A little over a month ago, after reaching out to 14 different places in search of assistance for our Diesel Motorcoach suspension airbags, we finally received a positive response from Hurlocker's. The moment their heated garage doors opened, a dedicated crew of six professionals were ready to efficiently address our needs. Impressed by their promptness and professionalism, we opted to have several other issues fixed as well.After a month of observation, I am delighted to report that everything the courteous and efficient crew at Hurlocker's addressed remains in excellent condition. Discovering a company with such integrity is truly a relief. Nothing but confidence knowing your RV won't encounter unexpected issues on the road.During their thorough inspection, the technicians identified a major issue with our coach. What sets them apart is not just their ability to diagnose problems but also their honesty. They acknowledged their limitations and, rather than attempting a repair beyond their expertise, they took the initiative to find a specialist who could help. Going above and beyond, they reached out to their network, identified a capable professional, and even facilitated a conference call with us for a seamless connection.The Hurlocker's and the entire courteous crew demonstrated an incredible level of respect, kindness, and accommodation. Throughout the entire process, we felt like a part of the Hurlocker's family. The fact that the first 14 companies turned us down turned out to be a blessing, leading us to discover this gem of a service provider.Oh and if you have cats - be sure to introduce them to the crew! They love cats! I cannot express enough how elated I am with the exceptional service provided by this crew. I highly recommend bypassing other options and choosing the best Hurlocker's. A heartfelt thank you to everyone involved for the outstanding support and service provided to us!

They fixed my utility trailer's wiring and brakes for our small family business in a timely manner. The whole shop was friendly, professional and accommodating to make sure all my needs were met! I recommend them over any and all truck & trailer places in North Carolina! I have been to others and not even gotten close to that kind of service! Thank you guys!

Needed a very meticulous buyer s inspection of a camper van from Vandoit, lots of bells and whistles. The crew of four were indeed meticulous and thorough. Courteous, and interesting to talk with as well. Veterans on the crew. It was a good day for honest business.

Had a tire that needed to be changed. Called Mr. Hurlocker and he picked up on the second ring. Matt and his team stopped what they were doing, got my tire changed and had me back rolling in 30 minutes. If you need any type of truck or trailer repairs please please please give Hurlocker s Truck and Trailer Repair a call first. They ll have you back rolling in no time.

Hurlocker equipment and crew unloaded some new pieces of equipment that was shipped to us, off of a flatbed trailer at our FedEx Airport facility @ RDU airport. The crew was profession, clean, courteous and efficient at getting the equipment unloaded in a safe manor. Hope to be able to do business with them again in the future!

They towed my Mack work truck from Eden NC to Colfax NC. Arrived promptly, courteous, professional, and provided excellent service. Highly recommend Rick and his crew, and I will use them if needed again.

Great staff, very helpful , respectful and kind . I needed a Jumpstart and they came out and took care of it quickly and helped me find a new battery which was hard to find. They also do not treat women like they aren't smart like some mechanics do. Highly recommend.

I had a fantastic experience with the crew at Hurlockers. Called Rick late in the day and needed a unique problem fixed on my semi. He said bring it by and they'd have a look. They went well beyond having a look. They got right on it with no waiting at all. These guys understand that otr trucking is time critical. They not only fixed my truck to get me back on the road they treated me as if I was family and had been doing business with them for years. They made a problem into a great experience. I can't say enough about these guys except if you have a issue with a vehicle these guys will sort you out and not take advantage of the situation.Thanks again to the boy's at Hurlockers!

These guys here are awesome!!! I had a leafspring bust on my trailer Friday February 8th 2019 and they responded in a timely matter diagnosed the issue and with hours they had me back up and running! Thanks guys!

My 1960's era steel boat trailer had bad corrosion at a weld joint and was in desperate need of repair. I brought it to Hurlocker's who did an amazing job restoring that joint, along with other repairs that they found and made at no extra cost to me! For my small job they really treated me like a big customer. Thanks to Rick and his crew!

I called Hurlocker's when the turbo on my truck blew. Rick and his crew were very expeditious in getting me towed to their shop. After further inspection, Rick was very upfront and honest in regards to the extent of the repairs. It was very refreshing to find an upfront and honest shop that wasn't out to rip you off with false promises. My company runs through that area at least once a week. If any issues should come up, Hurlocker's is our go to place! Rick, I can't thank you and your crew enough!!!

