Out of all the places I had to use in life, I must say that Beamer Tire and Auto Repair Greensboro is awesome and wonderful. Ms. Michelle was friendly and Mr. Buddy s dedication with crewmen replacing a tire made my day brighter. If anyone needs a tire and can drive to 4430 West Wendover Avenue while or living in Greensboro, then I assure you will be pleased with the A+ customer service and quality of service given by professional crewmen.

I came by here on a Monday morning at 8 AM to drop my car off to have my front brakes checked and replaced if needed. I had called on this past Thursday to get a quote. I was told that they needed to see and inspect it and then I was given an estimate. Of course, it was much cheaper than what Toyota was estimating. I was told that I would have to leave my car all day.At 10AM, they called and said my brakes were fine and that I had a couple more oil changes before any brake work needs to be done. I guess this means that I don t need to be going to Toyota anymore until the service is feee.Afterwards, I was asked if I had my 90K miles service, which I didn t. I was told I would get a call back with the quote. I received a call back about 11:20AM with prices for 90K services including fuel system, spark plugs, and fluids. The total was over $800. I decided to go ahead and have them due the fuel system and fluids. I ll get the spark plus done later. I was told my car would be ready around 5pmAround 4:30pm, I received a call saying they were finishing up and would be ready about 4:50pm. I got a call at 4:55pm saying they just finished. I arrived around 5pm. The service was about $550. I did get the quote for the spark plugs which was $350. I m sure I ll be back. I ve heard nothing but positive things about Beamer. I had been here a few several ago for a previous vehicle I had. I hate that I live on the complete opposite side of Greensboro. Not having your car all day can be a hassle.

Did my inspection earlier this year. I was a first time walkin. I Called right before going to check out the staff greeting. Great customer service, quick service, super friendly, professional staff. Reasonably priced. As a woman goin to a car shop you always expect for the staff to try and get over but that was not the case here. I left with a great first impression. I have sent others there since. Thank you for offering a comfortable, honest environment for women customers who come in without a male. Keep that up!

I will definitely visit again. Their customer service is ridiculously great, not to mention the one complimentary snack offered. Allen was really nice. My appointment was at 9am. Even though I was a few minutes late, they still got me out by 10 am. They set their appointments an hour apart.

I absolutely love this place. They are very honest and the workers are so hard working and respectful. I will forever be a customer here. I needed a ride to pick up my car and no family lives near me, so the owner took time out of his busy day to come pick me up from my place. You won t receive better service anywhere else. They are always busy which can be frustrating but that s also a good sign that they can keep customers. 10/10 recommend!

Great service and super kind staff! Called to get my splash shield fixed real quick, as it was loose and scraping. Was able to drop my car off the next day and pick it up fixed within a couple of hours! Definitely will come back for any future car needs! Thank you guys!

I LOVE Beamer Tire! I started going to them in 2020 and I will not go to anyone else! I use both Kernersville and Greensboro locations and I love them equally ! You want trust ? You want honesty? You want people who genuinely care, just go to Beamer Tire , tell them I sent you and Thank me later ! Thank you guys! Always, Always the BEST service ! You have a customer for life !Honesty goes A LONG way. I'll never go anywhere else . Ever.

They were great the first few years been taking our Mazda in since around 2018 but this year has been a bust and we are moving on. They are always booked out a least a week as well as being grumpy and unhelpful on the phone. I brought my wife s car here after having some dangerous and negligent work done at the Hyundai of Greensboro dealership. The amazing people here gave us an honest look over and did an amazing job of fixing the damage done by the dealership. I am incredibly thankful for the diligent and honest people here at Beamer and would recommend their work to anyone. You could not find a more honest or skilled staff anywhere else.

My wife and I have taken our vehicles to Beamer for a wide range of services. The staff is friendly and thorough and will explain exactly what they find, showing you pictures of what s wrong. Fair pricing too. Recently took my wife s car to get diagnosed for a battery drain. The staff put in many hours of work, but only charged us for an hour as they were not satisfied they had fixed the problem (they did). Can t recommend this shop enough!

My battery was dying and Sam's club had no available time til the next afternoon around 1pm. I told her that my car would be dead by then. I called Beamers and the gentleman I spoke to told me to come right on over. He checked my car and it wouldn't start, came back in and told me"nice guessing, you're right," he got a charger to start the car and did what was needed. I told him I have groceries in the back I didn't need to go bad on me too. He said not to worry. Half hour later, he gave me my keys and said I was all set. I'm very impressed, called both my son and husband and told them how this man treated me and my car.

This was my first time going to this auto shop. I was having trouble finding a decent one in the area that wasn t expensive like a dealership or a poor service like some national chain stores (look next door to this place). This shop was perfect. It may not have the bells and whistles of a dealership but it does have the personal touch of a mom and pop auto shop with competent service and rates. They have earned my business going forward.Service: Brakes

The best by far location for your car repairs. As a single woman and parent, car repairs are the last thing on my mind. There is also the stigma of being bulldozed or taking advantage of when taking your car in for repairs. This has NEVER been the case when dealing with Beamer Tire and Auto Repair. Everyone is so pleasant and knowledgeable. Hands down one of the BEST customer service experiences every time I visit.

Customer service is excellent and their technicians do amazing work. I had a leak in my tire around 2016 and they happened to be the closest to me at that moment. These guys know tires. Go here. They are very nice and polite. They ask what you need and have affordable prices in comparison to others here in Greensboro.I go for used tires as i am on a tight budget with many responsibilities and they gave options here othet dont.

Amazing customer service!!! Always polite, pricing is fair for the services I had done ( water pump replaced/oil change). They were able to get me in 8am and was done the same day which I was impressed. This auto service team is the greatest! Allen, Jeremy, Buddy and Brandon ALL are incredible. Both my wife I drive high mileage cars (over 100K each) and so we ve had a lot of experience with both minor and major problems, and EVERY experience we ve had working with the team at Beamer has been stupendous. We fully trust their advice and we are exceedingly happy with the results every time. We highly recommend Beamer Tire and Auto Repair

Always a pleasant experience! They are very honest and provide detailed pictures of anything that may be leaking or need to be replaced. Unlike other repair centers, they are not pushy about repairing any issues that they notice during their inspection. Instead, they create estimates for each issue and let you decide. A+++

Buddy is such a good and honest person. I wouldn t trust my car repairs with anyone else. He always figures out how to get my repairs done quickly and correctly. I have followed him at all three beamer locations. Wonderful to depend on. Would highly recommend the Greensboro location. Alan, Brandon and Jeremy are always great to work with.

I've been using their oil change and alignment service since 2019. If you are new in Triad and don't know where to go for your car, you can be sure that these people at Beamer Tires would provide you the best service for your money, perhaps more.

Cannot recommended Beamer-Greensboro enough. Only had an oil change and a wheel alignment thus far but the work was quality and prompt. A couple months back I had an issue with a software update for my vehicle. They didn t have access to this particular software, and in turn could not do the work for me. However, they spent extra time with me on the phone to explain how some of these manufacturers/dealers work, and what my best course of action would be. It was upfront, knowledgeable and they could not have been more courteous. 5 stars all day!Services: Wheel alignment, Oil change
