I bought a battery recently not at this location but same company I called to ask why my battery light is staying on I was told over the phone it was the alternator. I arrive asked for diagnostics and the report came back alternator what they didn t know was I took my car to a mechanic who said it was the battery. My battery receipt states I get a free replacement in 3 years. I asked them to replace my battery anyway and they refused when I challenged them about the receipt the rebuttal was about the alternator again. So they refused to replace my battery even though I am due one according to my receipt

Miss Carmen is the most knowledgeable person that I have found in any parts store... She is great with all your mechanical needs.. she knows her stuff and is exceptionally easy to talk to and especially to understand.. as far as I'm concerned this is the Only Parts store that I'll go to in Greensboro....

The manager Carmen always helps me out when I come. Plus Carmen is very pretty so thats a plus. Also its another female manager who is very short who is helpful as well.... overall this location has some good customer service!

Only 2 people in the store and they were on the phone for over 5 minutes got my parts finally and what I ordered was given to me wrong people don't care if your order right or not get your money and good bye until you come back and must drive across town to get the correct parts no one gave me gas money for driving farther away????

Had to get a battery for my parent's car on 01-09-2023. There was a young man working. Not sure of spelling but his name was Tajay. He was very helpful and respectful to my elderly parents and I, even though they are hearing impeared. He tested and changed out their battery. I know that is standard but his patience and professionalism was great.

Had exactly what I needed. Good prices too. But the most amazing thing was the customer service. The lady that waited on us was so knowledgeable polite and just all around nice that I will be doing all my business here for anything auto related. I'm so tired of being treated with terrible customer service no matter where you go and to walk in here and have someone smile at you ask if they could help was such a pleasure. I will say the only complaint had nothing to do with the employees. It was HORRIBLY HOT in the store. So corporate turn the air down. You have good employees and lots of customers make it comfortable for all. I would have hated to wait for someone to help me cause if I'm spending my hard earned money I expect to be treated nicely and they did that and not to burn up from no AC and that didn't happen. So whoever handles that needs to fix this problem.

Very rare that I give a 5 for a survey but the young lady who helped me even installed the wiper blades for this old man. She was very friendly in looking up what was needed for my vehicle.It seems that she was genuinely interested in seeing that I was well served today.

Very friendly and helpful staff, checked out car battery having issues and ran tests on starter and alternator. Needed a new battery and they changed it out for us at no extra charge (as do most auto parts stores). But they were really a helpful and great staff here.

The sales staff hates customers. This is facts when you ask for help they simply just walk away and act like they did not hear you. Ask about getting part its not in stock can take up to three months to get it. I had much more help when I bang my head against the wall....

The staff is always willing to help and make suggestions. They often have to order parts for my Lexus but it never take more than a day. The prices are competitive and much better than the dealer.

Friendly and helpful associates here. I had a dieing car battery so I placed an order online to pick it up and get it installed here. The associates greeted my quickly, started helping me, and continued to be friendly and helpful throughout my visit.

This is my go to place for my auto needs. Today I was there to visit food truck in parking lot. It has some of the best hot dogs, ribs, fish, and other items that I have had in my 63 years. Check them out. You will not be disappointed. Truck is there Thursday, Friday, and Saturday.

Came into the store and heard the commercial parts manager cursing and screaming to the top of his lungs. This is very unprofessional, and offensive to customers. I will never shop at the Waugh Street store again, and I will tell all my friends and family to stay away from that aweful store.

Cashier was not polite. He was rushing with everything I asked him,Like the store was packed and there were no other customers in the store. He acted like he did not want to show me, the type of oil my car needed.

The store that I shop at weekly is on Waugh street in Greensboro, NC. The manager Carman is on top of it. She is an " A " team player. The store is well stocked and most always has what I need.

They worked with me for parts for my BMW. They didn't have what I needed and sent me to a competitor. How great was that? Amazing. I will return to E Wendover Ave Advance Auto.

Quick service, friendly staff and willing to help anyway they can to find the part or service you need. Above all you can always find coupons online for discounts or buy online and pick up in store the same day most of the time.

Prices are sometimes inflated for parts.Usually have parts on hand, and don't have to wait.Customer Service staff and managers, not always friendly and accommodating.
