Four stars for now. Only had vehicle back for a couple of hours! They come highly recommended by several independent used car dealers and I saw many 5 ratings online, so I hope I am not disappointed. Too many other shops have done damage or just left a greasy mess after an oil change. Our WHITE minivan was spotless when it was picked up. Friendly and courteous. Fair pricing.

Walked in for oil change. Service tech said it was going to be 2 hour. Told him I can't wait that long. He told me if wanted to make appointment and come back. Made appointment for first thing in the morning at 730am. He said I would be the first one and can get you in and out quick. Got there at 715am before they opened. I was 1st one there and still took them 2 hours to do oil change. Went to the desk few times to ask and only thing they say is we're still working on it. They didnt even take time to inquire about it.. Got late for work and written up. What is the point of making appointments if its still two hours for oil change. Might have to start looking at different dealer for my services.

These guys continue to go out of the way to help you, had a bad weather strip on the back hatch of my 4runner and Scott Wheatley thanks for getting me the help and the body shop is one of the best!! Those guys fixed me up! Once again thank you for your help and service.

Had an appt at 10:00. Was checked in by 9:43. Took 2 hours just for a simple oil change. Nothing else.

Service was prompt and I was not approached with a pitch to try and sale me somthing I didn't need as on the past visit. It was a pleasant experience and would recommend to anyone

The service at Toyota gives you is excellent they give you exactly what you asked for and more their work is superb the staff is just beyond reproach Toyota of Gastonia is the place to go !!!!

This is by far the BEST Toyota Dealership around. They know customer service. Made a appointment for 7:30 and out by 9:15.
