Extremely rude. One of the office workers, the estimator, spoke to us like we were children and smirked when we asked questions. We then decided to move the car to a local shop that had a better lead time and they charged us a $70 storage fee for the car being there for 1 day! Beware using this shop.Edit: Estimator spoke to tow driver and told him oh well, it s one less a**hole we have to deal with Don t give your business to folks who don t want it.Service: Body & Trim

I could not have been more impressed with the team at Toyota Collision Center. Parts have been on back order due to circumstances out of their control. They did everything they could to ensure I was aware of shipping dates and arrival times. There was one part that still hasn't come in, but this team understood my need for a car and went above and beyond to waterproof and make my vehicle safe to drive until the part does come in. I am forever grateful for their kindness and will always use them (hopefully not because of another wreck anytime soon) due to their wonderful customer service and quality workmanship.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

This is THE PLACE to go for repairs. Front staff AND even the repair staff walking through very cooperative informative and FRIENDLY. Ten on my scale. THANKS!!

If you happen to find your self in a situation where you need body repair. Well look no further. These guys are sure to help you out. The are super fast and efficient and don t charge a arm and a leg! If your looking for honest body work with a reputable company that has experience and is going to back there work up than make sure you consider this place!

I just want to relay how pleased I am by the service I received at Gastonia Collision Center. The final product was top notch, a quality repair of my front end, a spotless redo of damage caused by a head-on accident. Also, we had problems with our second vehicle on our scheduled pick-up day that made it impossible for my wife to get to their location. Several GCC employees worked out a way to get the car to my wife in the most convenient manner. They were very nice, very respectful, and very accommodating...even when they didn't have to be.

Less than impressed with the customer service as this facility. It was almost as if they really didn't want any extra business. Maybe just a Gastonia thing.

Ashley the woman that appraised the car she did a tremendous job very friendly a very fair price I suggest anyone that has automotive body problems got a Toyota Collision and Gastonia volume Five Stars
