This is the best used car dealership ive ever had the pleasure of working with. The guys at Autofocus are honest, trustworty, professional, and they care about selling a quality product all while making the customer happy.I had been searching for an 06-10 v8 explorer for years now (they are surprisingly hard to find), and when one popped up for sale at Autofocus i had some family in the area go check it out for me. I live in northern Virginia and James at Autofocus was immediately accomodating to me being out of state, and was happy to let the family i have in the area drive the vehicle to an independent mechanic to inspect it for me. Once i presented the concerns the other mechanic pointed out, Autofocus immediately validated them and fixed the issue with the explorer before i purchased it. They also made the paperwork process smooth and seamless. The vehicle i wound up with is immaculate. Ive looked at several of these explorers for sale now and ive never seen one this clean. Im excited to have the vehicle ive waited so long for, and the guys at Autofocus made it happen!

I bought a car there in 2011. I brought it home to Idaho. I drove it. 8 love it! It's 2023 and I still drive it. They were overly accommodating, honest, and fair! I've only had one such experience in buying a used. Car and this was it. I would drive cross country again to buy from Auto Focus! This is the way a business should be run. James, you're the best!

We just purchased a 2012 Prius from this fantastic business. Jim, James and Sandra provided us with an amazing level of service and personal touch. The entire process was low-pressure and casual, but yet, very informative. They clearly put a lot of thought into their inventory & pricing, as this car was approximately $800 below the CarGurus price. I highly recommend giving this place a look when buying a used car!

I had recently lost my vehicle due to a total loss claim. I was in the market for a new vehicle and stumbled across AutoFocus. The vehicle I was going to possibly buy was currently in the purchase process. So I believe it was Jim who I dealt with. He showed me some vehicles that fit what I was looking for. I couldn t get the numbers to work on my end. So I m waiting to save up a bit more. When I am ready I will be checking back in to see their inventory. These guys were class acts. So thank you gentlemen!

Let me start of by saying I was hesitant when I found a car of interest four hours away from home. I took a chance and called up Auto Focus regarding a 2007 Accord Sedan with the v6 and 6 speed manual transmission. I spoke with James and once I told him where I would be driving from to take a look at this vehicle, he said to let him know once I was on the road and he would personally make sure it would be on the lot once I arrived. Right then and there I knew I was dealing with a dealer unlike most others. So I left work early two days later, called James and headed that way in the pouring rain. Once I arrived, I met with James and he handed me the keys and requested I check it out and test drive it. There were a couple issues I had with the car and James immediately offered to purchase the parts and ship them to my house. I've bought many vehicles and have never had this offered to me, especially since most used cars are purchased "as is". By this time, it was minutes shy of closing time. Without hesitation, James, along with a co-worker, stayed over about 35 minutes to wrap up all the paperwork and ensure everything was taken care of! Two weeks later, I received OEM parts in the mail! To be honest, I was expecting aftermarket parts, since we didn't specify this during negotiations. From the initial call to Auto Focus to now, I am more than pleased with my car buying experience. When it's time to buy a car in the future, I will definitely check out their inventory. I'm located clear across the country (Idaho) from these guys. I'd been looking for a very specific pickup truck for awhile and Auto Focus had it. Through email and phone, James and Jim were very accommodating and patient with me through all my questions (since I was buying a vehicle sight-unseen from so far away). They even took additional pictures of the vehicle for me on areas I had questions about. Upon negotiating a price, they were again patient as I roped them into the shipping/transport/delivery process. I choose Montway transport and I had my truck in less than a week. A great experience given all the variables and distance. Thanks guys!

We purchased a 2012 Honda Odyssey from them in March 2021. Before we purchased it, we took it to our mechanic that said the power steering drive was about to go out and there were potential problems with the AC. We showed those to Auto Focus mechanics and they said there wasn t anything wrong with either of those two things. Within six months both the power steering and the AC gave out and when we contacted Auto Focus they did not help us at all. They are scammers. We have never had a Honda van that had so many problems. Do not buy from them.

