Went there for an inspection, but due to a fully booked schedule, they were not able to service my car. True to great customer service, the rep offered to schedule an appointment but referred me to Grease Monkey in the event that I wanted to get my inspection done the same day. I really appreciate the customer first environment here.

We had an appointment for an NC State Inspection and was told it would be 90 minutes. The very reason we made the appointment was to avoid sitting around any longer than it took to do the work...

I had excellent help from Amanda in planning a trip to Canada. She listened carefully to my ideas and gave me a nice variety of options.

Needed service done and was quoted $900 total with several hundred dollars over for a part. When I asked about why it was so high the staff reported they were unable to compromise on price. When I discussed about getting the part myself and taking it to them, they said it could be done but not untill after the next day. Mike was super rude and very unwilling to help out. I had the work done at a different place and paid $143 total with no need to replace the part. Seems like this place tries to take advantage of people who have their vehicle towed here.

Terrible customer service will not take my car to this car care center ever again. It deserves a zero star rating. The service tech I spoke to was very rude and made the comment of I should've called weeks in advance to get a brake job done not the day before. Called the other care care center in the county they said bring it in tomorrow with a schedule appointment he created. That's how you treat customers.

Dave was great company, and he taught me a bunch about cars and engines in our brief encounter. I'm a AAA member in SE VA, and this service center is Great!

I paid nearly $300 to have my car serviced for your typical maintenances, inspection, tire rotation, oil change etc... these guys claimed they rotate tires but they in fact do not. Even if you specifically request it like I did. They include a free tire rotation with a $90 oil change but they don't actually rotate your tires. I know they didn't because I marked my tires beforehand and they were still in the same position. They claimed to have done something they didn't do. Unacceptable experience.

Great customer service but I strongly suggest checking your vehicle before you leave the shop.My experience is when I went in for an oil change. A few days later I notice my car was smoking under the hood. When I looked under the hood my oil cap was missing and I had oil all over my engine. I was also missing a couple of screws in a part they had to move when they were doing my oil change. After speaking with store manager, he apologize for my experience and rectified the problem. Because of their great customer service I would definitely recommend them but be sure to check the work before you leave.

Brought my vehicle in for service was supposed to be done same day (Tuesday 8/29). It was brought to my attention that the vehicle also needed brakes, I requested they be replaced. They told me it would be ready the following day (Wednesday). I got a call stating that one of the mechanics had broken an ear clip? When replacing the brakes that they would replace it but it would be ready on Thursday at the latest. I had to call Thursday at almost closing to find out the part never came in. It was not until Saturday 4 days later that I got my vehicle back. That was 3 additional days of me not being able to do my job and make money. I voiced my frustration with Mike the manager and his solution was giving me $50 off?No offense to him or the company but $50 pails in comparison to the money lost from not being able to work.Want to give a lower score but at least the car is fixed?Services: General repairs & maintenance, Auto brake repair

My car was running hot and they fixed the issue. I like that the work is backed for 12 months. What I didn't like that they treated differently from other customers. They offered white customer rides within five miles. When I asked about a ride that said they didn't do that. Then when an older gentle came in they offered them a ride. I had to call me son and I lived within the five mile radius.

My ordeal was nothing short of stupidity and incompetence by AAA road assistance on 5/7/23. My car broke down in the drive thru at a fast food location and pushed it out of the way to a safer spot. I immediately called AAA and got a foreign guy whom I couldn't understand to begin with and clearly didn't understand me. I even asked him to repeat back my information and location so things could be accurate. He REFUSED!!. He told me instead that he sent my information to my phone so it should be accurate, but I again asked for him to repeat it back to me before I hung up. He REFUSED again!! When I checked my phone he had everything wrong, location, car make and year! THAT is why I asked him to repeat it so I could correct anything that was WRONG. I am not prejudiced, but I do not understand why companies use foreign speaking individuals in customer service for English speaking and understanding customers. The above is exactly what happens!!! I was with another road side assistance company and the exact same thing happened. There is simply no understanding. To make this situation worse, I called back to request assistance again. The lady I talked to this time spoke perfect English and indeed understood me, and got what I thought all my information correct and even repeated it back to me and sent me the correct information to my phone. I even asked to cancel the first request so there wouldn't be any confusion. The problem? She never entered or updated my info and the tow truck driver still had my down for the first call I made for the WRONG location and vehicle. This absolutely makes no damn sense to me. After 2 separate calls you would think progress had been made. How inept is AAA in their training? The ONLY positive thing about this fiasco was the towing service knew what THEY were doing and got my information correct. They told me this certainly wasn't the first time dealing with AAA with misinformation. This experience certainly explains itself, and suffice it to say I will never use them again or suggest anyone using them!!

