Great Customer service. They helped me gain knowledge on the proper questions to ask the car rental company to making sure I wasn't going to be waiting a long period of time to be picked up just after getting off work to drop my car off for repairs.

Customer service was very professional. The paint and bodywork was unreal. I thought they had traded my car in for a 2022. My car looked as though it was a brand new vehicle. I will certainly be a word of mouth for this establishment. Marcus and staff were awesome. Very satisfied with their work and even more satisfied with their communication and customer service. They help educate you on options (after market parts, original equipment,used, etc.) They will help you work to get what you want/need from the ins. adjusters, etc... Just a top notch business.

My experience with Tru Finish was excellent. My car was to me a eye sore and the staff was kind an reassuring that when i got my car back I would be pleased. And I was. It was like it never was damaged. Thanks again Marcus Harris of Tru Finish I'm one happy customer.

Picked my car up from them a few days ago after performing a paint job on the bumper. The dealer sold me my car 'as is', not realizing that the car had been poorly painted before (probably stemming from an accident they 'forgot' to mention). Mr. Harris handled the job professionally, efficiently, and honestly! Always extra helpful, nice, and professional. With their work you couldn t even tell anything had ever been wrong with any car. I even send my son to them for all his bodywork needs. And you know a momma s not going to send her son just anywhere.

Always Professional Service and the owner always goes the extra mile to make sure your car it's how you want it when you get it back even if it means contacting insurance companies new self about your rental car and your payout supplement.

For good and bettet services, this wouldn't be the best choice... I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. I am a woman who has been taking advantage of, by the owner of tru finished body shop (Marks).
