I was able to schedule my appointment online and it was easy. When I got to there I was greeted in a professional and friendly manner. Pete assisted me and he kept me updated on the status of my vehicle and notified me of any suggestions about recommended maintenance. I waited at the facility/store/shop for the services to be performed to my vehicle and the wait time was reasonable. The auto tech made notes on maintenance that needed to be done on the print out. Very good service and Pete was very professional and courteous.

These guys are top notch! They keep you informed every step of the way. No hidden charges. Super friendly and courteous and they go out of their way to help you. I drive a thousand miles one way to work every two weeks. My vehicle s maintenance is paramount to my peace of mind (and not being stranded). I m glad to have my vehicle in their hands.

Great service as always. I have been using this location for over 20 yrs. They have serviced my 4 runner through over 350k miles and now for my Taco they continue to provide excellent service. Competitive pricing. Great customer service through the years, including Gage for my most recent. Would recommend them for any service work.

Six stars if I could. I was on a road trip on Good Friday and had my thermostat lock up at 6 PM. I called this Firestone and Pete answered and was nothing but kind and helpful. I limped my Jeep to the shop at 630 PM, 30 minutes before they closed and he had the part ready to go for install. When a gasket ripped he called every auto parts store in the area to find a replacement. Pete and 2 of the techs stayed almost 2 hours past closing time to ensure my Jeep was fixed and I could continue my trip. Outstanding service is an understatement, this was genuine good heartedness and a desire to lend a helping hand. The world needs more Pete s. These guys all deserve raises.

I am new to this area. I called to see if I can get a price for 4 tires. The guy that answered the phone gave me the price for one tire. I asked how much it was for labor as well, then he proceeded to tell me the out the door price. I said ok thank you and he didn't reply, just slam the phone down. I feel like the first impression is everything. Customer service is very important when you are running a business. I will not be giving my service here just because of that reason.

Staff not helpful. I asked if they can put 1 bolt on my wheel since it s missing one bolt. They said they don t do that because of Firestone policy .I go across the street to another franchise tire facility, and no questions asked, they just put in on right away. They didn t even charged me.So it seems like Firestone has no customer courtesy at all even though I regularly bring all 4 of my cars there for maintenance and repairs. So I will have to go elsewhere from now on and tell my friends as well.

Late in evening got a two to three inch gash in rr tire. Pete, James and the guys took REAL good care of us even stayed slightly past closing. Amazing group at our local firestone.

Came in for a state inspection no prior problems. Got the recommended repairs because I was close to 100k once again no problems really came in for a state inspection. When I got my car back my battery was draining and had a slow start. I went to another firestone to get a new battery. The falling day my entire shut down while I was driving I couldn't even steer. Could have had a terrible accident. They charged my close to a thousand not sure if they repaired anything but now my 4 year old car is now needing some major work done. After my state inspection

I gave four stars because I had a 9am appointment and my car was never moved from where I parked it until approximately 10:10am. After that all went well, James was very thorough in explaining everything to me and making sure I understood and his customer service wasgreat. I will be back but please work on your appointment scheduling.....Thanks!

I scheduled an appointment for my son s vehicle to get a simple tire rotation completed this past Saturday, 12/30 at 1pm. They never took his vehicle back to the garage from the parking lot the entire time. At 4pm, he inquired about the status of the appointment and was told that they were short-staffed but that the service would definitely be completed by 6pm closing time. At 5:30pm, his car was still in the parking lot so my son inquired again. The employee finally admitted that they would not be able to complete the service before 6pm closing time. It is ridiculous to have to wait nearly 5 hours for a tire rotation that isn t completed with a scheduled appointment. I understand being short-staffed, etc but it s terrible customer service & lack of communication to not level with the customer beforehand. This isn t the first time that I have had to deal with this type of wait with lack of communication. This will be my last visit for all of my vehicle services at this Firestone location.

Customers wait for hours while employees play games. Employees get confrontational if you ask why it's taking so long. Was there this past Sunday (10 March) and it took 2 and 1/2 hours to change one tire. Employees were playing a game of Cornhole with another customer, while the majority of us waited around. One customer asked them to take his car out of the garage. I did the same once my tire was on, because my car was just sitting on the lift while workers were inside with us, drinking sodas and playing Cornhole. I spoke with an employee named Alex and he just grinned. I asked "is this funny?" and he began talking to me like he was a thug off the streets, right in front of customers. I had to raise my voice "I JUST WANT TO PAY AND LEAVE, PLEASE BRING MY CAR". Good prices, bad service. Don't go here.

