We have a 2016 VW Tiguan. It needed serious help. So, we took it to VW of Greensboro, and of course, the quotes for service were insane. The Autologic team worked to get us a spot early as possible, did solid work without murdering our wallet, and they re nice people. We will certainly be using Autologic for any future mechanic needs.

If I could give this place 0 stars will do so. The staff has disgusting attitude. I dropped off my car for a liquid to be filled. It was a false alarm. The liquid was not filled but I was charged 122 just to be looked at and tell me that they didn t have to fill up anything. I asked how much it will be at the beginning I was never told very unsatisfied. And incomplete job

I usually do everything I can on my own vehicle mostly because I generally distrust mechanics (dealerships being the most vile of them all). However, I don't have the tools/material to fix an AC leak and so, had to find a mechanic.These guys really went over and above. They kept me in the loop every step of the way even sending me pictures of the work in action. They charged me less than I would expect for the work completed, and even fixed a few problems unrelated to the AC leak without charge (of course, don't expect this - these problems were relatively minor).While they probably won't change my opinion of all other mechanics (and certainly not of dealerships), I know I can trust these folks. They will get all of my automotive business, and I may even get them to work on some things that I could do, but have been too busy (lazy?) to actually complete. Also, they are careful when it comes to masks, social distancing, disinfecting keys, etc. Thanks Autologic!

Brought them a $3000+ job, but because the only thing that matters is money, they refuse to accept ANY diagnostics that they don't do themselves (after charging you $120, of course). They turn away literal ECU readouts, and refuse to acknowledge anything until they get paid up front.Edit: I have spoken to almost a dozen shops today for quotes, and this is the ONLY one that has resulted in any kind of issue. I understood your process fine, I just asked why you refuse to give any kind of generalized quote whatsoever unless you get paid to confirm diagnostics I already have. I was constantly interrupted and not allowed to finish what I was saying, then told to "calm down" when I did not let myself be spoken over. I wasn't combative or abusive, I simply did not let you keep speaking over me.Edit 2: I was getting quotes. That's a common thing to do with big jobs. Were you aware that the vast, vast majority of shops have zero problem giving one and taking into account previous diagnostics? The diagnostics I had was from the dealership, but their quote is too high. The diagnostics I had are ECU codes and actual reports, not just a random opinion.Your responses to every other negative review on here shows exactly what level of professionalism you're working with. You seem to see customers as clueless and ignorant, and probably only refuse to quote without a paid diagnostic so people sink in money, making it harder to walk away even if the quote is high.

I took my Corvette to Autologic because the engine was dangerously cutting off while driving. Kayla the owner/service manager was very helpful, knowledgeable and a pleasure to do business with. Her service tech did an excellent job repairing my car and making it safe to drive again. I highly recommend Autologic to anyone looking for quality auto service that s done right the first time and without paying high dealer service prices.Service: Engine repair

Autologic has performed virtually every aspect of service on my vehicles over several years. They are particularly good at finding /fixing buried problems. Their technicians routinely upgrade their skills as seen by the wall of certificates . tl;dr - very happy with every aspect of service experience, work performed, and price. Longer below.Needed some maintenance work done (differential fluid change - Subaru Outback AWD) and my usual shop was tied up and that left me looking for someone else. Was familiar with Autologic from having driven past but not as a customer. I called and talked to one person about what service was needed and some related concerns. They sent me via SMS a link to the estimate on web site, I reviewed the estimate and approved it online. I called to schedule the service and set a date to drop off. The next day (actual service date) I got another SMS with link to the work done (already approved) and estimates on the other work that I expected (prior concerns) plus one more that I was aware of but not asked them to check. I was happy that they found both the issues I needed checked and one I was aware of but had not asked them to check. From the online page I was able to decline the additional work (budget not doubting need) and submitted the response. A few minutes later got one more SMS with my invoice and notice I could pick up my car. Called and paid and they setup a dropbox that I could recover my key and pick up the car after hours.I was very pleased with the process since they run a lean operation and therefore need the asymmetrical communication for parts of the transaction. I also had good experiences on the phone for the exchange of details that needed more back and forth. Shop performance was excellent as mentioned in dealing both with known concerns and finding one that is needed and I plan on doing it myself. Pricing was inline with expectations for non-dealer/independent shop and the quality of work was top shelf.Service: General repairs & maintenance

