HORRIBLE shop!!! Bad practices. I live in Salisbury (75 minute drive), they did poor install on my rear tire and leaks air from the stem. Noticed when I got home my tire was flat. Called them. They refused to give any partial refund. Told me to drive it back over 75 minutes again and said he won't give me a penny back! Will only re-fix the issue. Are you being serious amigo!??? Worst customer service! STAY AWAY!!

VERY BAD SERVICE!!! I purchased four tires, the next morning I woke to one of them being flat, after arguing with the owner he replaced it, I was checking the tire they replaced and noticed they had damaged my wheel, upon further inspection I noticed they damaged all four wheels. When I asked about them fixing what they damaged both owners got very aggressive and said they wouldn't do anything. They said "oh well". VERY BAD SERVICE!!!

Last place I attempted to find 255/40r21 tires, I was told that I wouldn't find the size for under $100 per tire. I needed 2 & not only did they search their inventory, they sold me both for $180!They were polite & courteous.Best part was that I was in & out. Hassle free place!Decent prices.

Helped me get great deal on almost new tires! Great service especially since I showed up 40 minutes till closing had me in and out plus the mounted and balanced the spare for me!

Had four new tires put on four new wheels today and one of them came back completely ruined.. deep scratches, rough edges, gauged severely.. I've had a decent experience getting a flat tire fixed there in the past but I will never recommend them for mounting new on decent rims as they do not stand by their work.. I contacted them regarding the issue and was told that it wasn't them.. it was the machine... 3 rims were fine and 1 was ruined.. if that was truly the case... no one would be riding around with nice wheels.. terrible customer service..

Was a good customer of theirs until they damaged my wheels and accept no liability. Telling me this how the wheels came to them when I handed them undamaged wheels. If you want you expensive wheels damaged, these are you people to use then.

Great prices and very nice people, I would of have a 5 star rating but two of my tires was put on backwards, they did tell me to bring two back so they could flip them on the rims but it was easier to take them to a local tire store. I live 1.5 hrs away, but overall a ok place just check everything before leave if your not local. Look at picture all 4 treads are going same direction, should be two one way and then two the other direction.

Found on Facebook got two tires they have awesome tread but beware if you have some nice wheels they will be scratches!! There is a sign posted that there too!! Looked good til I got on the highway omg has Shaking like no tomorrow guess they didn t balance them well had to run to Discount Tire to get them rebalanced and they were over inflated!! Cant beat the prices though Semi happy camper

Good crew of guys, gave me a good deal on tires for my wife s car and plugged a hole in a tire in my truck. Good prices. Good service. Ladies and puppy in the office were super nice as well. Thanks!

This place is shady! They will completely lie to you to get your business. Was told they have certain tires in stock, planned time to have installed with owner. Showed up at the time we discussed and he did not have the tires, tried to sell me different tires. Time planned to install was only 1 hour after we originally discussed that he had the tires on hand. Wasted drive over there and bad business practices. Please save yourself the headache.

I've bought tires from New Beginning Tires several times. I bought a set in May and had a alinement done soon after because my car was driving rough. Discovered there was 40lbs of air in them. For the last few weeks car was pulling to the right. I discovered the steel belt was showing through on the front two tires. Called New Beginning and they told me they only offered a 7 day warranty on their tires. How in the Hell are you suppose to know if there's an issue with the tires in that short time frame? New Beginning refused to anything to resolve this saying there was something wrong with my car. Very disappointed in how they handled this

If there was an option for 0 stars i would choose 0.Messaged a guy from here today, Sunday Aug 27 2023 about 2 used tires for sale that would be mounted and balanced for what seemed to be a fair price from fb marketplace. He sayd they're open until 2 so I get there before 1:30 can't find anyone or a door, on my way out I notice 3 men no older than 30 loading tires into a truck and I ask where the office is and that I've spoken with someone who sayd that they're open and they say that they're Busy and to come back tomorrow. I tryed to explain that this Andres sayd there open until 2 and the one that speaks English got an attitude and didn't seem to care about helping me get tires. Poor customer service and I wouldn't recommend going through this company wasted my gas and my time.

Was impressed with the service and the tires. Was actually better than expected. Wasn't there as long as most any tire place i had been and also the price was definitely great! Definitely recommend them!!

I saved so much from the cost of new tires! I had to drive about an hour and arrived just before closing time. They were friendly and courteous, very professional. The waiting room was clean and comfortable. I purchased a full set of tires. They were installed quickly. I apologized for keeping them past closing. They were service minded and did not seem to be bothered by my late arrival. The tires are awesome! They seem to be almost new!!! My dad retired from a tire manufacturing company. He was impressed with the quality. Thank you New Beginnings Used Tires! You have a new loyal customer!

Great place and great customer service. I communicated with Andres through Facebook and not only was he quick with his response times he was also extremely willing to assist and accommodate me and what I needed. And when he didn't have the tires I needed he helped me try to find a set I wanted. And even though I bought the tires elsewhere he was still great to work with getting them installed and he also installed the set of spacers at no charge, where other places around were going to charge extra for the installation of the spacers. His prices are on the low end for labor and comparable with the lowest around and his tires prices were great.

They speak English and Spanish. The staff is friendly and quickly address your needs or concerns. Their tires are of good quality and have plenty of tread still on them. They can change tire pressure sensors. Overall I am very pleased with the service and product quality. I most likely will use their services again and would recommend them to anyone.

Could not be happier with the tires I got today! It s hard to find used 10 ply tires for my truck but he had numerous ones available and great prices. Tons of tread left on them and the service was fast and easy. All around great experience!

I purchased 2 tires that were advertised on Facebook marketplace. I arrived and briefly inspected the tire as the employee assured me there were no plugs. Once they put it on , I noticed a plug! I spoke with the manager and he blamed his employee saying it was his first day. He explained that the tires are pressure tested and good tires. He offered to remove the tires , but insisted on charging me the labor!I decided to just pay for the tires as I needed a tire and already wasted hours of my day. 6 days later, one of the tires is leaking.7 day warranty, but I am out of town and can t get there in time. I have to remind myself, you get what you pay for.Poor customer service.Poor product.Do not recommend.

Great tires! I've used them several times. Only place that has tires for my Audi A6. The tires look better than the one's that came on my car. Highly recommend!