Some of the worst phone educate I have ever experienced. Thank you to whoever picked up the phone there and asked me why do I sound like I have an attitude. It s because of how much lack of care you had speaking to me, lack of adequate guidance, and monotone lack of assistance. Two blocks up the road there s new competition and I ll be taking my business there or anywhere else but not a Firestone ever again. I only called because I have a card with you which I won t be needing anymore. Thank you for the lack of care and service. You ll never have to worry about my business or attitude as you called it again. All I did was match your energy. If you really cared you could if asked nicer.

Members such as Gage, Pete, and James have always treated my family with professionalism, kindness, and extreme respect. I trust the safety of their work, as well as, my vehicle's overall reliably after every visit.

My rating prior to today was 5 out of 5.The quality has severally went down since I last went here. Even with schedule appointments for 3 vehicles for inspection and balance. We have to go to it 3 separate days and one of them they said it was ready but it wasn't for another few hours. From the look of it, if you have lifetime balance then you are treated less than dirt and last in line based on the recent changes and what we seen while waiting.One of the trucks they said some light was out but we have video evidence showing prior this wasn't the case (I don't know if they just collected our money and did nothing on that one since there was no evidence one way or another anything changed).

Was in and out in less than an hour and waith a set of new tires! They also gave me suggestions on a few things I need to service on my vehicle! I've been going to this Firestone for over 20 years and never once have I had a problem.

F- THIS PLACE GETS A F- just because they will call you brother if they assume your black and make you wait for hours for a simple plug in a tire. Haaaa. These guys are a joke. I can simply take my mula elsewhere and post a bad review hoping others do the same. Run em out of business! Firestone is not for black folks here in goldsboro, not these days. The crew there is only for them..

Called for an inspection. They took me in the same day. They took my vehicle in soon after I arrived and completed the inspection within a few minutes. My information was sent over to the DMV before I paid. Great service and great customer service!

The Firestone in Goldsboro will do the best alignment. These guys make sure the alignment is in the middle of the recommended range. I drive from Raleigh for my alignments.

I ve gone to this Firestone for oil changes and other work a few times. I always schedule ahead of time on the morning of week days and inform them I have to wait for the vehicle. However, every time I go I have to wait several hours before anyone even looks at my vehicle. This last time I waited 4 hours before I complained and then they pulled in my vehicle. The staff at the front desk is nice enough and always say they re understaffed, but I can t take it anymore. It s very frustrating to waste so much of my time waiting for them to start on my vehicle for a scheduled appointment. If I could just leave my vehicle there for the day I would, but I don t have that option. They did give me a $10 discount, if that counts for anything.

I'm not sure anyone really enjoys dropping a bunch of money on vehicle maintenance but I find that at least when I do it here I know that the work will be done correctly.Highlights:- Do the lifetime alignment. It will save you money in the long run.- Be prepared to wait or have a pick-up plan. Even when you have an appointment. The unexpected will happen.- They do way more than tires. On my last visit they also charged my air conditioning system. (Cost approx. $350. Price is based on how much freon you need.)- The staff is friendly and extremely helpful. Jim, Mike and JC all helped me out on my last visit and I thought it was nice that they worked together so easily.

Fair warning, if you care about your vehicle do not take it to Firestone on Berkeley in Goldsboro NC.The technician broke one of my tire pressure sensors and scuffed all 4 of my wheels. The individual working on my car apparently is not concerned with being careful with other peoples property. I will not be returning to this store.

Came in to get a new full set of tires for my car. They also offered a free alignment check/inspection. They identified some worn suspension parts and recommended replacement (20 yr old car) which I expected anyways. Took a little longer than I was expecting but it was very busy the day I went so I figured it would be a while.

Took my car in for an alignment and was told it would be 2 hours for it to be done, the guy I spoke with wasnt that friendly but I just figured he hadnt had his morning coffee. 4 hours later I call and it was still not ready. We had a trip to go on and it put us behind schedule. I was calling to inquire about it and was sweet and polite but the man that answered was super rude and yelled at me! He told me they were still working on it.. When I asked and estimated time he yelled and said they would call when it was ready! I explained I had to go out of town and it had been 4 hours and he said 30-40 minutes and hung up! I get it he might be frustrated but that is no way to talk to people!!Service: Wheel alignment
