The workers were excellent! Very kind and helpful. It's a great price compared to any other marina around. The boat was big and clean and we had plenty of time to explore the whole lake and fish while do so. I'll definitely be back!

My wife and I came to NC for a little getaway. Boaters from south Florida and really wanted to take a comfortable ride in the cool North Carolina weather with our son. The customer service was immaculate. I arrive to the facility and they had me on the boat ready to go with in minutes. 21 triton was clean, comfortable and very easy to pilot around. It was a very beautiful experience that will forever be in our memories. Unloading and payment process was super fast as well. No hassle, no stress. I highly recommend signal marina. The perfect place to bring your family during summer for a nice lake day, or dress up cozy and warm during the cooler months and enjoy the beautiful scenery.

This summer we discover the Lake and decided to explore it! It is really indeed beautiful! But it will be more fun so to some activity aside from swimming so I ask google for a rental place of water activities and we are so glad we find this place! The staff is very friendly and their rental prices is reasonable! We really had a great experience here! Definitely we gonna used them again

Great place to rent a pontoon. Staff was exceptional. Lake is easy to navigate, but the views are beautiful . Highly recommended!!

This was a great place to go out on the water and enjoy some peace and quite!! However, the map they give you is kinda difficult to understand and coming back in to the docks is difficult to find. But Google maps helped alot. Other than that it was a great time!! Will definitely do this again!!

we had a nice experience. helpful staff made sure we had what we needed and knew where to go on the boat we rented. No hangups, just a great day with the family out on the lake. Each staff member I encountered was smiling and super friendly. Bathrooms and a few snacks on site (boiled peanuts, pop, candy). Fishing gear also available.

Super friendly staff. Walked up 20 min before closing and still got us accommodated with a pontoon point without a reservation. Very laid back and helpful. Beautiful lake and waterfalls.

Great people, great time! If you're up for some fun tubing is definitely worth it! Make sure to wear sunscreen though! :)

Absolutely perfect experience! The manager Shannon at Signal Ridge Marina went above and beyond to get us the perfect boat for our short stay at Lake Glenville. Further, she took the time to explain the best stops along the lake. Giving us much needed recommendations as we d never been there before. I wish all places still had this level of customer care. My husband and I were celebrating our anniversary and the boat trip was the highlight of our stay.

Easy to reserve and rent a boat. Friendly staff and convenient location.We paid $164 for 3.5 hours on a July afternoon. That was a good amount of time with young kids on the lake and allowed us time to see a couple of waterfalls.

absolutely loved renting here! the front desk girls, dock guys, and manager were all amazing helping us out with any questions and making our trip fabulous. will always recommend this place to anyone looking for something fun to do! also if it s your first time and nervous they answer any questions and happily go over everything with you!

This was our third time renting a boat here. We have always had a great time. Staff was not very friendly this time. Girls at the register did not say a word when we were checking in or when we paid. The staff at the dock basically ignored us as we brought the boat back to the dock and tied it off. In the past (2021 and 2019) the staff were more friendly and helpful.

Lots of different watercraft available for rent. Folks here are helpful and very courteous. Excellent way to tour Lake Glenville.

I brought my dog on the boat and he loved it! Me and my entire family really enjoyed ourselves. Only complaint is that the map was really confusing, maybe place easy to see markers on things or something? I don't know. Point is, it was absolutely beautiful, and a great experience for my first time on a boat.

Checked the website shown open until 4:00 pm so we drove 35 miles only to read a sign on the door Closed for the Season. You think they could update the company hours for vacationers who are there during the Season .

Have loved renting here in the past and the employees working on the dock are amazing. But the girls at the front desk were as rude as they were clueless, then we had the displeasure of meeting the manager who was one of the nastiest women I ve ever met. We could not get over what a bully she was you know how children can think being mean is cool? That s Shannon.

Have rented from here many times over the years. This time a cashier with first initial B was very rude when we asked her to split our tab and said ahhh, NO. It will mess up the register. I think it was a problem with simple math. She thought we wanted cash back when actually, one person was just trying to pay more of the total. Then she proceeded to talk about us when we walked out, not realizing our family members were in the store. I understand we may have confused her, but her response to our request wasn t polite nor was the chattering about us when we left. We will still return as we love the marina crew. Just kind of disappointing experience on the other side of the business.

2nd year getting pontoon/tubing rentals, and would gladly come back again. Service is always friendly and quick.I also appreciate that they offer a veteran's discount.

If you are in the area this is a great way to enjoy the lake. The booking process is easy, staff are very helpful and friendly and the boats always work well.You need to reserve ahead of time, typically limited availability in the peak of the summer.I d also get it for 4 hours if you want to explore the lake, pull off on the public island for a picnic, and spend some time swimming and tubing. 2 hours goes really fast. Rates are very reasonable.

Excellent experience. Boat was ready early, staff was very kind and helpful. I have tried to rent boats from other lakes and the experience wasn t worth it - signing your life away, outrageously expensive. These folks have a workable system.

Update. 6-9-22 I can't say enough good things about this place. Everyone one of the staff is friendly, polite, and helpful. The boats are always good shape, and the motors run. Always our choice for a rental on Glenville.100% perfect. 100% customer serviceAbsolutely amazing! Best experience possible.We made the mistake of trying to rent a boat from Lakeshore Marina... after no phone response we physically to return the boat the following morning because the boat was not mechanically functioning correctly.We walked into Signal Ridge and the ladies were the definition of customer service and personality. They listened to our issues with Lakeshore, and proved their word of being the best. We got a pontoon on a Saturday at 11am with no issues, and we will never use anyone else again.

We brought a small boat with us on vacation, stored it and used the in/out service. Great experience, awesome staff, fair prices. Had a trailer issue and minor boat repair, they took care of them quickly. Great place.

Friendly helpful staff. We rented a boat for 4 hours. Drove to all the falls and hung out at the island for an hour. We also did some tubing. Great way to spend a day.

We rented from them in the 4th of July. Their boats do not have the correct lettering on themSo in the middle of our 4 hour rental the boat patrol pulled us over and for 30 minutes we had to go through a full check of the boat And got a warning. It sucked,When we hot back their answer was, they knew about it but had no concerns to correct it. They offered to pay the ticket. We only got a warning but I guess that was how they were planning to deal with it. maybe they should fix the issue.
