caliber in the future!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE FOR EVERYONE!! **look at the lovely repairs in the pictures attached!**

This company and there employees make the process of having your cars body damage fixed quick and easy! Mackenzie was understanding and polite when I brought my car in and to pick it up and she kept me updated on the status of my car while they were working on it last week. They're great.

I will NEVER use them again not only did they over charge my insurance, but they did not complete the damages on my car STILL. They poorly communicated issues and sent a debt collector after money that was paid by my insurance months in advance. All this was done without a call or text about how to resolve the issue. Each time I had to be the person to call and see if my car was ready to be picked up and each time there was an issue I had less than an hour to resolve with my insurance company. I thought when I went to take my car for an estimate that I found a good place based on the reviews and the detailed walkthrough, but it has been a complete nightmare. THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR GIVING ME ANOTHER HEADACHE I HAVE TO FIX DUE TO YOUR POOR SERVICE.

I took my car in to be fixed and was received really well by Gage. There was a lot of controversy on the insurance people that did not want to pay well enough. But Gage worked with them and provided proof and paperwork justifying the wok all the way through and got my car fixed perfectly! It was a big process, but he also informed me almost every day of the progress. Since then, my family members have went there for two accidents and they were treated very good and their cars came out perfectly as well. I highly recommend Caliber Collision on S. Elm Eugene Greensboro. It was a luxury car and it was complicated. Yet he took his time and fixed it to factory specifications. My car had to have a lot of parts replaced, and it took a good while to do it but like I said, Mr. Gage worked thoroughly through it and got it done. Good Job. I wanted my car fixed right and it was fixed in an excellent manner just like new.

Staff was professional and friendly. Staff broke down all details about my vehicle on a level that I could understand because I know nothing about cars except how to gas them up. They were very proficient. I will recommend them any day. Great Job

Wouldn t recommend this shop even if it was your last result. Went in for minor body work got the car back with scratches on top of the car as well as residue all on passenger window and rear view window. Which I m assuming is from the tape used to put the plastic on for the paint job. Passenger window was working before I dropped the car off just to be called on the day I m supposed to pick it up telling me they don t know why it s not working. It s a 2024 mustang me being the first owner. Communication is key when you are running a professional business. Now I have to find time in my schedule to get my car repaired for additional things that wasn t even wrong when I dropped it off. Gave you guys a chance even after reading the negative reviews but I see now that was a mistake

OMG!! What can I say? They did an excellent job on my Camaro. It looked so good..I was scared to drive it and it was so cleaned. Also the ladies Makenzie and Dakota was the bomb!! I stopped by to have someone look underneath my car where I had turned around and the curb caught the shield and cracked it. I was greeted by a nice guy named Tony who went out and looked at it and within just a few minutes he had it fixed. I was impressed by the great customer service from him and because of Tony I recommend Caliber Collision. It means a lot especially these days most people have no clue what good customer service is and to me that ranks high and the way an Associate or Employee treats their Customers says a lot about the Company. I thought I'd posted a review but couldn't find it so this may be another one. Again thanks to Tony for taking care of the issue with my car.

Man big shout out to the team here!! I was able to get my car in and out in about 3 days, no problem. The team was knowledgeable with any question I had, and welcoming. Definitely recommend doing service with them, thanks again everyone!

The manager is rude to the customer if the customer questions a repair.There was windshield damage to the vehicle while in the shop. This damage was concealed. This location lacks integrity.

The staff is very down to earth and personable. They communicated very well with my insurance company as well as the rental car company. They kept me updated along the process and made sure to inform of any potential delays. While my car was in the shop there was a hurricane coming and caliber thought that were not going to be able to finish my car by their set deadline. The party came in early and they were able to get my car to me earlier. They really did a great job and plan to use them for some other body work concerns that I have! Absolutely the BEST customer service and repair work I have ever experienced. I've been in several accidents in my 50 years of driving and Caliber Collision out performed all of my previous repair services. Greg was fantastic and provided courteous and expert service. The office personnel, the emails and the texts communicated the repair progress like I have never experienced. I will request Caliber Collision on S Elm Eugene for any future body repairs.

I chose this shop to repair my car after I was hit in a car accident. The customer service was AMAZING!! I was informed on the process from start to finished. They did an amazing job. Looks like my car was never in a accident. Thank you

The team was great. We were kept informed throughout the process. Greg was very personable. My husband asked him to try and save what we call our "witnessing" tag/plate on the front of the car. I absolutely love this repair shop & plan to use them in the future for my body repair needs. From the 1st call asking for help with setting up my tow, the entire staff was friendly, informed and helpful. I visited this location for an insurance repair concerning a deer. I was kept in the know the entire process & anytime I had a question or concern, the staff happily assisted. My expectations were exceeded again with the fact that from tow to return to me only took 8 business days, when I expected no less than 15 for the amount of damage. Will recommend to family & friends and will be returning!Edit: they also detailed the inside of my car & washed the outside upon completion of my repair. Service truly can't be beat here!

I was in a car accident and my insurance company sent me to Caliber and im so glad they did. If you ever have to go to them please ask for Patrick he is GREAT TO WORK WITH!!! He makes sure you understand everything thats happening with your vehicle plus he is just a very friendly nice person.

I stopped by, thinking that it was Nunley. Wasn't aware that management had changed. I needed a molding strip on the top of my car fixed. The young man came right out and looked at it. Explained what probably caused it and repaired it for me on the spot for "free". The place is very clean. Staff is nice. Comfortable for a female to go alone , if needed. I will definitely be going back and giving them a try on a paint job.Service: Body & Trim