I am so lucky I found this place!! Not only did I find my dream car for an amazing price, I had the best time buying my new car!! James really took care of me, made me feel at ease, explained everything to me clearly, and laughed with me. (How's the Cube? Lol) Everyone I encountered was friendly, knowledgeable and Honest. I bought my Subaru Tribeca from James, I told him what I could afford and asked that he please not jerk me around, I had been through some rough family matters. I don t trust any car lot person to be trustworthy. I took my car back for the first free oil change, these guys have your back .the service manager, Joe .he covered everything from the time I walked in. They accidentally ran over something and popped my tire .I left with 2 brand new tires .I didn t ask or have to fight with them, they replaced both because of the vehicle.These guys honestly take care of you and your vehicle, they go back to the great standards we used to have in America .I will not go anywhere else for my car needs. My son bought one and my neighbor .if you need a vehicle or service these guys are top of the line awesome they are courteous and don t beat around and lie like what you get when buying a car thanks to all the service guys that I don t know that takes care of things.

Over the years we've purchased two cars from James. Unlike many dealers Auto Focus thoroughly inspects and does necessary repairs before putting a for sale sign on their vehicles. Thanks again for a job well done.

This is by far the most amazing experience I have ever had buying a vehicle. Starting with James who was selling the vehicle to me. He was so knowledgeable about vehicles classics to present. Their entire team of mechanics and staff are so kind and all seem like people that you have known forever or your family. The vehicle I purchased had sat for years before they started restoring it and they told me any problems with it and you call us, we want this to be right for you. I mean what place is this thoughtful of how difficult any car issue is for every day people. Amazing!!

My name is John. I brought a car to Foreign Accents to have a pre buy inspection done. The car had too many problems to buy, but while I was there I learned that they also sold used cars thru Myautofocus. My son was looking for a good used car and I was doing his research. His first pick was a used Prius as long as it was not a 2010 and had a new battery. I told him he d never find one with a battery just put in. Lo and behold, James told me they had one they were getting ready to list and it had a new battery. It had a minor body damage but was clean inside and out. James was patient with my ignorance of the Prius and took time to answer all my questions and offer his own expertise about driving one. I drove the car and told him my son would drive it the next day if it was still there. He said it will be here, and it was. So my son drove it and was impressed enough to buy it. Thanks to James and all the people at Foreign Accents for making this an easy and pleasurable purchase.

I just bought my second car from James, a 2015 Acura that was the best price vehicle in this class I could find. All paperwork was ready when I walked in the door. Painless.Now to the really impressive part. My son lagged behind after I left and was playing with the stereo trying to set up his bluetooth and all that. I went ahead and got on the road. About 15 minutes later, my son called and said he had gone over a curb and busted a tire. By the time I got back to the dealership James and another gentleman were already there putting the spare on to get it back to the shop. I went and purchased a tire from a local tire shop and brought it to the guys and they replaced the tire and made sure we were safe to drive it. All that extra service and labor and didnt ask me for a dime. I was shocked. This is the first review I have ever written for any business. That is how impressed I am with everyone there. Good people, fair people and trustworthy. There should be more than 5 stars. They are great.

Yup, you found it, this is where you want to buy your next vehicle. We got a beautiful Volvo for a very fair price, we also traded in an F150 and they agreed to the value that we d be happy with.We noticed an issue with the a/c so brought it in and they replaced the a/c compressor ($$$!!) the next day, free of charge!!! I can t imagine another used car dealership doing the same thing after the check had cleared. We re going to need to replace my wife s car soon and AutoFocus is where we will be buying that upgrade!!

