Those guys were great. Very good work. Took every precaution not to damage my car. Explained everything beforehand and finished the job in the time they quoted. Will definitely use them again if the need arises again. Definitely will reference them to all my friends..

This is the second time that I have used this business. They are great at everything that they do. I really appreciate their total honesty.I was fixing my fiance's window as a surprise. A motor was ordered for it as it usually the cause. I was all set to pay for that new motor plus installation.. Upon completion, I am informed that there was nothing wrong with the motor and it was just a screw that had gotten loose and dropped off. They fixed it and used Loctite to ensure that the screw would no longer back out.In turn, all I paid for was the labor to fix it. They saved me about $345 by simply being honest. They will always have my business and I highly recommend them to anyone needing this kind of work.My first experience was great as well... My window dropped in December... He had to order the part....and as a courtesy, he got my window up and held in place temporarily until the part came in...

I got the reference from Honda service center as they said they don t change windshield.I also got quotes from other repair shops however their quote was very unreasonable. So I went to this shop as the quote price is very reasonable compared to what I had from others at that time. Scheduling was very easy and quick. The windshield got replaced quickly and all the instructions for first few hours were given to me.I would definitely recommend all my friends to consider anything related to auto glass unless they find others affordable.

I had my windshield replace in my 93 Camry by this company. They offered a fair price and did excellent work. After the install I ended up having some wind noise, so I called them back after a couple weeks of driving. They came right out and resealed the windshield and tried a different trim piece on the top side of the glass. I haven t had a problem since. I appreciate them standing behind their work and resolving the issue I had. I would definitely use this company again.

Awesome service and super convenient. They were able to schedule us quickly for a windshield repair, and they came right to our door. The team was extremely friendly- they were done in no time, and did a quality job. Would highly recommend!!

Highly recommend Transparency Auto Glass. A rock cracked the windshield of my new CRV, and I had some trouble figuring out how to get the repair/replacement sorted out. By the time I called Transparency Auto Glass, I was extremely frustrated and was very grateful that Jace said they could definitely do all parts of the work (replace the windshield with OEM glass and recalibrate all the auto-sensing). He was able to tell me exactly what I needed to do to set up the repair (had to transfer the insurance claim to their shop). They were great to work with, flexible with my scheduling needs, and did a great job on the replacement. Will definitely use them again should the need arise!Service: Auto windshield repair

They have replaced a window on my van and that was 2 yrs. Ago I remember them doing such a great job I decided to look them up and found them...I was soooo happy this time it's for my dodge and the come right out they have great customer service and great work!!!

Worked with Jase once again to get a windshield replacement, this time for my level 2 TRX. Heads up display, lane assist, etc., and everything works as it did from the factory. While traveling through Alabama my 2020 Honda Pilot was hit by an object which cracked my windshield. After arriving in Cary NC, I called a local dealership to see if they could replace the windshield. Unfortunately Honda doesn't replace windshields but did refer me to Transparency Auto Glass. I gave them a call on Tuesday 5 Sept and was told that they were able to help me and to send my VIN number to insure what was needed for the repair. Jace immediately researched the info and sent me a quote. I explained to him that I was from Maryland and that I would need my vehicle by Thursday 7 Sept which he agreed too. Unfortunately Jace had an emergency that morning but was able to make the repair on Friday. Absolutely amazing service. I highly recommend this company for any glass repair and will definitely use this company for all of my glass repairs.

Rockstar company and employees! Would absolutely do business with them again but I hope I don't have to ;) It was easy to make and appointment and the kind and courteous technicians answered all my questions. They came to my house and it took them about 30 min and it looks great.

They were incredibly professional and great at communicating! Really fair pricing too. My insurance wanted a $500 deductible and they offered me a windshield for $350. They showed up on time, always communicated when they would arrive and did a really great job replacing my windshield. The workers themselves were incredibly personable, friendly, and professional. Jace deserves all the flowers. My husband just got back from the shop from replacing the windshield on our Van and it looks perfect. We were referred to Jace and his shop from our Honda dealership. The customer service was Top tier! Jace was very informative and patient with all my questions. The process was very easy and seamless. It was honestly perfect. My husbands car has a crack in his glass so we will for sure be back and refer our friends and family as well. Great service by great people who do great work. We are very glad we found Transparency Auto Glass for our chipped windshield repairs. We had 3 cars with chips and had a small time window while they all were home for the holidays. All 3 were finished and cleaned in about 2 hours. Can barely find the original chip marks and the windshield are smooth.The price is right and the crew did fantastic work. Amazing company and customer service. Jace and his team were recommended to us and I can say we will recommend them to others. The customer service is above and beyond-Jace drove to pick the truck up so the glass could be repaired as our appt was scheduled during a string of rainy days and we don t have a covered area for the glass repair to occur. Transparency glass is now my go-to windshield repair and replacement service. They're very honest, prompt and customer-oriented business. They're able to squeeze me into their busy schedule. I ordered the wrong glass, yet, the tech did not give me a hard time, instead, ordered the right glass and had it installed today (06/06/22). Their pricing is one of the best out there. Value and quality are excellent, and they have an unlimited warranty on it. I tried most companies, but they didn't have the glass for my 1998 Ford Expedition. Transparency glass did. Jace provided me with a quick quote which was reasonably priced! She also responds quickly to call and email. She was able to get me scheduled the very next day which is awesome! Daniel came and did the install within about 30 mins. I also received a warranty. My windshield looks great. Honestly, I didn't even realize how bad the crack in my windshield was until I had the new one installed. My whole driving experience is better now. Their reviews definitely hold true! I submitted my claim to insurance on Monday and by Wednesday I have a new windshield installed at my home. They handled everything including the required calibration! Jace was super nice and professional! Highly recommend. Hopefully I don t need a new windshield anytime soon but if I do I ll definitely call Transparency again.

The entire team at Transparency Auto Glass is top of the line! I've had multiple times of them taking care of my windshield needs/repairs/installation and they have done the best job! HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE OF INTEGRITY. UPDATE: 11/2023 back again because of another rock on windshield. Jace and his team quickly got me road worthy. I wish I could give them another 5 stars!!!And On 10/18/19 a rock bounced around a few times on my windshield leaving chips and nicks. With upcoming weather changes and vacation next week, I was concerned about the 2 places I noticed, and thought it was going to cost any arm and a leg to get repairs done in time. I got quotes and many places weren't accepting appointments for another week! One place did offer to come on-site within a few hours but NEVER showed, which was a blessing in disguise, because I had the opportunity to meet Jace at Transparency Auto Glass. He had me come into the shop immediately, have me options, educated me on the glass itself, showed me where the rock had bounced more times than I noticed. For just a smidge above the price the "no show" quoted to fix TWO spots, Jace installed a brand new windshield. He didn't push or oversell. He was patient and worked within my timeline. Cool, that he was concerned about me being on lunch hour and having to get back to work too. GREAT people do good work!! I'll never go anywhere else for my auto glass needs!!

These guys are great! I worked with Jace on getting my windshield replaced and the vehicle tinted all-around, for what I felt like was a great deal. I dropped the car off at 8am and had a text from Jace around lunchtime with a photo of my car saying the job was done.They made the whole process super easy on me and did an excellent job in an extremely timely manner.
