My experience at Autosport Innovations was excellent. Tom and Drew both communicated well the status of my car and always finished earlier than expected. Both are very kind and great to work with.

I meet Drew several years ago by chance but has been a great blessing. Shortly after our meeting my first Mini Cooper was hit in 2017, Drew did a fabulous job of repairing Blue Naughty. When I put my 2 month old Black Naughty in the guard rail in April of 2020 I thought Drew was going to die when I brought it to him for repair.But he did a fabulous job as you can see in the pictures below. He does not allow the insurance company to bully him in to putting after market parts on a brand new car. He sent me pictures through out the process and kept be abreast of the progress. This is an A+ shop with superior service. I have used him for other minor repairs and have never been disappointed.Service: Body & Trim

Normally if I needed repairs I would go to Hendrick Collision Terry Labonte Chevrolet for repairs needed to my car. I was lead to go to Autosport Innovations when my insurance agent gave me a list of choices. I read the reviews and was pleased. Tom is the kindest and most professional representation of the company. Tom was thorough pertaining to updating me throughout the entire process and ensuring that my car was accurately repaired. He went over and beyond. My car ran so smoothly afterwards, it was really like a brand new car. Tom, thank you so much.

I made the mistake of turning my truck around in the middle of a street. Thinking there was nothing behind me, I didn't bother to look. Gave a metal sign a high five with the rear end of my truck.Drew and his crew were excellent to work with. I have no complaints at all. In fact, they painted over the weekend so I could get my truck back sooner.How would I rate the final product? Its like it never even happened. Sorry for the rain in the after pic, but you get the idea. I will recommend these guys to anyone.

So thankful that Tom and Drew were willing to work on my Tesla. Most shops in the triad won t touch them. Also, their price was lower and turn around time was faster than my other option. They made my used Model 3 look new! The pearl white paint matched perfectly, and small dents were pulled. Additionally, customer service was fantastic! Both were talkative answered all my questions and kept me updated with the progress. It was a 100% positive experience.

Want to thank Drew and his father Tom for a great job. I have a 1999 Yamaha V-max and the previous owner had spray painted over the factory paint, Drew was able to take the spray paint off and buff the factory paint to an amazing shine. I backed my Tahoe into my garage and knocked my side mirror and messed up the driver side door. I got a quote from another body shop that was astronomical because they wanted to replace the entire door. My dad told me to get a quote from Autosport Innovations because they had done a fabulous job on their car after an accident. Their quote was MUCH better and they assured me they could fix the damage without replacing the door. Sure enough, they did and it looks like new! Plus, they got it done a day earlier than they initially thought. We communicated with Tom the most and he was delightful. He went above and beyond to help me (even drove me and my son to get my rental car because I didn t have a ride). Rowdy, the office dog, was another perk! Unfortunately I have had to use Drew's services a couple times. Tom is great at getting things scheduled and the team works to turn vehicles around quickly.Great work, fair priced and quick to schedule. Highly recommend these guys!

I m so grateful a friend recommended Autosport Innovations last year when I had opened my garage door on my suv lift I still had up garage door lever made a deep scratch and dent right down and into the sleek curved back of my 1 year old car. But they did an excellent job and made my car new once again! Equally important to me was how helpful they were with scheduling and providing a ride to and from my home. (My experience with them was 10 times better than when I used a dealership s body shop after being rear-ended.) Drew and his father, Tom are clearly committed to offering excellent quality of work and service. So this year, when I once again opened my garage door with my lift up(!), I took my car straight to Autosport Innovations. Same awesome work and accommodating service! Drew is a wizard at auto body repair. As embarrassing as it sounds. I've had Drew fix multiple cars for our family. He is amazing and fair priced. Trust me when I I tell you if you need a car repaired, then go see Drew!

Beware! Drew, the shop owner will threaten to beat you up if you are unsatisifed with the work done and tell him so!!!I went to pick my truck up this morning after the shop having it for over a month to do repairs. They asked me to get the truck, claiming it was finished, after two weeks initially. When I arrived the repaired area of the truck was covered in dried buffing compound. Upon closer inspection I noticed multiple bits of trash in the paint and absolutely awful tape lines. There was even trash under the black vinyl decals that had to be replaced resulting in a very obvious bubble in the decal right at eye level. I also mentioned the paint not matching very well. I brought these issues up with Drew, the owner and bodyman, and he made excuses as to why it had to be that way with the tape lines and why the paint will never be perfect. I worked it out with insurance to pay more for new decals and time to correct the shotty paint work. Another two weeks go by and I have to call the shop to see if it is ready. They tell me it is ready but that they can't accept credit cards due to a broken machine and won't take my company check. They close at 1 on Fridays so I was forced to go without my truck over memorial day weekend becuase they wouldn't take my check.The following Tuesday I had to ask my ride to also take me by the bank to get a cashiers check. When I arrived at the shop a couple hours after I said I would be there they told me the truck still needed to be washed. I waited for them to wash it and then I inspected the corrections. They buffed out the noticable trash and reinstalled new decals. The decals do not line up correctly, the top edge of one was trimmed and trimmed crooked also resulting in a small scratch in the brand new paint. There is still trash behind the decals as well. The other decal was intalled above the previous tape line resulting in a hard edge valley and noticable line just below the decal. Very poor attention to detail. I expressed my dissatisfaction with the work and told them I did not believe I got a premier job at a shop that claims to do premier work. I did not believe that they were going to be able to correct the work and I sure didn't want to leave it for another 2 weeks only to be unhappy again. As I was waiting on my receipt I expressed my dissatisfaction further and Drew, the shop owner, got extremely upset and told me to get off of his property using obsenities. Because I was cursed at I cursed back at him as I was walking out the door. He approached and was pushing his way out the door threatening to beat me up and throw me off his property cursing the whole time while his dad, Tom, was holding him back pleading for him to go inside. Drew is not the kind of guy I want to ever do business with and I would never go back to this shop. It's sad that he reacted this way over an unsatisifed customer instead of trying to just do the job right the first time. A 3 day job took 1 month to complete. I guess he expected me to not care how my 30K dollar truck looks. I am disappointed because I had to pay for a job I do not like just to get my truck away from there. I also was truly hoping they were the premier shop they claim to be because I have two project cars that I need painted. Oh well. I sure won't ever return to Autosport Innovations. Any business owner that threatens physical harm to its customers that just paid them a couple grand does not deserve my business or yours for that matter.Service: Body & Trim
