Just purchased a very nice 2007 Silverado 2500 from Oak city motors ! April and the rest of the staff were very nice and friendly . Will definitely return in the future for another purchase !

Great team, walked in with a specific car in mind at an honest price and walked away thoroughly impressed. Car dealers are usually out to make money, but with OCM it truly seems like they are out to provide affordable vehicles for the public. The sales personnel are straightforward and do not beat around the bush. The entire transaction process took roughly 45 minutes from entering their parking lot to driving off with my new vehicle. SERVICE MEMBERS!!!! This is the dealership you want!

April and Tim were the best! I contacted April over the weekend and she let me know they had the best deals in town! Tim was very helpful with making my transaction as quick as possible and offered me insurance to help fit my budget!Thank you April and Tim! You all are the best!

Oakcity Motors....I see that you blocked me from your Facebook page. It's okay because I have other ways of posting. You need to stop treating your loyal customers like this. It's 2024, do good for your customers like treating them with respect. I'll keep posting and give you something different in the weeks ahead. Just pay the repair cost for my car. You created this mess now make it right by doing so and I promise all this will go away. Happy New Year.

I loved my experience with April and Tim, they were friendly and extremely helpful. This is my first purchasing experience with an automobile so it was extremely difficult for me to make up my mind. But the staff was very patient and understanding took my about an hour to purchase.

Today was perhaps the best car buying experience I could ask for. My young son bought a car there today and the whole process was exceptionally well done, end to end. April Flowers was excellent she answered all our Qs, was proactive with carfax reports, and she quickly solved the 2 small repair items. The service manager was also polite, professional and he quickly replaced some bulbs. Great service. April anticipated the Qs we had, she wasn t pushy and was great to work with. April was happy for us to have our mechanic to review the car. After that, she presented a fair price upfront, no negotiating, and we were satisfied it was a fair price. I would highly recommend Oak City to anyone looking for a quality used car and an outstanding sales and service team. Note: I m not affiliated with this company and these opinions are my own. I like recommending great companies and this is one.

I don t even know where to start. The team here is incredible. My husband and I were looking for a Audi Q5 and they had a beautiful one. However, when we got there we found this beautiful Cadillac SRX that had other features that the Audi didn t have. No one there tried to pressure us to buy anything. (Unlike at the other dealers we went to.) Even when we asked them which car we should get between the Audi or the Cadillac, Raja told us it was our decision. They were friendly, polite, and always greeted us. They even gave us a gas card for gas. April is always smiling and is just incredible. Mr. Tim made us laugh. We just really enjoyed the team at Oak City Motors. Thanks you guys for making our car buying experience a great one.

This dealer is so professional, he has good clean affordable cars, the purchase has gone so smooth and easy. I required a slight service for the car maintainable and Mr. Tim didn t hesitate to do what I needed, he has even worked on it before the agreed time. It has been a pleasure dealing with this company, I will definitely come back for more deals with the them. I highly recommend buying from this dealer.

I found a 2012 Mini Cooper Countryman S on a Cargurus search, the mileage and price were better than any others online. We went to go and see it but arrived about 10 minutes before closing on July 3, but Jennifer encouraged us to come back on the 5th early in the morning. We did, and Jennifer set us up with a test drive and we really liked the car. Jennifer turned us over to Tim, who went over our trade in and gave us a reasonably fair price. I pointed out a few problems on the vehicle (even though they are a no-haggle price dealership) and asked if he could help us out at all. He agreed to give us $400 more for the trade in, which would cover the small fixes needed. We made the deal, and my wife loves the car. It gets great gas mileage (35mpg) and is pretty peppy and rides very well. No problems so far and we feel that we got a great deal on a car from Oak City Motors, thanks Jennifer and Tim!

I'm overall happy with the purchase but there were some significant drawbacks.The good:-Car runs well-Paperwork was quick and painless-Good communication-Decent price for a dealershipThe bad:-The car had non-critical damages that weren't disclosed (windshield wiper hose broken, window motor broken, cruise control broken)-They refused to address any of these items-They gave me incorrect information about the car that could have resulted in significant damage to the engine (I asked about the old timing belt and they claimed it was a non-interference engine (no damage if the belt fails), but I've seen the timing belt fail and significantly damage the engine in the same model I was buying)-They photoshopped the online listing photos (pasted clean headlights over the actual foggy ones as well as a couple minor cosmetic issues)If you can find a car that you know well and you check it out thoroughly, this is a decent place to get it; just be careful.

Had an amazing time today buying my VERY FIRST used car at Oak City Motors!! From my initial email communication when I reached out to see if the car was still available, all the way up until I walked out with the car keys, everyone was extremely communicative, friendly, and patient. I was nervous about the whole process since I have never financed a car before, but April and Tim took their time to explain everything to me and ensure that I understood all of my options before moving forward. To Oak City Motors: please PLEASE keep up that spirit!! I have been to too many businesses (all types!) where there is an underlying sense of urgency while considering a purchase, and that can really make it difficult for me to make *thoughtful* financial decisions. So this was a breath of fresh air and greatly appreciated. I would not hesitate to recommend this dealership to family and friends, and I will certainly be back myself next time I m in the market for a car.Thanks again for making this experience a positive one for me. As long as the financials check out, buying a car SHOULD be fun and rewarding, and this certainly was! P.s. the no-haggle is no-joke! There s no need to haggle when the price is already the lowest in the surrounding area. Do your own research, of course, but have confidence that they are pricing their vehicles as competitively as possible. It s a win-win for everyone

Truly amazing people! Unfortunately my credit isn't the best right now so finding a car has been difficult, but these lovely folks did everything they could to help find the right car for me while staying in my budget. And that's not even mentioning the hospitality. With how funny, friendly, & charming they are, my car buying experience was a tranquil one. Will definitely be recommending this place to anybody that'll listen! Huge shout out to Jennifer & Tim!!!

This company has 0 integrity and does NOT honor their warranties. I think that speaks volumes for what they stand for, and sadly they will not work with you. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! It s a literal nightmare trying to work with them, you just get the run around or no response. I m sure they sell great cars, but when they sell a bad car or something goes wrong (only 2 weeks after buying) they will not help you or try to fix the situation, and that's an issue. Don't risk it, they are awful!

My husband and I saw a car online and 3 hours (including our 30 min drive to) later owned it!! We paid cash and the process was so fast! The text service on the website was quick they answered in less than 10 mins of the initial connect. They are truly haggle free!
