I called to see if l could get my car inspected and said l was across the street at CVS and was advised to come on over. They quickly took my car and vacuumed the front seats in my car and cleaned my front and back window. Excellent service

They didn t try to tell me things were broken or wrong that were not broken or wrong. I showed up for a safety and emissions inspection, oil change, and tire rotation. Also needed a brake light fixed.These guys were super fast and pretty fair in price.

Friendly staff. Always greets me quickly and make sure I get in and out. And let me know what's due for my vehicle but doesn't push me to pay for it that day. Will always come back here

I arrived 6 minutes after open and there was only one car checked in. Was given an improper time quote, told it would take 10 mins to get to my vehicle and then 10 mins to do the oil change. My vehicle was skipped over while an employee complains to a customer that he's behind because he came in late. It was an hour and 7 minuets before they even pulled my vehicle in. Unprofessional and unfair to customers. There's a sign in the restroom saying they care about having a clean bathroom. However the bathroom is filthy and the sink doesn't work at all. Absolutely disgusting. All said and done my visit lasted an hour and 40 mins.Service: Oil change

I went here to get my Tesla inspected. These gentleman did a great job with getting me in and out very quickly. The service was fast , they were friendly to everyone that pulled up while I was getting my inspection done. I seen one of the workers open the car door for a older couple and helped them get from the car to the inside of the building and back into their car afterwards. We laughed and joked about my car. Great group of guys and I highly recommend going here.

Online it saying there open an that there open tell 3 pm. I live in lenoir i just drove 62 miles 1 hour an 4 minutes to get my differential fluid changed. My fluid is already so low that in the mornings when its the coldest my car makes so much noise I was absolutely depending on them to be open today and now I am scared to make the drive back home I'm afraid if I keep driving like this much longer it will cause damage my whole point of this review though is to point out the fact that you should not be telling your customers that you are open and the worst part is that it's even the adjusted time because today is considered a holiday and it says that they won't be open past 3:00 you just don't know how bad this has messed up my day the reason for my drive all the way up here is because I had a gift card and this was the nearest one I will be asking for compensation when I come back to do my differential fluid change I believe a free oil change would be fair

Brought my car in for an inspection. Note: This is my spare car and has been driven less than 5000 miles since the previous years inspection. Also, I had the oil changed 1000 miles ago by another shop and they included a 24 point inspection with it. At that time they pointed out that I would need front brake pads within the next 10,000 miles or so. But that was the only problem. Fast forward to last week when I take my car to Jiffy Lube. I will say that the attendant was extremely nice and pleasant. I went into the waiting room and within five minutes he returns and says that my brake light is out and would have to be replaced. That's fine because I know they can go out at any time so I said yes please add that on. 10 minutes later he comes back and says that he's found more problems with my car. He said that more lights were not working, the front and rear brake pads had to be replaced, and the front headlights needed to have the buildup removed. He said the car would not pass inspection unless I paid over $500 for the repairs. At this point I became upset because nothing except the front brake pads were mentioned in the recent oil change/inspection. I had also never even heard of someone having to have headlights cleaned before the car can pass inspection. I told him that I would not be getting the work done and so he failed 5 items on the inspection. One week later I took the car to a different shop for inspection. I let them know that I had been told my brake pads were bad and that some lights were burned out. They came back and said they did NOT find a single burned out light all were in perfect working order. They also said I only needed to replace my front brake pads - same thing the other mechanic had said when I had the oil change. I did that, the car passed and we were done. As one of the other reviewers said I think the Jiffy Lube guy tried to take advantage of me because I am a woman. I do not appreciate this at all. WOMEN - BEWARE of taking your car here!

Luis is the man! I showed up Friday evening to get my brakes changed (I bought my own breaks) and Luis told me he couldn t do it without changing the rotors too because of how bad they were. So I left and ordered my rotors (I had purchased my own breaks too, trying to save some money) as the auto parts store didn t have them. Saturday morning I went and picked up my rotors and headed over to Jiffy Lube Luis got right to work, removed the tires, break calipers and pulled the first rotor off ready to change it . Advanced Auto gave me the wrong rotors .. Luis pointed this out and we talked about it, I opted to just have him order them and the break pads with his recommendation (he actually saved me a little money). Once the parts got there he changed everything out, got me my oil change and inspection and I was ready to roll! During this experience Luis kept me informed and even pointed out some very important things that I needed to look out for in the future. This man has earned my business and I will point anyone I can in his direction.

I came in needing an inspection, oil change, and tire rotation. They did all of that and then some. Luis was amazing. He explained everything to me on why I needed what and showed me that my brakes were metal to metal. He really made sure I was driving a safe vehicle and there s notes about my car that s been really helpful too on the report.Thank you so much.Services: Tires, Brakes, Oil change

Very unprofessional, was told 30 min wait to get inspection, one other car ahead, pulled in parking space to wait and got tired of listening to their vulgar language, went to valvoline on Franklin and they were amazing!

