As a traveler and not at home. These guys were top notch. Troy was a hero on getting me fixed very quickly and at a very reasonable price. I would highly recommend this shop to anyone local or like me out and about. It truly was a painless experience.

Nice clean facility. They did my oil change and tire rotation in a quick time frame.Didn't realize that AAA doesn't have international tour books anymore.They advised to go to Barnes & Nobles.A bit disappointing, but staff was friendly otherwise.

Very unhappy with the customer service I received from AAA. They did not seem to want to listen to my requests or compensate me for the trouble they were causing. I plan to cancel my membership because they are worthless and next time I'll just call a tow truck.

Christy at AAA Travel is the best! She went over and beyond when helping me book a big European trip for my mom and I. She is not only knowledgeable, but very friendly as well.

I drove in while on a trip and the customer service rep took care of the problem right away. Clean facility with AAA pricing, which is always competitive

Colt is a nice and friendly guyNevertheless my old car was running well until I went for an oil changeNow I get engine injection problemsI don't know what diagnostic checks they run to sell you more services but I sure need fixes now! (bad timing they told me...)

Two stars only because the staff are polite and courteous. Other than that it seems they have higher prices than a dealer. Plus I paid a ton of money for almost nothing. So, I knew what problems my vehicle has, yet they insisted with that nationwide scam named diagnosis, which they're practicing it for only $195. Since I had the guts to say there's no need for diagnosis, they said they had to run a second diagnosis, which it was even more expensive. Finally they came up with the estimate for the repairs, an absolutely unacceptable number, so they basically did put back the old parts, and for the labor and that so-called (double) diagnosis, they charged me 700 dollars. Of course, next step will be BBB, because I find unacceptable this situation...

I went in for an oil change and tire rotation and they did very thorough inspection for my vehicle. They sent the detailed report at the end and all within less than an hour. Absolutely great and professional service. My tech was Stephen Dunn and he did a great job! Thank you!

My elderly father had a battery issue yesterday and Ronald who provided us AAA roadside assistance was a total gem and told me to tell my dad to bring the car here. (Over the phone bc I live out of state)My dad just called me completely elated telling me that the good folks at AAA - Wendover treated me like an egg . He s over the moon about the service he received and I wanted to say thank you for providing such excellent service!

Wednesday at 5:30 p.m. I reported needing assistance it is now 1:35 a.m. Thursday morning and no one has shown up AAA are liars and they make other companies look like inbred loosers

Bought the upgraded lifetime brake pads, apparently they have a different definition of lifetime. Wanted to charge me $198.00 to install the free brake pads but turning the rotors would have been extra and needed for any warranty . Lifetime brake pad are a scam!When I bought the pads and rotors the bill was $238.00. Now they only do brakes as a set (pads and rotors). I guess whoever thought that jacking up the price on pads knowing that honoring the warrantee would cost them nothing thought they were clever didn t figure in that people may never spend another penny there!

I used the travel services and had to have the itineraries updated several times because they were not what was requested. After getting the final itinerary the airplane seats were not what we requested after I had re-iterated numerous times what seats we wanted. I called in to the general number to speak with a manager and was routed to a different call center. I finally ended up getting a call from the manager whose only solution was to tell me that they use a 3rd party travel agent can't select seats, which the original travel agent never disclosed to me. Using a travel agent is supposed to make the process painless and this experience was unfortunately very painful. I really don't understand the value of having a AAA membership if you can't rely on all of the benefits that are supposed to part of the membership.

Just found out AAA failed to install the crush washer on the oil pan plug on my last oil change, 5,000 miles ago. They claim to be "master mechanics." I'll never take another vehicle there again.Service: General repairs & maintenanceService: General repairs & maintenance

I called to schedule a wheel alignment for my car, and they did it the same day. They did an inspection on the entire vehicle, explained everything clearly, and did not push for any work. Really good place. I had a problem that was part of a recall, and they did what was good for me and recommended me to go to the dealership to get fixes for free. They were mvery upfront and knowledge about the issue (2015 Sonata). Great staff and very trustworthy.

Tony at the front desk does a great job at assuring me and explaining any problems that my vehicle has. And the mechanics work pretty quickly to fix the problem and report any issues! I would definitely recommend this location.Service: Vehicle InspectionService: Vehicle Inspection

In all, this place is great. When we ve had issues with any of their service or parts, they are quick to remedy the situation. It is affordable, especially as a AAA member. Recently we brought our car to them after a high quote at a dealership and Amber was incredibly helpful. Her service is unmatched!

Scheduled appointment to have brake work done, suspected I needed new pads. To my surprise, I was informed that my brakes were fine and needed no work! They didn't even charge for the inspection! Great place!Service: BrakesService: Brakes

I'm always so nervous to go to mechanics bc of the run around but Phillip was so great in keeping me informed and doing his best to get me what I needed for a good price with out the haggle. He was super professional and personable. And the guy at the front desk, he was I believe was colt, and was the same way, that took care of each customer like a friend. I brought my car here for a differential service. There was an issue with the fluid that was installed a few weeks after the service was done. I called and talked to Kevin and he did an amazing job correcting the situation. I would highly recommend this place. Also my sister's go to car repair place. Phillip was very helpful, didn t even charge me for the labor to get headlight fixed, and he got scratches out of my car for free. He was so accommodating, he was friendly, and was great service. By far the best triple experience I have ever had, and I will definitely take my car here next time for any other car related needs!

People there are nice. However, I went for a simple oil change and it took over an hour while I watched. The last 30 minutes of which was my car done with me waiting for no reason. Upon further inspection, oil was spilled all over the valve-cover, ignition coils, and engine causing a burning smell. Not a huge deal, but sloppy slow work is not what you pay for. Try somewhere else.Service: Oil change
