Ordered a new key fob for my VW and was told it would take a couple days. A couple weeks later, I'd still heard nothing from the dealership that it had came in, so I called only to find out that it had been in for a while. Transferred over to service to set up the appointment to have it programmed. Came in for appointment and added a 100k mile service to it. Showed back up 4 hours later to pick the car up and completed the check out process only to find out the key for had not even been programmed or added to my bill while checking out. This was discovered after i was handed my old key fob and when I asked for the other one, it was said it wasn't put in to be done. Then after paying for the service that wasn't even scheduled, it was noticed the key wasn't even cut correctly. Highly not recommend this place.