I have to give this Jiffy Lube five stars, despite them not being able to complete my oil change. I'm in town from FL and needing to head home. They noticed my oil change would require more than they could safely perform today. The technician, Luis didn't just call, he took the time to find me in the nearby McDonald's, explain exactly why they couldn't safely complete the oil change - I have a vehicle with specializations which cause issues with an oil change and damage might result. Rather than damaging my car by proceeding anyway, they topped my fluids, and otherwise made sure I can get safely back home to FL and have it properly serviced which I appreciate more than can be said. Repairs on my vehicle can be very costly, and to avoid them while also getting home safely and understanding the workers at this center cared about that is the best customer service I could ever receive.Service: Oil change

UPDATE!!!! My air conditioning has not been not working correctly so my husband just checked the filter and it had been crammed so tightly and crumpled into the slot that it was bunched up and causing the issue. DO NOT GIVE THIS BUSINESS A CHANCE TO DAMAGE YOUR VEHICLE LIKE THEY DID MINE. ***** Also the management replies to these comment s pretending to be concerned but they do not reach out or solve any issues.First off the attendant gave me an estimate for an oil change and I accepted. After being seated in the waiting room he gave me a final quote ($30 higher) I agreed to that number, and he went back outside. He came back again and said the fluids needed to be topped for $10 to which I declined. He then opened my glove box and removed my cabin air filter, brought it inside the waiting room and said it needed to be replaced. I declined but thanked him for the evaluation. He then told me that the tab/button to release the filter was broken but he didn t do it . I smiled and said thank you for telling me even though I knew he broke it since my air cabin filter has never been replaced (my car is 4 years old/only owner) I was getting upset at this point since he lied to me. He immediately returned once again to the waiting room and said my oil plug needed to be replaced for $15 and he just realized it . At that point I was completely flustered since he had not even started my oil change or even drained my oil yet. I gathered my children to leave extremely upset. I asked for my vehicle to be released since they never started my service the whole time I was there. As I was leaving I expressed my displeasure because I had asked for an oil change and instead they rummaged through and broke my glovebox and hassled me over and other unnecessary up charges.My husband called them after I left because he was concerned about the situation, and they were completely dishonest with him. I stopped by this place to get my vehicle inspected only to be told that the "inspection tech was about to clock out" , only to watch him while he serviced a family members vehicle according to another employee. Not exactly great business ethics. Nonetheless I drove to a different facility that was happy to help.

Don't make the mistake of going here. The tech told me my gauges weren't working properly, which they were. Then I paid a ridiculous $130 to get the oil changed in my suburban. I took my truck to a competitor and it was $66. This place is a ripoff. They also didn't reset the change oil message or put a sticker in the window.

I really like going here, the staff treat you with respect and kindness. They told me how much my service would be today before doing the job. Afterwards they explained everything to me and then ask if I had any questions. I really appreciated the staff and how they treated me. I was in and out in about 15 min. They don't waste any time.

The service was good. My only issue is maybe they were understaffed or training? There were multiple times that all four guys, were gathered around one car. Not actively working on said car, but talking. It seemed to be informational, but it made the process a lot longer for the customers. I will go back, it isn't enough to deter me. But does take a star due to length of time.

I have really enjoyed taking my car here. The technician Louis is always upfront and honest about what is going on. I have recently moved here and I have tried out valvaline, grease monkeys and jiffy lube. I will be staying with jiffy lube. Thanks again Louis!

Showed up at 8:10, door was locked they "open" at 8. Went back to my car, waited 5 more minutes, called into the lobby, lady on the phone said they were open. Walked back up to the door, still locked workers standing at the desk. Looked at me though the window, and never opened the door. Stood there for 10 minutes in the cold, thinking they'd open the door. But nope... so I went to discount tires and got my tire plugged for free, instead of paying Jiffy Lube as a quick fix.

Jiffy Lube has done great over the years and provide excellent customer service. They have quality and productivity employees that provide immediate information and support on specific services. Went to have my brakes done. They did a brake inspection and let me know that my brakes were good. Told me I had about 15000 miles left on the front and 30000 miles left on the rear. This is an honest place. Will go back and recommend anyone that needs work done on there vehicle to go here.

As a single female I don't like taking my car anywhere as I always feel like I'm being taken advantage of. This Jiffy Lube didn't pressure me into anything. I asked about a fuel system flush and they gave me information and options. They even gave me a discount when I decided to get it. They were quick, courteous, and honest and I will definitely use them again.Service: Oil change

Went in for an oil change because I been working so much overtime I couldn't get to it. The kid working there couldn't get the air filter housing to close so he just let me drive off with it all flapping under the hood barely held together. When I went back I had to prove what had happened and waste hours of my time waiting for them to get a proper part. They didn't even offer a discount or anything. I will never use their so call "services" again in this lifetime.Service: Oil change

Went today for an inspection. I have had absolutely no problem with my vehicle prior to my visit today, with the exception of the "Maintenance Required" light that has been on since my last visit for an oil change (completely different story there that I won't go into here). Anyway, 40 or so minutes into the inspection, I asked the guy doing the inspection how much longer it would be - not to rush him, I was on my lunch hour and just needed to know if I would have to call in to work and tell them I'd be late getting back. He says, "Five minutes." I said, "Great! Everything looks good?" He says it does. In about those five minutes, another guy calls me over. To make this long story a bit shorter, he tells me I need a new battery and that I failed the inspection. So buyer beware - if you go in for a simple state inspection, they'll probably try to sell you something you don't need. I won't be going there again. Oh... and that maintenance light is still on.
