My whole experience at Classic Volkswagen was fantastic. From the phone call, arriving at the dealership, and check out Jazz was great. I also witnessed her interactions with other guests, she was polite and provided options without pressuring them to buy things they may not needed. I would definitely recommend this dealership over other VW options in the area. Very much worth the drive out for amazing service!

I brought in my vehicle for routine maintenance. Shawn the service manager had some suggestions due to my mileage which were very reasonable. I agreed to the additional items and had my vehicle back in no time. Jasmine completed checking me out. Classic Volkswagen is by far the better service department to deal with in the greater Charlotte area. No salesmen tracking me down while I wait and no unnecessary recommendations. If you have gone to other VW dealers for service you know exactly what I mean.

This is hands down the best dealership that I have ever dealt with. I had the privilege to work with Bandon Brown who has a wealth of knowledge and experience with Volkswagen vehicles. In order to feel more comfortable with my purchase, I was able to meet with the GM, Thad, who was a top-notch manager and was super personable. He made sure from top to bottom that I was getting the best deal. After meeting with these gentlemen, I worked with Anthony in finance, and it was the smoothest process I have ever dealt with. Overall, the sense I got at this VW dealership is that they cared about my purchase which is a trait that is hard to find when buying a car. I 100% recommend! Had a great experience start to finish in the process of buying a Pacifica for my wife. Like many others, my credit took a big hit in 2020. I knew it would be a challenge to get approved for a good vehicle at a dealership, but Chad and Chris worked hard all day (communicating via text and phone e) and found me the best price and the best interest rate for someone with my credit challenges.I picked out a 2022 Pacifica and was denied for that one initially, but they kept working on it and got me the car I wanted at a price that I could afford (and with an extended warranty). Chad was very nice, helpful, and not pushy at all. Chris did not try to upsell me on anything and made sure I understood everything.I highly recommend considering this dealership if you are looking for a vehicle. They are in the business of satisfying customers, not just selling cars. That is hard to find.

Jasmine was great and very helpful in making my experience easy and reassuring. Best customer service I've had in a very long time. Service was quick and went very smoothly. I was kept up to date on all services and would recommend for service to others without hesitation. Oh did I mention that customer service was excellent!

Great experience at my first visit at this dealership. The staff made me feel exceptionally welcome. They explained my problem and went and above and beyond fixing my issues. I will definitely return for all mechanical needs and consider upgrading to a newer car in the future.

It was easy as usual to schedule my service. The waiting area was clean and the snacks were great. I really liked receiving a video of the tech explaining what was done and the multi point inspection. 2 additional services were recommended to watch out for but not once did I feel pressured to complete them that day, but they were thoroughly explained to me.

After going through several dealership looking for the right car and right deal. Classic Volkswagen of Gastonia was going to be my final stop before I decided not to look anymore. I'm glad I kept my appointment with them. Brandon Brown did a great job in taking care of my deal. He and the team did everything needed to get things done and made my trip worthwhile. The company sings praises of their certified pre-owned vehicles that did not reflect our experience. Poor customer service. The used car needed parts/repair before purchase, and we were assured those would be fixed. Those promises were made but once we signed the contract they were not carried out. The manager informed us we signed an "as is" deal and despite being promised repairs the dealership was not going to complete them leaving us to a large fuss to get this done as promised.

We worked with Victor throughout my car buying process and he went above and beyond to make sure I choose the best car based off my needs. He is a great asset to Volkswagen of Gastonia. I never felt like he was selling me a car just for his own personal gain. Everyone we worked with in the finance department was wonderful too. I will absolutely be sharing this dealership with anyone I know looking to get a new car.

Great place to buy a car, Adonis salesperson and Thad Frobe the general manager were excellent people to work with.Like i said great place to buy a car, Adonis and Thad were excellent helping me out and answering all my questions, both gentlemen went above and beyond showing me my the car, they are both very professional and respectful people, great dealership and awesome people! I highly recomend this place for anyone who is in the market for buying a new or used car.

Easiest car buying experience! From start to finish, Nick was awesome! He was waiting to greet my family when we arrived. He was so kind and a complete gentleman. He told me he was going to do what it took to get the deal, and he did!! Such a cool dealership. The finance guy was also so personable! Such a great experience!!! I worked with Chad, Jonathan, and Anthony, all awesome guys who treated me like royalty. The car was very clean, looked practically brand new (it's a 2016), and had new tires. I was planning on seeing other cars that day to find something cheaper but they offered me a deal that blew my mind. The dealership has a friendly environment and everyone was easy to work with. The process was very smooth and efficient. I highly recommend these folks!

I became a loyal Classic customer when I started taking my Tiguan to see Jazz and the rest of the amazing service team.Today I upgraded my Tiguan to a '24 Atlas and could not be more pleased with my experience. Aasghar and Matt were wonderful to work with. I had a tall order to fill and they were able to help me get the deal I wanted. Finance team was very friendly and helpful both Chris and Thad. I highly recommend the team at Classic! You will not be disappointed!

Chris at the service department was very helpful and thorough with my concern on the vehicle. We went through all the details and even asked to do a drive together to help him identify the noise I hear so he could explain to the mechanics. The repair was completed in a timely manner.

Excellent dealership! They are on top of everything the moment you walk through the door. They worked with us on what we wanted to pay and what we needed for trade in value. Brandon did an amazing job with the deal. I would recommend anyone to this dealership. We have now become loyal committed customers to this business.Update on my review - accounting dragged their feet to process my trade in check and as a result, I had to pay the difference in accrued interest when the check arrived late. The dealership did not own up to this and compensate me for their mistake.

I wish more rigorous testing was done on the tires. I haven't been driving it for two weeks, and one of the tires went from a low-pressure warning to flat within a five-minute period when I was driving. I took it in to get replaced, it was a defective tire. My bet was a tire pressure seal failure because it was fine on the road and there were no perforations and it still lost air pressure but from what the tire professionals could tell, the tube had something loose inside of it.Otherwise, it was an excellent experience. If the tire situation didn't happen before I got my plates, I would've given I higher rating. I still don't have my plates; it's been nearly two weeks since I bought the vehicle, I was told to expect a call to confirm the shipment address but never got it. Will be calling tomorrow.

I scheduled an appointment last Saturday, Feb. 3rd for this Saturday, Feb. 10th. After checking in, I was told that they didn't have enough materials to complete my service and I would need to reschedule. A courtesy call, or text before the appointment would have save me time and money; I travel over 30 miles. The lady that handled my paper work had great customer service. The rating is solely based on her the great service I received on my last visit.

Me and my wife worked with Paul and he helped us get into the car that we wanted! He made the process a breeze and was able to help us get it done quickly and worked around our busy schedules. We even brought some family back to him the same day, and he was able to get them into a new car as well.
