I had the best experience while at this dealership. The employees are extremely polite & very professional. Customers are treated very well. There was a safety recall for my car. I also received a list of repairs that my car needs. When my car was ready, an employee came to get me, he walked me to my car & opened the door for me and closed it. What a gentleman he was. Thanks again BMW of Greensboro.

BMW Z4. In for pcv replacement. Also new Continental tires, alignment.Service writer Tyrone exceptional. Requested a ride home. When no driver was available, Tyrone took his lunch break to drive me home!83, walk with a cane! What an outstanding person you have!Reward him!!Services: Wheel alignment, Auto maintenance, Battery

Had an appointment but running behind which is understandable. It can happen. Andrew worked with me and made sure that I was comfortable as I went through the process of having my car serviced.

After waiting nearly 9 hours for a repair that I was quoted 4 hours when I dropped off at 8am, I was hit with a surprise $150 diagnostic fee at pickup. When I told Tyrone that this fee wasn't communicated to me in the morning or I wouldn't have had them quote me on the other work, his response was to ask if I was "questioning his integrity".He continued to escalate the situation and ask me inappropriate questions in response to my clear statement that this fee was never communicated to me. "What do you do for a living? How much do you charge?" How is that any of your business or have anything to do with this?Then he asked if I wanted his tech to not get paid. I said of course not, I just don't want to pay this surprise fee I never agreed to. I asked him to meet me halfway and at least discount it 50% but he refused that too. It was now past 6pm and I was frustrated, angry and just wanted to leave, so I paid.This was the single worst customer experience of my life. I will never bring my car here again and recommend the same to anyone else reading this.Service: Body & Trim

I had a mysterious issue with my car that even a BMW expert at another dealership couldn t solve. I took my car to Crown BMW and they figured out what it was! They thoroughly reviewed the cost to repair and I thought the pricing was very fair. I will always choose this dealership for my maintenance needs.

I recently bought a used 2013 Bmw, had a battery and air leak issue. Went in and saw Jamil to get everything looked at and fixed, he was very professional as well as making sure everything could be done based on my time constraint. After finding the issue Jamil came out to show me exactly what was wrong (never had a service tech at other dealerships do this before) I was not expecting this but was pleased to know what I was paying for instead of just seeing the bill and trusting the issues were there. Would recommend going in to see Jamil for any Bmw issues, he ll take care of you without any hassleServices: General repairs & maintenance, Engine repair

Will never go back. Second bad experience at BMW when my car was serviced at two different locations. Would not recommend to anyone. Overpriced for low quality work