My son and I traveled up from Columbia, SC so catch his favorite band. When we got off of the interstate I noticed a noise coming from under my car (Lexus SUV 2018) I knew I had to make the 3 hour drive back to columbia that night alone with my son. I googled the closest auto mechanic near me and Autologic was right around the corner! I had no idea what to expect and didn't have a lot of time before the show either. The staff was very friendly, funny and very welcoming. They worked us in, gave me information on what to do locally and had the car fixed in time for us to make the show. They were honest and caring. I felt so blessed that we found them. I wanted to write a review so anyone reading this would know this place is quick, trustworthy and very professional. Autologic has been taking care of my cars for many, many years. I like to wear a car out before I get rid of it, therefore, Vince and Kayla have been keeping my old cars running for many years. They are extremely knowledgeable about virtually every type of vehicle and they are honest business people. When they run into something that was not as serious as they first thought, they let me know and then only charge me for what was needed, when they could have taken me for a proverbial ride! In my previous job, I had a daily commute of almost 45-50min one way (in good traffic). So my 2002 Honda Civic had, shall we say, "battle damage"?I took my car to Autologic because my wife had previously taken her car and received good service. They went above and beyond...not only fixing the problems I'd requested, but even going so far as to fix minor cosmetic issues with the interior I hadn't even mentioned! And every repair was thoroughly explained.In addition, one of the owners (Kayla) takes COPIOUS notes about what was done to your car and any future service requirements, so that the next time they can basically pick up where they left off. I have NEVER been to a mechanic who did that.If you're looking for one place to take your car for ALL car care needs? Autologic is it! I have been a customer of Autologic for over a decade - here's the thing -they do great work and then stand behind it. For major repairs they will always tell me what is urgent and what can wait. Vince & Kayla are as honest as the day is long. They show me the parts they replaced - they talk me through stuff. What do I need most besides good work? Truthfulness. "A good name is to be chosen rather than great riches,and favor is better than silver or gold." They have a "good name" with me!

We've been going to Autologic for about 7 years now and have a loyalty to them like no other.Vincent, the owner and a mechanic, has gone above and beyond to show me the issues with different parts of the vehicle that need replacing. He's showed me the actual part and shows me the reasons why it is not working, he has shown me video from his cell phone to show how the part was not functioning properly. He likes for me to understand the reasons and gain more knowledge about cars.Kayla up front knows more about cars than 95% of men. In the 7-year relationship we have we've bought two cars and take her suggestions seriously.I've recommended this place of business to friends and family, they now have a great loyalty to them as well.Thank you Autologic!Services: Electrical, Auto engine tuning, Engine repair, Oil change

Kayla --the owner (also menachic?) was ill-tempered from the very start. She was ill every time we talked to her. She kept our Prius 5 days and still couldn't fix it. I don't believe there is an auto repair company that can compare with the professionalism, customer centered focus, expertise and down right personable feeling that comes from the team at Autologic of Greensboro. Their services are reasonably priced, also.I first went to them when I had issues with my 740 IL BMW. I lived in Greensboro at that time. Several years later I still own and drive that BMW with over 260k miles on it. I attribute that fact to the excellent service I receive from the Autologic team. I now live in another city somewhat close to Greensboro. When I need repair work because the car is not drivable I have it TOWED to Autologic. That's how much I respect their work.BTW, I have several other vehicles. They are all serviced by Autologic of Greensboro (foreign and domestic).I even bought one of the cars they had repaired for sale for my granddaughter. I refer anyone who ask for a recommendation for auto repair to Autologic of Greensboro.I am not a biased relative or friend. Just a very satisfied customer!

Great place, fair prices, honest and helpful advice.My family has been taking our cars here for years.I don t even live in Greensboro anymore but I still call Kayla and get trusted advice and service on my vehicle.I don t know anything about cars but Kayla always explains it in a way that makes perfect sense, without being condescending, and I always leave there satisfied and weirdly in a good mood for just having to spend money on my car... but I think that just goes to show they are running their business the right way!! And their dog is so cute too.If someone asks me who to take their car to in Greensboro, I d tell them to call Autologic.covid note for those who care I did notice they were taking care to disinfect and keeping distance, disinfecting my keys before returning them, etc.

