We were in and out in about 30 minutes. Got a new key and fob. Had to get the fob programed and made sure it worked correctly. Free battery for life in the fob.Great small business.

We have gone here two times. Once for a dodge Ram and today for my grand Cherokee. The dealership gave us only one car key and then wanted to charge us 400$ for a new one. They stayed open an hour after closing time because two people were in front of us. 120$ if we brought our fob 180$ if they provide it. Professional, friendly, top notch and free batteries for remote for life plus a guarantee on fob. I d give them a ten if I could!

I needed a key and remote. He had both and programmed my remote and was very efficient. The price was great and lower than anyone else.Would definitely recommend them.

Had the key fob that I needed to replace. Once at their store I was able to be in and out in 20 minutes. Young man did an excellent job in getting me ready to go.

I stopped today to get a few batteries. I come here when I need batteries in my fob's replaced and the service was fast, courteous, and professional as always! Highly recommend

I went into the shop. I heard great things about the place. A older gentleman was in front of me. First, there was no greeting to me when I entered the building. Secondly, the man DID NOT know which keys goes to what vehicle. Move to the side the customer rep could ve said no he entertains him for several minutes as he decides what price he wants to pay on the key he wants. The customer rep then decided to go out with the man to his car to find which key goes where. No I ll be right with you. Ill be back soon nope another no nothing. I will not be back to the company. I then walked by both guys still he says nothing to me!!! He was very rude. Customer service which means you need to know how to multitask. I had money in hand. The other gentleman didn t even know which day it was.

After checking with two different dealerships (that upon arrival couldn't duplicate my fob for me) I almost gave up hope on replacing my lost car key fob but I took a chance and walked into this place.I was blown away with Harry's expertise, knowledge, and customer service.He went above and beyond to make sure that the new key/fob worked just like my original (and he even replaced my dying battery in the original one).When I checked out I honestly felt like the overall transaction was worth the prices I was quoted at the dealerships... No it was half the price. I will be referring this place to anyone and everyone who needs their car keys done right for a great price. Thanks again Harry!

Service is fast and no nonsense, I brought my own blank blade key that needed to have it horizontal cut/duplicate/copy for me as a spare, no programming was needed as I've already program the transponder chip and fob to my car. $25 just to cut a regular non laser cut blade key is a tad high compared to ace, batteries plus, Lowes or home depot.

Been going here for 7 years. They've always had every key and every key fob you can think of. They can program any car I'm pretty sure. Don't go to the dealership and pay a crazy amount of money. I would go here and save you a lot.

They are still amazing, fast, and reliable!!I've used them for both a car and a semi truck and I've NOT been disappointed either time. They stand behind their work and can duplicate just about any key. The service is fast and they are extremely friendly! I believe they also have lock out and re-keying services outside the shop. I would give ten stars if possible!!

Came for a replacement key for a car I bought recently to which I misplaced the line key,was told that a tech would come out Monday which would've cost more so I ask that a copy be made only because I had someone who would program the key for me for a better price,provided all of the required documents but was being looked at suspiciously by the older of the two to which the younger guy whom I saw and spoke to earlier that day changed his vibe.this was just my experience and others may have had better ones and although I was recommended to them I wouldn't recommend them to anyone my self.if I could leave no stars I would.should be no prejudgement in business and that wasn't what was shown at this establishment.

I was looking for a replacement fob and checked 4 different Ford dealerships from Charlotte, NC to Rock Hill, SC and places in between. I wasn t expecting same day or even next day service, but no one could do it for 2-3 weeks and no one could do it on the weekend. One dealership told me that they don t even do these and gave me the phone number to the representative for this company and said he was at their dealership one day a week. I called the representative and was told that they had this location in Gastonia, it was open on Saturday, and no appointment was needed. I arrived and was done in about 30 minutes. The gentleman who was working there today was friendly, polite, and professional. All of this while people were driving up and queueing for service. He was finishing up a customer in front of me when I arrived and several people arrived about the same time while he was helping me. I never felt like he was rushing my or anyone s service. This place is a hidden gem. I will definitely be going here again for any key needs and highly recommend them to anyone looking for replacement keys or fobs. Far above and beyond the service I got from the dealership for what is a critical need to operate your vehicle these days.

Awesome experience!!! I lost one of my key fobs for my truck and the second one broke after dropping it. I checked with the Ford dealership and my jaw dropped after they quoted me well over $600 for two fobs. I called Car Keys to Go and they were able to save me at least $200 for the exact same Ford OEM key fobs that I would have gotten at the dealership. The service was on point (in and out in about 30 min). I will definitely be back for any other key needs.

Extremely quick and very professional. Took all of about 10-15 mins to have my key cut. Was Given very clear instructions on how to program it (I didn't drive my car to have the key made). Would highly recommend. Was also given a business card with a number to call if I had any issues programing my key when I returned home.

Great guys here. Took care of me quickly. Prices are a little on the high side but I'd much rather support a local shop than a large chain. The customer service makes it worth it. Come try them out. You won't be disappointed.

Went earlier today to get a car key copy for a 2013 Hyundai Elantra. I called before hand to see if he could. The owner said that he could. The owner was really nice about the whole process and answered my questions that I had. Went to the place to see how much it would cost and to get the key. Didn't take a long time. Other places told me a different thing (said that it had a transmitter), but he told me that there wasn't a transmitter in the original key. Price was fair as well. Once I got back home I tested it just to see if the key would work. The key did open the car, which was good. Then I tested to see if I could use the key to drive with it and turn the car on. It worked. Really appreciative of his time and effort. Would recommend to others and would go to again if I need a key copied. Great service and great, small place. 5/5.

Chris was the tech that came out. He was very professional. Got to my house within 15 minutes of calling and gone within 30. The price was so reasonable! If I ever find myself needing another key i will definitely be calling these guys.

Was refered here by a car salesman who said they could make keys and replace fobs much cheaper than the dealer. So I tried it out and wow! The worker cut and programmed two keys for my 07 F150 and they had a deal on the second key at 50% off. Couldn't be more pleased. Now bringing my expedition by as my wife had washed my keys destroying it's fob. The car keys to go is located in the old Gaston mall lot near Target in a small stand alone building.

I drove past this place one day and stopped in there cuz I needed to get a copy of my car key and I was able to get two keys actually at a very very good price. Also, another time I had to get a key made for a Lexus because wasn't no key for the Lexus and they came out to me where I was at to get me a brand new key for my Lexus without the other key. Amazing customer service and very professional.

This place is great! I think it took about 10 minutes total from walking in and having the key made and then having the employee walk out to my car, program the key and I was on my way. It was a fantastic experience.

Great service went the extra mile. I really mean it, he programmed an cut my key. Then gave me my keyless passcode for free. Which dealerships charge about $100 but for the code. He did all this for $75. Great guy!!!!

I would like to thank Harry for his great customer service.He programmed my Key fobs on my vehicle I spoke with him the day before he said stop by and we will see if we can get you taken care of.He was very professional with all the customers that came thru while I was there he made sure that he took care of everybody who was waiting.I will strongly recommending Harry if you need to get a Key fob replaced or program.Keep up the great customer service it really goes along way in these trying times we are in.Thanks

Quick and fast! Not real cheap, but a lil better than the dealership. Guy was thorough in making sure before and after. Will visit again. They do programming of the fob and key cuts. They don't do Mercedes Benz ,but can do BMW and Audi.

Highly recommended. The only time you'll spend there is the time it takes for your car. Employee was super quick .
