Every time I go to this store the employees seem to never want to do their job and have an attitude when you ask for help, I have gone to have batteries charged and they always seem to forget to charge them, I have asked for help with tools and they tell me don t know what that is you can go look over there all these replies to the reviews of this store but nothing is ever done

I was actually purchasing a gift for my husband and nice gentleman informed that I had to order the product but I am the kinda of person that like to see what I am buying. So the gentleman that works in the store informed me that actually another auto store may sale what I was looking for directly in their store. So I went to the auto store up the street and they didn't even sale the product. So a day later to AutoZone and I saw the same nice gentleman and he remember me and I informed that the store didn't have what I was looking for, so and I wanted to order the product. He smiled and ordered the product and said it be at the store the next day. I call to check to see if the package arrived and sale lady was very polite and professional let me that it had arrived. AutoZone have professional customer service people that work for them. Keep it up. Thank youservice pee

I have been coming to Autozone for many years, however I must give recognition to Mr. Wright for his excellent customer service skills. He was fast, efficient and thorough regarding a part that my vehicle manufacturer no longer offered without purchasing the complete assembly. This could have cost me hundreds of dollars. To get to the point, he offered some advice and suggestions. My mechanic created the part and guess what THE CHECK ENGINE LIGHT WENT OFF on my vehicle. I have been driving the vehicle now for 5 months and I haven't had any problems with the parts. I really appreciate your expertise Mr. Wright and for being knowledgeable and professional and most of all saving me a lot of money.

The guys that work here are so so nice. I had stopped in to use an OBD scanner. They were very kind and offered it to me, then helped me to read the scanner to see why a check engine light had come on. They then pointed me to the nearest auto shop and had a smile on their face the whole time. Very kind.

I had a great experience,I went in to have a diagnostic done on mt car and I'll tell you i had the most pleasant Tech( Leon) he helped me with a smile and was very knowledgeable of the situation

I had to stop in here today when I was lost and my phone died on the way to meet up with someone for a Letgo transaction. The staff were very friendly and went out of their way to help me charge my phone and help me out any way possible to get back on my way. These guys went above and beyond to stop and help me out even when they weren't necessarily making a sale and I really appreciated it!

The man on duty was very helpful. Helped me find the correct oil for my car. Also ran a test on my car, due to check engine light being on, and provided me with a printout of the results.Every experience I have had with this company has been positive.

I arrived 3 minutes before closing time and THEY WOULD NOT LET ME IN! I just think that's unprofessional and not at all adhering to any type of Customer Service!! Would give them no stars if it were an option.

Was told on the phone one thing, came down to the store after wasting the gas for the store manager to tell us the exact opposite. Needless to say we will stick to orielys where they stick to their words and not change their minds between different employees.Wasted time and gas

A man named Brian helped me figure out a problem I couldn't have solved otherwise and helped me save money in the process. Great help and awesome personality. Dude deserves a raise. Overall, good experience at Auto Zone.

I went there today because i had a problem with my battery and was very anxious. I needed to know if my battery, which i bought new less than a month ago was faulty. From walking inside, the 3 associates were very courteous and eager to listen and to help. A gentleman amont the 3 walked with outside to my car and in a minute, he restored my faith in humans. I have always bo7ght parts at different Auto zone but never had to lay down an issue. I will be coming back here. Also this is a huge building and they seem to be well loaded. Parking as usual is free and plenty, Autozone is the way to go

Gina and Brian was a lifesavers this evening . My headlights was totally dead and I have no choice and stop at auto zone.Gina was sooooo very helpful and she explains to me about every option for price and differences between light balls.Brian helped me with installation of my headlights . And when I offer him a tip he said "No,your safety for me most important.I want to hag him,because people like Brian and Gina makes people come back to this place.I will recommend this location to all my friends.

My daughter and her Aunt were in town visiting, and the car over heated. They made it to the the AutoZone on E. Wendover Ave. and as they arrived they discovered the store was closed. Three MALE employees exited the store, and were asked if they could help them get some antifreeze to put in the car? They replied no the registers were closed already. I get that, but on a dark rainy night, 2 females, stuck in there parking lot, they didn't even ask if they could help or even act concerned. We drove from Kernersville to help them. Went down the street and purchased antifreeze from another auto supply store, and were able to get them safely back home. I sure hope one of your daughters, wife or mothers don't get treated like this if they have car issues. I will not be shopping at any AutoZone-EVER and will make it known on social media.They do not even deserve the one star that I had to give them.

Mwah mwah mwah, lots of customers complain but come in expecting mechanic level service. guess what? autozone emplyees are not mechanics! they provide advice, which is free, and appears to be of adequate level. not sure why so many people expect employees to be able to fix their barely running cars on the spot. guess what, stop being so cheap and take your vehicles to actual shops and let mechanics figure out what needs to be done!

These people don't know anything about cars, needs new manager, they don't know anything about anything. Worst customer service skills ever. They need new staff there.