I have been a customer of Autologic since 2006 and I have had ABSOLUTELY nothing but the best service a customer can ask for. Vincent is AWESOME!!! He takes the time to explain to you exactly whats going on with your car even if it mean showing you pictures or diagrams to make sure you understand. The quality of work is GREAT!!! I have had a few issues with my Volkswagen and Audi that of course I caused by not keeping up the proper maintenance but Vincent has restored both of my cars to just like BRAND NEW!!! Their prices are great, service time is excellent and what makes it even better he truly cares about the well-being and safety of his customers. I could not ask for a better mechanic!!!!

My second car is a BMW. It s an 325i which aren t manufactured anymore. I purchased it brand new. It started having some issues. The dealer estimate for repairs were more than I was willing to pay for repairs for a car that I was keeping purely for sentimental reasons. My husband took it to AUTOLOGIC s. The repairs were completed in one day, at a fair price. I am happy to still get around in my Beamer when I want to.Services: Electrical, Brakes

Amazing service at good prices and work done in a speedy timeframe. As a woman it is hard to find a mechanic whom you can trust, well I never have any doubts trusting the lovely staff of Autologic. They always put me at ease, explain the problem and how they will fix it and even tell me why it needs to be fixed.

Autologic is AMAZING. Great, honest, friendly staff, fair prices, and quick service. They have kept my 1995 Camry running like a new car for the past 4 years. I hope I don't have to move anytime soon, because you are just not likely to find a mechanic this awesome anywhere else!

Kayla and Vince have been servicing my vehicles for about 2 years now, they are absolutely professional, knowledgeable, honest and their quality undoubtedly states they're proud to put their name on their work. Due to some staffing issues, Kayla couldn't get me in for a service and my truck was overdue...I took it to a local FORD dealetship who botched up a simple oil change.....NEVER AGAIN. Autologixc will be the only bays my vehicles are pulled into!

Absolutely the best experience and service. They were able to diagnose the exact culprit to my issue without changing 50 things first. Vince is a master at what he does and Kayla a pleasure to work with. I recommend AutoLogic for all needs on all models.

Ok, this is my new mechanic.I have a Range Rover. I had a good mechanic - a specialist on Land Rovers - in the Triangle. He was even recommended by a colleague at work who also had a Land Rover and had positive dealings with that guy.Yet that guy's shop couldn't fix a persistent Check Engine light issue (nor could other shops before).I happened to run into issues when visiting family in Greensboro. I checked around, and took it to Autologic.Long story short, Autologic fixed the issue. And I get better gas mileage now. Check engine light has stayed off and my Range Rover runs much more smoothly.The price was inexpensive - less than I expected.

Vince was the only person I trusted with my beloved Rx-7 20 years ago and he's taken great care of everything I have taken to him since. They always take the time to explain what was wrong and how it was repaired, and have the replaced parts out to show. I trust them wholeheartedly to do it right the first time!

After 3 trips to local" experienced" mechanic shop,and WASTING almost $550 for no reason I decided to give tut these guys a try based on reviews.They found and repaired electrical issue resolved n under 3 hrs.My second issue was same vehicle, again,repaired right the first time.45 minutes away,but if my cars will make it there, that's where I'm taking them from now on.Best of the best here. They took their time explaining problems and solutions, then put it in writing.You won't be disappointed here

I've had nothing but great experiences with the team at Autologic when it comes to my aging 2005 VW Jetta. Being as that she is in her senior years now, a lot is starting to fall apart but Autologic always comes through with the save! They recently fixed my water pump that I had got from another shop and had started leaking no more then a couple months after installation! Autologic fixed it right the first time and the ol' sport has been running great ever since. I do have one more repair that needs to be done but they told me it wasn't an emergency. Kayla and the crew will forever be my go-to for my Jetta's maintenance. My most enjoyable moments are when picking the car up and before leaving, petting the Greyhounds! It just feels like a good luck kinda thing. That and I love dogs! Anywho, #TeamAutologic is my stand, are you in good hands?
