Each staff member I engaged with was friendly and professional. A special thank you to the woman with the locs. She took the time to explain everything to me in simple and honest terms. I really appreciated that.

Tried to exchange a $20 spray paint can for a new one because the nozzle was messed up. The guy proceeded to do the transaction, takes the lid off and says, I actually can t do it there s no way to tell if you ve used it. Well for one I obviously tried to use it, I can t tell a nozzle is messed up by using just my intuition, and two why did you even attempt to begin the transaction then? I went to a different Autozone and with no hesitation they did exchange.

Battery test showed that something is happening with my battery and that it isn't the alternator. Dameisha was very helpful and informative.

I had to stop for a battery. The middle aged man who helped me was very pleasant and had a good sense of humor.I didn't realize car batteries had gotten so expensive.

Helpful staff.It would've been nice to tip a staff member to put my cabin filter in but sometimes there are restrictions foe them now, which I feel is unfair !Either way, I appreciated the customer service .

This particular Time I have one of those really bad Kias that people can steal by breaking into the steering column. I had been given a steering wheel lock. But, I didn't understand, by just watching the video on the company website exactly just how to install it. However, what I DID know where to go was AutoZone! These guys are just the absolute BEST for me every single time! No matter what my problem is! I went inside and explained what I needed! A very polite man came out and watched the video with me and immediately was able to figure out what to do! Thanks AutoZone! You've got my back no matter what I need every time! I'm so happy for everything you've ever done for me! Love, love, love you guys and gals!

I went to go and get some oil for my vehicle. I know how to check the oil but as a female I wanted a second opinion from a man so I come and ask can the employee at the front desk help me check my fluids. The boy responds we usually do but there isn t anyone here to help you so you can probably try again tomorrow. Also he stated he didn t know how to do it. I m just very confused as to how staff are hired here

The people who work there were so helpful and nice. Outstanding service, which is so hard to come by these days. After 3 other places, that advertised they install batteries, told me they couldn t help me, the staff at Auto Zone didn t blink an eye. He was done in 20 minutes tops. And he didn t act like I was asking for a kidney or something. I appreciate y all so much! This is what service should look like.

The team at this Autozone store (901 Summit Ave) is always helpful, the store manager Dameisha is very knowledgeable about Autozone products and building a strong team at the store. Bring a mobile mechanic I need a store that s knowledgeable, fast and consistent , that s why this is my go to store no matter where I m at in the city!!!

Ninjah and Tyrique gave the best customer service ever. We called bc the battery to our key fob stopped working. They let us know they had the battery. We had to WALK 15 min. When we arrive the offer to take us back to our car. Dropped us off and made sure we were ok before he left. Way beyond the customer experience I ever expected. These gentlemen deserve every raise and recognition you can give. AMAZING JOB!!! Thanks so much Nijah and Ty. (I know I spelled your names wrong I apologize)

Yesterday after receiving a jump due to my battery -- It was recommended that I go get my battery charged. My cousin (who works on cars) told me to go to Auto Zone and they will charge it. When arrived at this location (Summitt Ave) I went inside and told him what I need and Michael (I guess that is his name - kind of heavy set with a pony tail) began commenting that that it was charging when i drove it instead of addressing what I needed done. Then I told him that it was recommended that I get it charged and he asked me am I going to listen to them or what we are saying and I told him I am just following up on their recommendations and he said them you can leave and refuse to help me. I proceeded to ask for the manager and the other guy in the store told me where the manger's information was located (I will be calling them). I was once a loyal custmer if Auto Zone but after this experience I will either use another location or another auto parts store.

Very knowledgeable and helpful! Truly appreciate the customer service.Edit: The part that I purchased that cost $200 I was unaware it was a refurbished starter. I do feel the staff should've told me to make sure I still wanted the part

The employees lack integrity. They've lied to my face about mistakes they've made regarding incorrect pricing, product usage and quality. There have been visits where I've been greeted with a smile and offered excellent help, but sadly those aren't the norm. Ive finally decided to take my business elsewhere.

Any other time I ve come to this Auto Zone i was service well and treated nicely! However today I m leaving and I m pissed! Jerome who is also the manager at this location has terrible customer service. I came to get diagnostic testing on my car, I was unaware that you would have to wait until everyone else is out of line to be provides that service. Jerome who was doing nothing when I came in, then called two people to another register from behind me to be checked out. After waiting about 10 min I decided to go over to his register and ask for service. He replied by asking me: Dont you see all these people in line? You want something done for free so you will have to wait til the line is down I responded by letting him know there was NO line when I first got here and asked him why didn t he even acknowledge that I was in line in the first place. His response was do I look like I m in uniform? which he wasn t, which was also weird to me because why are you at work out of uniform?Anyway I left! I will be calling corporate on this location because they need a better manager to be leading by example!!

Shout out to the employee (Male Manager) who looked out after me yesterday in the parking lot while a complete stranger attempted to help me with my car issue. It seemed that he would have stayed as long as it took to make sure that I wasn t abducted or harmed by this man. Thank you soooooo much for that. You didn t say much, but I could tell you were engaging your Protective instincts. Sir, you may not remember me by the time this review circles back around to you ... but I ll ALWAYS remember you.Update: his name is JEROME

I had a good experience here, nothing crazy for my car, but the staff helped me locate it and then helped put it on my car. I can't speak for the heavy duty projects and expertise, but today was a very pleasant experience. I would definitely return.

Said they could not do what I needed done and gave really high pricing on what I found on the web page for 1/3 what they quoted. The guy was asked to help customers and he seamed upset. Not helpful or nice.Summit Ave. Greensboro, NC

I came in with a battery and I was trying to put it on the counter and the only one who tried to help was a female employee all the men that were working there just stood around looking even when I came back to pick it up I had to carry it back to my car myself.

I spoke with an employee on the phone the morning before I visited, when I went in store he recalled the conversation and returned with exactly what I needed. Great service from friendly and helpful staff!

I went to get my battery & alternator checked because my car is 2 years old I ve owned it for 6 months & I ve needed to get a jump 3 times so far, Honda said the battery checked out fine. I came to this AutoZone because it wasn t too far. Julian who was nice enough checked the battery but didn t know where the alternator was located kind of said it s in this fincinty on the right side of the engine if you re sitting in it. Now because I m learning as I go, it would be nice if the people working & assisting customers have a working knowledge of these things. It doesn t provide a good look for this particular AutoZone.

Sold me the wrong turn signal. So, I came back (from the other side of town) to exchange it. To ensure I wouldn't have to make another trip I decided to change the bulb in the parking lot. I couldn't find my tool kit but I noticed a free "loan a tool" program sign in the window. I went back in and asked to borrow a Phillips head screwdriver to remove one screw. The guy at the counter was very rude and acted like I asked for his kidney. Won't be back.

06/23/2017-So I go in due to a check engine light. The manager (Black female with dreads) made it known that since its a free service Im really not that important, the paying customers come first. She is lazy and unprofessional

When you call to check how much parts are it's really hard to get an employee to help you on the phone
