The workers were courteous. I called them first and asked if they had the tire size that I needed for my car. They put me on hold to go check. When they said yes. They gave me the price over the phone as well. When I arrived, they knew who I was. They had finished with a customer, and they immediately started on mine. Great service, good tires, and good prices. I recommend them.

Called them at 7:30 in the morning to confirm they had my correct tire size. I let them know I'd be on my way .They had me wait over 30 minutes with promises of being on the way only to keep me waiting longer. I ended up being late for work and I did reach out and let them know how they went about things was unprofessional and inconsiderate.Be communicative and honest with clients from the start . The office opening hours clearly state 6am so for me to be waiting past 8:30 only to wind up going elsewhere is insane.

Needed 2 used tires. They had 2 Goodyear perfect condition they looked new, for a really good price. Service was fast and they were very friendly.

I came here to get 4 tires put on and not even got them balanced and at first charged me 200 but then came down to 175.This is very unprofessional and they acted racists to us. I would not advise anyone to come here.

Called and said what tires I needed and received a price Once i got there he charged me $100 extra and put FOUR different size tires on my car Asked for a receipt He replied Why you don't need it I remember who you are... Couple days later my tire was flat Went back to get it fixed TWO days later and day same tire I got fixed comes off my rim as I'm driving down highway I wouldn't recommend him to anyone

Very Friendly, sang the whole time in the rain changing my tire!! High recommend didn t even know they been here for a YEAR.. will definitely return from now on have very good trend on the use tires!!!

Never got a bad tire from these guys always prompt and polite I miss them being open 24/7 because I always have people needing their services late night but I know it s coming back!!!

Charged $50 to flip 1 tire and he broke my valve stem just to charge me an extra $20Went to Martinez tires they charged me $40 to flip 2 don t get scammed by this sucker no matter how desperate you are

Great place and very friendly guys. After calling about 10 shops to plug my tire they were the only ones who had time and had the help to actually do it. Highly recommend. Fast and quality work.

Forgiven was very helpful. Skyhigh I wanted to get one tire he gave me a good price on two. Grateful for his knowledge desire me negligence in wanting to get one. Have me a good price and I'll definitely go back in the next few weeks for the back tires. Great service great prices.I never went back to review. After a week I had to get another tire it exploded. In all actuality I got an additional two more tires. That one busted as well. I was extremely disappointed. I know they were used but I was haphazard w my driving. Smh I'm going to take back my stars due to having to come back a few more times. Forgot my attachment that screw into where you put air in the tire amongst other things. Please watch the people you hire. He ended up being a real creep.

Great service and selection of tires. My favorite thing about this place is the hours and 24 mobile service. After telling him what I needed I was very impressed with the service and tires. I would say that this is the best tire shop I ve been to in Greensboro and probably the state. Will definitely return. I highly recommend.

These guys are top notch and stand behind their work. The used tires as well as the new tires are value priced. As far as the service, it is fast and it is done right. Being open 24 hours is above and beyond any tire store I know of and made a huge difference in one personal late night case for me. I highly recommend them to all my friends and associates. On a scale of one to five stars ...I give them TEN...

Good people. But staying open 24hrs is a lie. Don t have a sign up saying 24hrs if it s not open. If you open for certain things at a certain time, you need to have that on the sign instead just having people thinking you open 24hrs. You can call them and no answer, but will text you asking what you need and then you text them and they don t respond after

Hello Darlings and Gentleman.I didn't know a 24hr tire service existed until someone told me about them, indeed they were open late.Very professional, don't up charge, don't suggest work you don't need, reasonably priced, organized, fast service and Ladies may I add cute I haven't seen an ugly one yet so try them out. Ladies just sit back and enjoy the show

I came in late to have a tire looked at, and the young man there got me fixed up, and the tire mounted back on my vehicle very quickly. He was extremely polite, and helpful, did not try to take advantage of me as far as the cost. Would recommend to everyone.

We got a flat tire traveling on the highway. So glad we found this place. Top notch service. Highly recommend them. Fast Greatservice. Update* We made it home but went to our mechanic and found out tire for a 100 bucks from 24 hour tire was patched.

I'm not sure why a business that advertise open 24hr close at 10pm... and what makes matters worse when you call the shop a kid answer the phone and says it actually close at 8pm... after doing a quick look up of the company I now understand why it's ran the way it is... don't waste you time or money with these ppl!

I would love to give this company 10 stars!! Responsive, professional, courteous and experienced! He fielded a very stressful situation (for us) and made it into a home run! He got our daughter, who was stranded and needed a tire, home safe and sound. Feel confident in using this company when you are in a pinch!

I had an unexpected flat tire and was under a lot of stress of getting it towed home or to a shop. With all of the shops closing at 7 and most them booked first thing in the morning I was lucky to find this place! I was able to get my tire changed the same evening! After confirmation of services , they were at my house in 30 minutes and tire changed in 20 minutes! I will be back on the road first thing in the morning for work!

Blew a tire while trying to avoid a crash as I was driving through Greensboro on my way from Florida to Virginia. 24 Hour Tires came to my rescue on the roadside, super quickly, charged with a reasonable price and was so friendly! Thank you thank you thank you!!!
