I picked up my car today from Avery Body Shop and I am so happy with the service and communication they provided. As soon as my car went in to their shop they kept me up to date on the repairs and date of completion. They were friendly, honest, and reliable. Before making decision to send my car there I saw this shop has very good reviews. They were friendly first time when we were there for estimate. Then their altitude changed. Both the front desk and the technician became rude after I decided to gave them the business. They were kind of rude each time I called them to check update. I never got any update until I called them though they committed to call me. I guess something is happening with the shop but not sure.Service: Body & Trim

They did a great job! We got a hole punched through our front bumper in a hit-and-run incident and these guys fixed it up in 5 days for me, answered the phone each time, and were very friendly and nice. Thank you, Avery Body!

I had fender and headlight damage to my GMC Yukon Denali. They told me it would take a few weeks to get the parts in and 4 days to complete the job. I dropped my truck off Monday and Tuesday evening they called and said it was ready. The workmanship was superb.Services: Painting, Body & TrimServices: Painting, Body & Trim

I went to Avery about a month ago after receiving positive feedback from a coworker and was both offended and disappointed. I was rear ended by a commercial truck and needed an estimate to send to the claims adjuster. The woman immediately behind the window told me that it was a month wait for said estimate and that Avery doesn't work with that particular insurance company...cool, no worries. What bothered me was there was a man that came to the parking lot and knocked on my window with the contact information for a "crooked friend of his that would make sure I got a check". I'm not sure why he would be compelled to say something so unprofessional, but I never said I was looking for anyone crooked to get a check from. Very ignorant and biased behavior.I didn't make anything up, both the lady and the older man told me Avery does not work with Great West Casualty Company because it was commercial insurance. I said thank you and returned to my truck. It could've ended there. What's made up is the audacity to assume that I was looking to scam. When you knocked on my window, the claims adjuster was on the phone and heard every word you said. Accountability always feels like a chore to the irresponsible. Ciao.

GREAT experience from start to finish! After a bit of a headache with my insurance company, these fine folks went above and beyond to ensure our vehicle was repaired, and returned in flawless condition (AND pushed thebinsurance company to cover expenses they had previously declined!). As a first timer here, we understand why Avery came so highly recommended by so many friends and colleagues. Thank you David, and team! Made my Sentra look good as new, if not even better. Very happy with the service here. got the rear bumper cover and a quarter panel replaced here as well as some frame work.Update: I came back to get some of the front trim and some suspension components repaired/replaced. Experience was just as good as before, super happy with all work done through Avery's shop. David was very helpful.

Avery Body Shop is the best body shop in the Triad. They took care of every detail with my insurance and I never once had to do anything. I even stopped by a couple of times to see if I needed to contact anyone and they always said no ma am, we ve taken care of everything . And, believe me, they did. Even to the point of checking my rental car in to be picked up. I ve never experienced such customer service. I will always use them for my repairs and will always recommend them to anyone that needs repairs. They go above and beyond.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Avery did a great job with my f-150. I know it's difficult to get all the original factory lines back to spec but they did a great job and I am thankful for their customer service

Body work was missed and areas should ve been completely painted wasn t. Waiting on a return call but haven t received one yet. The paint work is good, appeared to rush the job or simply short cut the process. They're amazing! They squeezed me in immediately, even though they were busy, to fix my window that wouldn't roll up. They're honest, fast, friendly and didn't charge me, not even for their time. I will never hesitate to return for all my car's needs. Feel at ease and reassured to bring your car to them.

Someone hit and ran me .. called Avery body shop they said since my car is a 2021 it would take longer for the parts to come in which was fine. Once the parts came in I took it to be fixed on a Monday that Friday I got a call to come pick my car up! This family business is awesome and would recommend them to any and everyone best service I ve had in a very long time thank you again Avery body shop oh did I mention a safety light came on and they got me an appointment immediately !!! I drove an hour just to use these guys based on a recommendation. I highly recommend them. A lot of the other shops wouldn t work with Progressive insurance and they were all rude about the process. I was shocked but this place did great work quickly.

10 STARS! Avery Body Shop helped me on a traumatic day (after hitting a large dog). My new Mazda's front end was completely tore up but David and the team at Avery reassured me that they could fix all of it and they did just that. In less than a week, my car was as good as new and the process was simple and easy. The customer service at this shop is far above average and I would highly recommend to anyone needing body work done to their vehicle. I will forever be grateful for running across this shop and team, even given the circumstances.

LOVE this place. they were so professional and answered any questions me and my mom had. They maintained a good level of professionalism all while still giving the homey atmosphere. Not from the area originally, so I wasn't sure where to go to get my body work done. I called Avery's and they were excellent the whole time. They answered every question I had with great detail and explained everything to me. Extremely down to earth people there. Fixed all the broken parts of my truck and even hand washed everything (inside and out)! Super great and easy company to work with.

Avery Body and Trim Shop is the best. I took my 2018 Toyota Camry there for some Body work and they did a great job in 2 days. I gave them 5 stars but I would give them 10 stars if I could.

I took my Ford F150 into Avery Body after getting prices from other body repair shops. David was the only one who said he could fix my truck with out replacing the right side of the truck and he did an excellent job. Truck looks as good a new. I appreciate that he was honest with me, not something you see alot of now days.
