My Service Rep Paul us Awesome!! He takes his time to explain things to me with patience as I am a customer that has a million an one questions!.I live in Charlotte and was going ro change locations several times but due to his outstanding Customer Service I keep making the trip to the Gastonia location because I know my Service will get done right and I will get treated with quality customer Service. The service attendant was very courteous and informative. However, after inspection, I noticed a tick in my engine while driving. In addition, the time on my clock had been changed and my CD was partially ejected.I only took the vehicle for a safety recall for the emblem on my airbag. Why did the mechanic feel it necessary to bother other things?? An explanation is desired.

First time going to service department. Recent purchase of a used car. My service advisor was Shayla. I needed service, but also had questions about the car. She was genuinely interested in helping me and very kind and polite personality. I give her an A++!!!

I have always loved buying from this dealership. I ve bought at least 4 cars from there. Unfortunately this latest car has been nothing but trouble for me and I bought brand new. 2022. It s been in the shop 4 times and this past week makes it 5th. This time I am hearing a rattle noise from the motor as I accelerate. I was told this is normal they couldn t find anything wrong with it. Normal to have such an annoying noise I asked ? I m supposed to continue to just drive this car like this ? They confirmed all Rogues make that noise that it s the weight of the motor. Didn t start hearing it till lately. So why now? No answer.If I wasn t so upside down on this car I would trade it in. I drive 170-200 miles a day and I feel like I do not have a dependable vehicle. Very unfair considering the loyalty I have always had coming back to this dealership. They have always been good to me but I feel like I bought a lemon this time.

I am impressed by the service at Gastonia Nissan! I needed an appointment on the Saturday after T-giving for my son s car before he went back to college, but they were booked. After explaining the timing issue, Alissa worked with the maintenance department and worked us in for the afternoon. She followed up with me multiple times to make sure I was set. We brought the car in as scheduled and the service department was able to change the oil, replace rotors and brake pads. They made a mom happy knowing her son was going back to App with working brakes! Thank you Alissa for the extra effort!

Got my transmission replaced using a warranty I have through my bank. Nissan called the warranty service, got the work approved, and done in less than 2 weeks! I really appreciate it!!

This was our first experience with Gastonia Nissan. The service tech (Paul) was polite, and extremely knowledgeable. The transmission was changed out, and the BSW camera was re-calibrated, plus, washed and returned within 24 hrs. We drove an extra 50 miles for this service and would do it again. Thanks to all.

I scheduled an appointment online, which was easy. Wes called and said they had earlier times available so I got in and out before expected. He was nice and professional! The technician (I never asked her name) took her time to check and double check her work. I felt valued and covered with care. I will continue to allow them to service my vehicle and appreciate the low stress, no pressure service I received.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Tires, Wheel alignment, Brakes, Oil change

went in for simple oil change and check engine light came on. the service was horrible they gave me the run around by sending me to Earl Tindol who then charged me again for the same service. i believe they are tied together some kind of way. total dishonest business . vanessa
