Very helpful. Needed a battery for the car, the Husband was having back problems and having a hard time lifting it, the salesman very helpful with the sale of the batery and he also carried it out to the truck for my husband.

Arnold was a terrific help! They checked the error code on my Volvo and helped me realize I had left my gas cap off! They even made me stick around so they could reset the system. Thank you, Autozone

Went to AutoZone this morning and the store manager took care of real business. I got a new battery after the the one I purchased online they couldn't find. Got it for the same price and he fixed my windshield wiper at no charge. God bless AutoZone and everyone working there. People can learn how to engage from these guys!!!

The gentleman that helped me was very nice. I wish I could remember his name for this review. He helped me with my oil purchase and recommended other items to assist with my oil change. The store was clean and well stocked. Everything was well organized which made my purchase much smoother.

I really appreciate the high caliber employees. They are so helpful and just good people. I would like to give recognition to Mr. James Worcester. He went beyond the call of duty to help me on one of the hottest days last week. He put his best foot forward with helping me figure out a plan to get my car started. James, thank you! With your help and expertise, I was able to drive my car home later that night.

We arrived shortly before close in desperate need of some parts to replace a broken inverter water pump. David and Skye were amazing! They helped us navigate replacement of the part which was under warranty and find all the other items we needed in order to do the repair. Honestly, I think this was the most respect either of us (two queer women) have ever received in an auto parts store-- we had fun and left with our problems solved and smiles on our faces! Thank you!!

I honestly wish I could rate the service I received more than 5 stars. I showed up on a Friday evening, just before store closing on July 10, 2020 to get my battery serviced. The manager on duty along with another associate (can't remember their names) willingly stood in the rain to exchange my battery without complaint. I wish more people were able to demonstrate this level of care and customer service. Thanks!

This is my go-to location for Auto Zone purchases. First and foremost, the staff is always courteous and professional. They're knowledgeable too, but also up-front when it's something they aren't familiar with rather than sending you down a rabbit hole. And the Lifetime Limited Warranty is superb, no better in the business! I highly recommend the Zone, and this location!

Hate leaving bad reviews but this was my experience at the Graham AutoZone. I had a dead battery and took it for testing. Battery had to be charged before testing. Went back to see how it went and the test came back the battery was bad. When I informed the associate it was under warranty he tested it again and all of a sudden it is good. Would not honor the warranty after the battery was tested into compliance. That was my first Autozone battery and my last AutoZone battery. Quite possibly my last purchase from AutoZone because they will NOT honor their warranties. Buyer beware.

These guys are awesome! Had a problem with my wiper blade that was damaged in a snowstorm and these guys(and girl) really helped me get a new blade installed at no charge. Fantastic service!

Super friendly and knowledgeable. I had gone to another store nearby and waited 7-10 minutes and had not been acknowledged by the staff (who were somewhat busy but did not take a moment to acknowledge me and indicate that they would help me shortly). Walked to AutoZone and was greeted, assisted and made to feel welcome. I don't mind waiting but to be ignored as if invisible is not acceptable. The guy at AutoZone took it up to a whole different level.

Walked in, nobody says hello, nobody asked if I needed help. Finally found my product, and a black dude named Kevin rung me up, didn't tell me my total, didn't say an absolute word outside of my change among, just an all around a&& hole. Shop somewhere else..

Been here many of times to pick up a part or two. Employee's are always helpful and very knowledgeable of my issues. Great respectful customer service. Convenient location. I definitely recommend this place to any and everybody.

Zachary & Michael are great at their jobs! These are the guys you want to help get you the right parts you need. They are obviously service-driven.I needed windshield wipers and air filters for my engine and passenger cabin. Zachary even offered to pull off my old wipers and install the new wipers.

A tremendous help as always, even tho it was not the news I wanted to hear lol, (bad alternator). On the other hand I'd rather it have been checked there and able to make it home than be stranded on the side of the road somewhere in the dark, so I'm very grateful.

I recently needed a headlight bulb replaced on my van. The dealership wanted $70 for parts and labor, and a competing auto parts store across the street said they'd sell me the bulb but would not put it in. Fortunately, I stopped in at Autozone and they were happy to do it for me. I paid just over $11 for the bulb and they didn't charge me a dime to put it in, which only took about one minute to do! That's great service!

Right at closing Melissa and Jim let me go in and swap out wiper blades! Jim help me hunt down the right size for Ram TRX and Melissa jumped up on the truck tire and help me put them on!
