Quality Auto Service has always treated me great. They are HONEST and TRUSTWORTHY. They have serviced many of my vehicles and I would not let anybody else touch them. While on our trip down to Myrtle beach (from Philadelphia) we went over some debris in the road and started losing air in our tire. I got off at the nearest exit and found this place. I pulled in, asked the gentleman at the front if he could help a lady with a flat tire and he said sure and got me in and out in 20mins. I had a full car so we all got out, walked to cvs up the street and back and the car was done! Kids thought it was like magic. We got the tire plugged for only $25. The gentlemen was actually so nice if I was a local I would definitely be back to see him. I wish I had gotten his name, but I was so stressed I didn t even ask. But he made a stressful situation painless. Thank you so much!

As a single female, finding trustworthy people to work on your car can be a challenge. I read the reviews about Quality Auto Service and decided to give them a try based on another single female who had a great experience. I'm so happy that I did! They listened when I called them and they actually worked hard to fit me in the same day because my car had broken down and I was without a car. I had the car towed there and they looked at it right away. They called to tell me the problem with the car. Turns out it was my alternator, which I had suspected. I asked them to please fix it. They got the part in right away and had it fixed and back to me the same day before they closed! My car is running now and I cannot express enough how much I appreciate these people for being so amazing and helpful! Definitely would recommend this business! I am from another state, but visit this area often. As a single female, finding trustworthy people to work on your car is risky. A friend recommended this place to me while I was in town. Richie and his crew treated me fairly and were very kind. I have traveled twice now for their service and intend to keep coming back!! And my car is driving great, haha!! Services: General repairs & maintenance, Brakes, Oil change

I had a headlight restoration done on my car this past week and I cant say enough great things about QAS. Before now I was struggling to see at night but now I feel like I can finally see more than two feet ahead of me! Richie was very kind and helpful and I know that I will definitely be back for all my car needs!

Quality Auto Service is great. They are honest and don't try to sell you on repairs that aren't necessarily needed. They also update you as needed. I trust them completely. Oh yeah, and most importantly, they are knowledgeable and do great work. I highly recommend them to anyone who needs work done on their vehicles.

We were traveling thru NC trailering our motorcycle IN A DRIVING RAIN. When we stopped for fuel in Garner NC we noticed the bearing had separated from the hub on the trailer! We asked a local where we might get it fixed and he recommended Quality Auto Service which luckily was close. When we pulled up the owner Richie Kibler dropped everything he was doing to help us. He suggested where we could buy the parts locally so he could repair it the same day. The repair was made quickly and the cost was extremely reasonable. We could not have asked for more friendly, professional service. Thank you so much Richie!

We have been going to Quality Auto for well over 10 years now. First and foremost, they are very honest and will never try to sell you on something you don't need! Richie and David are top tier mechanics and get your work done when they say they will. These basic things are difficult to come by these days. What more can you ask for? 5 stars across the board !!

David and Rich are good people and true honest business men. They do great work no matter the issue. My father in laws company uses them and they treat me the same way even though I have 1 truck compared to a big company!

As a high end appliance sales representative at Garner TV & Appliance, its important that I refer my clients to the best in the business. If you want professional results and quality work, I highly recommend Ritchie and David!If you want to actually "Trust" someone, you can start with these guys, they have always been honest and fair with me. They explain the problems, recommend solutions and perform their work as true professionals.

My 19 yrs old daughter needed alot of work done on her car before she went back to work. Not only was the price amazing but he also had us in and out within a day. Amazing customer service ; I would highly recommend. I have found my new mechanic ^.^

Dave and Richie are very knowledgeable and most importantly, easy to deal with. I have had only good experiences with them. They are honest and reliable, which is hard to find these days. I have recommended them to several people and have heard positive feedback as well.

My friends, family and I have been going to Quality Auto Service for a few years and they have been nothing but professional and honest. They don't recommend services that aren't required, they don't overcharge, and the quality/honesty is of the highest importance. Found them after another shop started overcharging and creating new things to fix.

Very nice and honest. Walked in unclear about check engine error message. Guy that assisted me took the time to look even though he said they were booked until Tuesday. Most amazing service from Ritchie when we made an emergency stop at Quality. He stopped what he was doing, put his computer/sensor on our car, and sent us on our way. Can't say enough good things.

Called to have some work done on my truck. Scheduled a work date and the truck was in and out on time and the work was exactly what we spoke about. Ben was more than pleasant to deal with and took the time to speak with me about everything. They will be the only shoo that works on my vehicles.

Honest shop...brought my car in for brakes as I thought I heard some noise. They called me and told me I didn't need new pads. They honestly could have just replaced and done the work and I never would have known. Being relatively new to the area they just earned my trust and business going forward. Thank you

I am a mechanic, no longer working in the industry. I only bring my vehicles to get serviced when I don't have the tools to do do. With that said, the owner was nice, knowledgeable and honest.