Very unhappy, unfriendly staff. Never smiled. Hesitant to answer my questions about the air filter and topping off the fluids. When they gave me the quote for the price of the oil change over the phone, they neglected to tell me about the additional fee for disposing the oil until I went to pay. An extra $20 makes a difference. Had I known, I would have gone elsewhere.Services: Tire rotations, Oil change

Had my Jaguar XF towed in on 5/12/23 because my alternator died while out of town. I've been a AAA member for years and it's the first time I've had a car towed to the AAA shop. They replaced my alternator but they either lost a couple of the screws that secure the underbody splash shield or they stripped the threads when removing them. So they jimmy-rigged it with zip ties. Yea, zip ties! The manager tried to tell me that the screws were already missing and my splash shield was hanging down before they worked on my car. Impossible!I rode with the tow truck driver when he brought my car in, then called my girl to come get me. My underbody shield was not hanging down when I left. It's not my newest car now that I have a porsche, but it's still a Jag and I'm not riding around with parts hanging from under my Jag. That's crazy! They fixed my car nice and fast but they gotta do better than this stuff.

Two times have I brought my vehicle in for repairs that took less than 10 minutes and thus were done for free. It is because of this shop that I am proud to be a AAA Member. These guys really will take your best concerns to heart and do what is right for both you and your vehicle. When I have needed more intense repairs, their prices have always been fair. Their professional atmosphere put the customer at ease while having the perfect location to have quality repairs done.Service: General repairs & maintenance

My left rear tire had a nail in it. I called AAA roadside service and the tech was able to pump it up enough for me to visit the AAA service center. I did not have a service reservation when I showed up there, however, Service Advisor Gracie Fecteau was very gracious and professional and worked me in for the tire repair that was completed perfectly within my acceptable timeframe! AAA auto service is first class!Service: General repairs & maintenance

I ve been an AAA member for over thirty years; however thankfully, I rarely need its roadside service!Last Thursday, 3/30/2023 I drove to Badin Lake trail, NC to hike. After my hiking, I mistakenly drprred my backpack with my car key (in it) in the car trunk. I was locked myself out of my car! With the help of another man, to use his cellphone and called AAA for assistance. It was around 11 am, was tod to wait for a phone call from one of their technician and let me know when the help coming!Well, we called again a couple times after a few hours waiting No help came, no message from them! Finally, after about four hours, we called again, still did not get a straight answer from the AAA phone operator! She said doesn t know when I can get my (desperate) help! I have a AAA Plus member ship, No help coming when I really need help! Should I cancel my membership??!

I brought my car in for a diagnostic and for my air due to it not blowing cold. They did a thorough review of my vehicle, put freon in my car for the air and let me know what was going on with everything. After I left, I was sent an email/text of the full diagnostic with some pictures to show certain parts and information on what needs attention now and later. I can't say enough about the service. I was thrilled and very impressed by the detail and care they show about fixing my car. I will be using AAA more often.Services: Auto engine diagnostic, Air conditioning

My service advisor may have added a second service I may not have needed (an additional $119). Otherwise, I was treated politely and I appreciated the fact that the service facility could take care of my car when others were booked and sent me away.Service: BrakesService: Brakes

I paid for the diagnostic, they said nothing is wrong, but my car still wasn't starting correctly. They drove it several miles, but the problem wasn't with how the car ran, it was with how the car started, so why drive it so far?? Fortunately, the manager called me the next day apologetic about how it was handled, had the service department resolve the issue (a new battery), and deducted the cost of the diagnostic.Service: Auto engine diagnostic

Long-time AAA member. Love this particular location - always attentive service, on time and reasonably priced. Today I stopped by to ask about replacing my brake lights. I had done it myself in years past, but, like everything else, its gotten way more complex. Garrett was kind enough to have me pull around and after a few minutes, I was on my way. Could not ask for better service. Garrett (and roger) were first class all the way. Kudos all around!

The service was very good. I liked being able to make an appointment online. The only negative was that even with an appointment, I was there over an hour for an inspection.
