Yusniel was fantastic today. Great with crowd control and assisting everyone equally. I Got my battery changed and chatted with him for a bit. Great guy great advice give him a raise!

Went in to get my car battery tested- the guy was fairly quick to assist. He tested and said nothing wrong with battery, it s 100% fine, then proceeded to tell me he knows a guy that can help look at it in case it sissue with starter or alternator. I said sure. First guy he called didn t have availability, so he called another guy and had me talk to him on the phone. But I wanted to get a 2nd opinion, so took it to autozone who tested battery and showed it was bad and needed replaced. So made me think this guy at Advance was just trying to help his buddy get some business. Who knows what they would have charged me in the end!! Never going back there again.

Very happy we went to Advanced Auto Parts for a new battery this morning!! The young lady who helped us was amazing!! She tested my old battery, determined that it had a bad cell and recommended which new battery I should get. She took out the old and installed the new battery very quickly and then tested the new one!! She was efficient and knowledgeable in her job.....I just wish I knew her name to give her a shout out!! Great job!! Thank you!

The staff walked pass me several times in the store without asking if I needed help...until someone finally told a staff member to help me. I only wanted to purchase windshield wipers. A lady associate pretended to help me and walked me to my car to see the type of wipers to purchase. She then left me in the parking lot waiting for someone to check my wipers. She said I'm going to get a man in the store to help. No one came out to me or my car. I was driving a nice car too not an old car. I left and went to the store on W Market and was welcomed and was treated like a customer. Management is great there. Don't go to Advance Auto on Alamance Church Road.

I ordered windshield and rear wipers online and picked them up the next day. Young lady by the name of Tori (Tory) was helpful and got things done effortlessly. I recommend this location because it s also close to grocery stores, car wash, dry cleaners, etc. Very convenient location and helpful staff. Thanks again!

I went to this store 3 months ago to purchase wipers and get a diagnostic test on my vehicle which one of the staff assisted with completing both. Today another woman staff stated they could not check my car today due to Covid and that they had not done so since March which I reported that they just completed a previous diagnostic on one of my other cars which she completely snapped and basically said no they didn t and the staff who completed the diagnostic 3 months ago on my vehicle was right beside her. They need to get on one page either you are going to do diagnostics tests or you are not. Also staff need to know how to correctly talk to customers. Will not recommend customers to this store again!!!

While traveling our car was having a sluggish start. Pulled in to this Advance Auto, and Jacob checked our battery, determined is was not charging correctly, he replaced it and had us back on the road in no time. Thank you Jacob

Dean stayed 10 minutes after closing just to help us with our dead key fob battery. He s a 10/10 and life saver.

Only customer in the store. Stood in line about 5 minutes. 1 guy on the phone taking care of his personal business. 1 girl on the computer. Other guy eating his milkshake. Put my stuff down and left. Where is the customer service?

alternater went dead on Highway in Greensboro, NC. Found an Advanced Auto Parts store about a mile off of Rt. 85 with the correct alternater. Took about an hr. to install in parking lot of Exon gas station.

Went 12/23/20 morning.. The white girl there that waited on me needs customer service training. NOT helpful at all. She acted annoyed to help me. I left feeling like I NEVER want to shop there again.

Fast, friendly, knowledgeable service. Tested my starter and it was bad. They had my replacement starter in store so my van was up and running again in about an hour.

Trying to leave a review for the poor excuse of a car wash across the street. The whole place looks dumpy and run down and on top of that the owner was very rude and unpleasant. The only reason we stopped here was because we had a spill in our vehicle and wanted to get it out quickly and this was the closest thing around. Awful establishment.

I don't know if it's the whole chain of stores or just the one close to my home, but I ordered a cabin filter for my car online and when I went to pick it upthe guy behind the counter said they can't go inside the cars, and it probably doesn't even take 5 minutes, but I just wasn't sure how to install it myself! I'm going to check with the home office and see if what he told me is true, because they have lied to me before!

The staff at store 04114 especially Dean are still the best even during this pandemic Dean offered and I accepted the help of installing my wiper blades I surly didn t know how but he took the time to show me graciously with a very warm and beautiful smile