Rick the owner and his sons came to assist me when my tire blew on the 85. I was waiting for roadside assistance for a long time and they saw me standing waiting for help. The kindest family I have ever met - they figured out how to take my tire off (as the locks had been kept by the last service) and would not accept any payment. These guys are super dope. Highly recommend any truck driver to bring their equipment here at this location they will take care of you. They will let you know 100% what is wrong with the equipment and let you know what you need for the equipment to get done properly you want it done correctly bring it here they will take care of you very family oriented. They also work together as a team. HURLOCKER S thank you guys again

An absolute Blessing to have come here.family hospitality. May the good Lord continue to abundantly bless you and your beautiful family.they took care of all my shocks,loose muffler loose mudflaps they even greased my fif wheel. Excellent service, reasonable and helpful. I called, Rick answered the phone right away, he told me what to look out for when i was buying an alternator. Then Joe and Sorey fixed my truck and got me going that morning. Good people!

Absolutely wonderful shop. I busted a driveshaft on my 1995 fld 6 miles from my load drop. Being on the road in tight spots loaded and broke down I've been taken advantage of many times. These guys were there in 15 min from the phone call. They had to drive my driveshaft to Greensboro 45 miles away from haw river where I was and back the next day. Not to mention it was the end of the day. He only charged me 500 in labor to tie up his guys for 10+ hours. Blessing of a shop. Wish there were more like them.

Rick and his family are amazing if you have a truck and need reliable repairs this is your place. Way better than any local dealer ship. Only place in NC I trust with my truck.

Wish I could give them more stars.Long story short, I broke down at the Petro in Mebane, NC and their shop couldn't fix my problem so we called a guy who called these guys and a father/son duo showed up.They had me fixed in a matter of minutes.Great guys, Great service. Thank you!

If you are having an issues with your tractor, your trailer, or need a quality welding job done this is the company you definitely want to contact. My axle on my trailer broke while I was fully loaded and under a deadline to make my drop. No other welder in the area was able to help, and even though Hurlocker's had other jobs for the day they went out of their way to come to me and get me back up and running. It is not only quality service and reasonable pricing delivered in a professional manner, you also will be working with quality people who care about you and your equipment. I was leery when I initially saw 5 stars, but then I read the reviews and I can tell you that based on my experience each and every one is true. A huge thank you to the Hurlocker team for all that they do.

Great group of guys. Very professional and knowledgeable. Definitely recommend for any truck or trailer needs. They got me right in, changed the shocks, and greased up in less than an hour. This shop understands that for drivers, time is money. 5 stars

I had a problem with one of my semi trailers. Brought it over to the shop, and Mister Rick took it in. Instead of doing the job I requested and ripping me off, he politely and professionally explained the best way to handle the problem, and recommended the place that can actually take care of everything. Very, very honest and professional.

Last year I came across this business looking to do repairs after I ran into a deer. They did an excellent job in repairing that particular unit and the trailer it was attached to. Time after time I had relied upon the crew to repair my trip of units. Based on this professionalism I have chosen to base all the units in the area so that only Hurlockers will be taking care of the maintenance needs of my quartet. Thanks for everything!!!

My husband and I own a waste hauling company in the Chicago land area and we re interested in a roll off truck in North Carolina. We didn t have the time to go to North Carolina to inspect the truck. I found Rick on google and he did not disappoint! He traveled to go inspect the truck from top to bottom. From the first call to the last call he was very helpful and informative! Rick, thank you!

Rick herlocker and his staff are some of the best people I know. I rescue people during hurricanes. Rick had his son Brian design me an exoskeleton for my truck and donated the work and materials free of charge. I'm able to save people because Rick is great people.

Rick Hurlocker is an incredibly kind and generous man. A lady and her 2 children from Virginia Beach had her Jeep throw a rod on I-85 and we re abandoned. My wife stopped to help. Rick also stopped to give assistance. He made arrangements to have her Jeep towed to his business. She made arrangements at Country Inn & Suites to stay the night. My wife took them to the hotel and picked them up the next morning. When we got to Rick s business, he had made arrangements for her Jeep to be towed back to Virginia Beach. He also arranged for an extended cab tow truck so she and her kids could get back home. He went over and above to make sure this lady was taken care of. Thanks to a fine Christian man and his company!!