We bought a Lexus SUV here a year ago. My only regret is we didn t find this place sooner. They are not like the big dealerships at all. No pressure whatsoever. My husband had always said he would rather take a beating than deal with a car salesman. That is not the case here! The owner is so friendly and welcoming. James, Chris and Jim really know their cars. They went out of their way to make sure every detail was handled. I honestly believe they will not sell a car that they wouldn t feel comfortable purchasing. I would not hesitate to recommend AutoFocus to anyone looking for a quality used car at a fair price.

Auto Focus sold me a great car at a fair price. James Garrison was extremely professional in his dealings. He provided maintenance records and gave me an accurate assessment of the vehicle that I was purchasing. It was definitely worth the drive in from Raleigh. I am a satisfied customer.

Just bought my 2005 Honda Pilot from Auto Focus today. James & Jim were a delight to work with. I live 60 miles away so Iemailed James a few days ago to see if it was still available & he emailed me right back within 15 minutes of me sending mine. One of there service customers was looking to buy it but James said that if he did not buy it I was next in line I felt like I was a little Annoying emailing him every day asking him about it and finally he let us know that it was available we went and test drove it and everything was perfect to a tee perfect from the email to the experience walking in the door the whole process was smooth and great and they were the nicest people to deal with I would recommend them to anyone in state or out of state.

This dealership made my first car buying experience great. Jim was very patient, understanding and did not hesitate to answer any questions I had. I know I made a great purchase. These guys are very thorough and knowledgeable. I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking to purchase a used vehicle. Process went smooth and was done within a few hours.

This might be my second review for this dealership, but I've bought 4 vehicles from them so I'm entitled to two more after this if I want to. Long story short, my son's 2011 Hybrid Camry (bought August 2020) had a dead 12v battery (not the hybrid battery, thank God) on Friday night. I was having issues running down a battery Friday night so Saturday morning I decided to swing by Auto Focus to get some direction and advice as I really wanted to avoid taking it to Rice Toyota if at all possible. As luck would have it, Randy with the service side (Foreign Accents) was in even though the shop was closed and offered to go ahead and take a look at it. Within about 90 minutes he had a battery in my son's car and had us up an running. Since this is a review for the Auto Focus side of the business, I just want to say what a benefit it is to buy my vehicles from there because A) the vehicles are prepped and brought up to par by the best shop in Greensboro B) you have a service shop with a vested interest in getting it right because they know where that vehicle came from C) the prices are always very fair and D) I know I can flat out trust these guys. I don't have to worry or overthink it when buying from Auto Focus and I've never had buyer's remorse. I always know that what I'm getting is well maintained and up-to-date and if there are any issues they will absolutely handle it in a way that is professional and fair.Vehicles bought from Auto Focus2009 Toyota Corolla - had for 4 year, zero problems2012 Honda CRV - bought spring of 2020 - zero problems2007 Honda Ridgeline - bought Feb 2018 - AC pressure switch replaced summer 2021 - replaced headliner - 2021 (i LOVE this truck)2011 Toyota Camry Hybrid - bought Aug 2020 - zero problems (dead 12v battery is a maintenance issue)I almost forgot, James is the best. I don't see him as a car salesman, he's more of a walking encyclopedia of cars and is someone who only wants to see a person get the vehicle that's right for them. Zero pressure...just focused on doing what's right.

Bought a used car from this dealership, James was patient & awesome as I waited for the car to be transported, it s a nice car but unfortunately when the car arrived tires were bad ,windshield wipers were worn & ripped then right after i discovered a lot of problems, a bad seal around sunroof water leaking in & BAM airbag light & hybrid check system light comes on , I was told from lexus this light was on before recommending to change hybrid battery. I paid all the $ for this car +

This is the best dealership I ve ever been to! We actually flew from out of state to see a VW bus here. Most buses we have seen have issues, but this one was perfect! The salesmen are extremely knowledgeable when it comes to Volkswagen buses and the other vehicles at the dealership. James took extra effort to answer all my questions through email before we arrived and my other inquiries while we were at the dealership. We have no reservations about our purchase and would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a vehicle. The staff are extremely nice, knowledgeable, and easy to work with!

