I came in 5 minutes before they closed due to a flat tire right after work. I sadly needed a new tire, but Matthew helped me look over what they had in stock and for a decent price got me a new tire. I was in and out in 10 minutes. Even though, it was past there closing time he helped me with quality customer service and I am very appreciative. I will be back for any urgent car emergency and I recommend that you do the same.

Mack was very friendly and helpful during my tire repair. The shop was clean and waiting rooms were comfortable. And pricing was very reasonable.

I had a pair of old 1940's wheels I wanted the tires/tubes removed in order to sandblast the rims. Went to Discount Tire on Harris Blvd in Charlotte right around the corner from my workplace at about 4:40 PM. After 10 minutes of standing at the desk, being ignored, and watching 2 other persons who entered after me get service - I walked out. Drove home and stopped at NTB on Franklin at 5:45 PM. I was greeted by Matt and explained what I needed and figured they closed at 6 PM and I would have to leave my wheels and get them the next day. Matt said no problem they could do it as they were open later on Thursdays. They took my wheels, I sat in the break room, and 15 minutes later Nathalie came and got me and said they were done! Matt said both he and Nathalie each took one of the wheels and knocked them out - now that is fast service! Both Matt and Nathalie were respectful, courteous, friendly (they actually had smiles), and knew their business. Thumbs up to Matt and Nathalie who make NTB what it is - a seamless and stress free experience and not the poor experience the competition offers.

First, when I called I spoke to Lakeisha, she was very kind and helpful. She was able to get me in right away. When I entered the NTB location, Nathalie greeted me and they started to assess my rear passenger tire. After a thorough inspection, a patch was not possible, and the other tires were needing to be replaced. (I knew they were getting close to the end of their life) Everyone at this location were professional and helpful. And it didn't take all day for me and my vehicle to be back on the road; safer than how we drove in!!

Service Manager Mack was wonderful. The store opened at 9 we were in at 8:55 a.m. SM Mack let us know the tire expectations a head of time. The bolt in my tire was taken out and he we were on our way. God is good and so was the service.

This place used to do us right. I took my car here to get new tires. When my keys were returned I heard a noise as I drove off. I came back and all 4 of my tire bolts were hanging off bc the guy never tightened them. Just recently my wife brought her car in and 2 employees were about to fight in front of customers. They also told her that her battery was low and had to jump her car. Advanced auto said there was absolutely nothing wrong with her battery. We will never come back here again .

Came here for a brake diagnostic and I was pleased with the service. I was already stressed about the entire thing but they eased my mind simply because the tech kept it real with me about everything and showed me instead of just saying a bunch of things. I really appreciated that I definitely will be back and I recommend.

Mack & team were very helpful from the beginning even while on the phone ensuring me that they would find the problem with my tires and correct it. Through the whole process he updated me on problems found and not once did they pressure me on buying or replacing parts. They were thorough, timely and respectful.

Mack was a huge help identifying issues with our crv. He was helpful and cared about the history to help us get a long lasting solution. He and his team identified the issue and offered options for fixing. They completed the work and I was on my way! Added bonus - you can wait at Panera which is close by !

Decided to stop at this place to get one new tire put on my 2020Audi A6 worst mistake of my life should ve read more of the reviews. These people are snakes. Never go here I left with a check engine light on. No one around offered to help not even corporate, and I proved to them that the dealership usually takes care of my car and passed maintenance reviews showed nothing wrong with the engine or anything relating to it. The most I had to get done was a brake change even with the proof I was told to take it to Audi and force them to prove that this place did something wrong, my conclusion is since they wanted to sell me on three other tires and I didn t go for it you would try and make me spend 400 and some odd dollars on maintenance if my check engine light turned on crazy that s around about the same price as the tires plus the maintenance this place is shady the type of people that smile on your face while they got their hands in your pocket. Told me everybody gets an inspection before they do work on the car. OK but when ITold me everybody gets a inspection before they do work on the car. OK but when I checked out, why didn t I get a inspection paper? All I got was a receipt. Very suspicious.Update just talked to Audi and my sensor line is in my back right rear tire where it was changed if my tire didn t blow out as it did it, they will be able to tell if the person who change my tire accidentally hit the sensor line which is common so yes, that reading that came up, could have came from y all changing the tireUpdate February 26 just now got my Audi checked out. At Audi Northlake in Charlotte where I always go, How is it that a connector became unplugged under my hood nothing to do with my condenser. I d appreciate it if you guys would pay me my $186 for getting my car looked at. Thank you I can send you the video of the mechanic telling me it was unhooked just laying there the odds of a connector coming loose. Are very very slim to none. He didn t even recommend me replacing the connector.Never coming to this place again. Emailed HR and never got a response. Sent video from Audi showing the plug had been disconnected. This place is a scam. Just trying to get money from innocent people. I literally just needed one tire I guess since I didn t want to buy all for you were going to charge me $498 to turn my engine light off that you put on My review definitely isn t the first and probably not the last This place sucks never go here.

I came here for an alignment; however, my steering wheel was tilted ever so slightly to the left. After they aligned my wheels, my steering wheel is now all the way to the right. I must say, my vehicle is relatively new, and it can be a learning curve for sure.I do enjoy the customer service who have helped me throughout this journey. But, I don't like the false promises they give me, stating my vehicle is ready to be picked up, only to find more issues related to my steering wheel alignment. Please, for the sake of your time and mine, have better communication with your staff members.With the time I spent there waiting and the time the car has been there it totaled 6+ hours for a simple alignment.Not long ago, I decided to take my vehicle to the dealership. They sent me a video stating, the mechanics that did your car, misaligned the steering wheel and the wheels .I can proudly state, I cannot recommend or acknowledge the mechanics as professionals . Please take your money and spend it else where

I recently had a tire that needed replacing after running over a nail on I-85. I have always received great treatment at NTB, and this was no different. They replaced my tire, and were very professional and helpful. The manager, Nathalie, kept me updated and even gave me a discount because of the wait. I highly recommend NTB of Gastonia!

Just want to say I had a brake problem with my car. Matthew was very helpful. The guys who worked on the car showed me the problem. My car is fixed. NTB guys were very helpful and great customer service from the guys.

The best customer service in town! James was very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. His patience in explaining my concerns on the vehicle was definitely appreciated. I didn't have an appointment however he got us in right away and his sincere care and concern was heartwarming! I feel safe going to NTB,James is an honest guy! It's a good feeling to go somewhere that is not trying to sell you unnecessary services. I'll definitely be back for future maintenance on my vehicles. Thank you James and staff!

Everyone was very nice and extremely helpful and I also was given a great price for the Holidays. They had a sign up for $25 holiday special I paid no more than $38 because I upgraded but that sign definitely pulled me in. Tony at the counter was the gentleman who helped me along with the manager. HIGHLY recommend this place

Crooks. I took my car here to get a tire patched and was told after an hour and a half of waiting, that they couldn t patch it because it was un-repairable and then told me some prices for a new tire. Me, not being the idiot they believed me to be, took it to discount tire who patched my tire for FREE. Please stay away from these money hungry vultures.

I took my genesis in for a alignment and received the best customer service ever.. they were quick and efficient. Natalie was the sweetest and helped me with my concerns. Oh and the price was by far the most reasonable in town. I give five stars!!

Shout out to Natalie Cruz and her coworkers. I have been having tire issues with Scott Clark Toyota dealership with tires bought from there. One visit to NTB and all issues are solved. Everyone at NTB was friendly, courteous and extremely knowledgeable! A huge thank you to these guys and lady for making my car drive like a dream!
