Ace is extremely friendly. I can appreciate his dedication. I can not speak as to the quality of the car repairs as we have yet to get the car. Currently, my rating of 4 is based off of the fact there have been MULTIPLE dates given for the completion of the car repairs. ALL dates have been false as of today. In addition, I would suggest that this company invest in a secretary or some type of office support. There have been multiple occasions where I have called for updates, but was unable to speak or leave a message with someone.Revised 10/11/19We finally picked up my son's baby tonight! Ace continued to be very pleasant. The multiple delays we not Ace's fault directly. Ace had to deal with a Warranty Company, Car Dealership, and a less than happy Owner. The majority of the hold up on repairs was due to waiting on authorization.Thank you Ace for handling all the unexpected delays and drama so professionally. I really appreciate you working through all those unforeseen problems! You guys rock!

As a return customer, I am thrilled to have an ace working on my toys. Ace is the man to go see!!! 2008 BMW Alpina was brought to life by these dedicated, and highly skilled gentlemen. As of today, my Magnum is now growling again. In my opinion; money well spent!!!

The guys bought my Bmw back to life. Feels good to feel the cars actual power. I recommend Autowerx to any BMW owner.

Don t leave smashed cars in the street for days. It s dangerous, unprofessional, and illegal. There s clearly no room for on street parking there and it shows a disregard for public safety.