I needed to buy my daughter a car for college, and after driving around Greensboro and making multiple calls to individuals and out of town lots alike, we discovered Autofocus at Foreign Accents. Immediately, I felt I could trust James. My daughter chose a classy Hyundai Santa Fe and off to school she went! The car was higher quality than we thought we could afford and she felt very spoiled. Any concerns that we had about the car were fully addressed by James, even replacing the windshield with an OEM and giving me in writing his commitment to service anything else. I returned a week later and bought myself a Hyundai Veloster turbo that is so much fun. James once again out did himself by giving the spoiler a custom paint job and replacing not just one, but ALL stereo speakers. There was also a hidden crack in the plastic wheel well that he found and replaced, as well as touching up some normal wear and tear scuff marks that are common with any hatchback. I had been dreading the work involving buying cars, but my gut instinct about James proved accurate, so we will be back when the family needs another.

As a single 22 year old, I was pretty terrified of buying my first car by myself and being totally ripped off. The folks at AutoFocus were able to give me the deal I needed to purchase the car within budget without any haggling. They were upfront with me about an issue they had discovered with the locks that they fixed themselves within a day. They let me get it inspected by an independent mechanic even though do all their own service. They made the process very easy for me and I was never worried I was getting taken advantage of because of my age and gender. I know I got a quality vehicle at a good price.

Working with the team at Auto Focus has made buying a car very smooth. They have been diligent, kind, and willing to make every aspect of the experience positive. Buying a used car means the car will have some things that need attention. They have worked hard to make sure everything about the car is excellent. I would highly recommend them to anyone. SORRY FOR THE BOOK!!! A MUST READ!!!I have purchased many cars over the years and have dealt with many dealerships. In the past it was the same trauma, yes TRAUMA, every time. High pressure sales (almost to the point of harassment), lack of professionalism from most departments, long hours of negotiating, intense pressure to purchase ridiculously priced warranties and upgrades.Working with the staff at AutoFocus was beyond an AMAZING one. I have never felt so welcomed, not an ounce of pressure, every person I came in contact with was very kind. It was very evident that this was a tight knit work family and that I was meeting real and honest people. A very rare experience for any car buyer. They let me test drive the vehicle for an afternoon, I had the car checked out by a highly reputable mechanics shop. A few minor issues were found, I advised James and the crew of the findings and they took care of the issues w/in an hour regardless if I was going to buy the car or not. Their onsite service facility is like none other. It was immaculately clean, well organized, very professional mechanics, etc. Talk about taking pride in your business.The prices of their cars are beyond reasonable and negotiating was actually fun. There was no doubt or reservation, I was going to buy this car!!!!!! They are exceptionally efficient and will do everything in their power to make the purchasing process seamless and quick.AutoFocus will have all my future business from purchasing cars, work vehicles as well as all maintenance and repairs.I will recommend them to everyone and I do not put my name behind many people or businesses. If you don't go here first when you are looking to purchase your next vehicle you are cheating yourself. Best experience I've ever had buying a truck by far! I bought a 2009 Toyota Corolla S for my wife several months ago and now that we have some time in with the car I feel it is appropriate to provide a review.Walking on the lot and looking at what they have is completely void of pressure. The people there are very friendly and knowledgeable. Pretty much anything they sell has been gone over and serviced by their service department which is phenomenal in it's own right. My wife and I were encouraged to drive as many vehicles as we wanted and to take as long as we wanted. Once our decision was made, the process was fast and easy.My wife has been in her "new" car since April and has been very happy with it.

Exceptional quality, care, professionalism, price, thoroughness and honesty. I bought my car here, and now will only bring it here for service (hour away). My car is a 2007 hybrid, and drives and looks inside and out like new. They only sell cars that are like this. They repair/update anything that is needed, so you drive away with a truly reliable, quality vehicle.
