Was mostly happy with my experience until they gave me my bill. It was 72.00 more because they had to brake off lug nut and bolt. They said it must have been cross threaded by previous person. They should tell the customer that ahead of time. Not the amount but there could be a chance.There wouldn t be a charge if I was an established customer. I have only gone to Subaru dealerships but that is still not good enough. I am disabled and on a fixed income so 72.00 is a lot to me.Service: Oil change

Salesman does not understand "best cash price" car was 13999. Came back at $15400.

I love Subaru so much! They are the absolute best dealership around!! Service Department guys are super awesome. Time it takes is comparable to any other place.

Staff is very supportive. Always they are eager to help and give best customer service and support. I would definitely recommend Subaru Gastonia service center.
