We have gone to Glass Solutions for all our glass needs. They have replaced our windshields, windows, and now our most recent project of renovating our master bathroom shower. From start to finish, the entire process was seamless. They completed the install in less than an hour and exceeded our expectations in every way. The team at Glass Solutions is professional, knowledgeable, and provides excellent customer service. We are so pleased with our shower door & can t recommend them enough!!

Exceptional service. I left a message Sunday night and was called Monday morning at 7:30am. Vanessa took care of everything and the team was at my house within hours. By far the best experience. I highly recommend working with Glass Solutions. They are friendly, dependable, and affordable. I had a broken window pane on my home and other companies said the full window unit would need to be replaced. However, Glass Solutions was able to order and install a replacement piece of glass which saved me hundreds of dollars. I specifically would like to thank Joe, Nathan, and a third guy whose name I didn't catch - all three were kind, helpful, and very easy to work with. I hopefully will not need any other windows repaired but, if I do, I will absolutely choose Glass Solutions.

Wonderful business to work with. Very prompt, exact, thorough, and friendly. Repair took exactly the amount of time they told me. Waiting area very nice. Work done was top notch. Would recommend anyone in the Triangle area to have their work done here. Well worth the drive. If you drive a Toyota, definitely take your repair here.

My windshield was so old and scratched up that it made it hard to see when the sun would hit it at certain angles. There weren't any cracks or large spots, so I could not get it replaced through my insurance. I didn't think I would be able to afford paying for it out of pocket, so I had just been dealing with it. Finally, it got to the point where I just didn't feel safe driving with it like that. After checking a few places, I chose Glass Solutions. Their prices were lower, and they were able to send someone to do it at my house, which made it very easy to schedule. The techs were early, very knowledgeable, and professional. I'm very impressed with everything about the company. I highly recommend them!!!

We purchased a very expensive custom shower door from this company in 2021. Not too long after we purchased the door, the bottom sweep began to stick. They wanted $200+ to come out and fix the problem. The repair guy who came removed the plastic sweep, cut the flanges off, slid it back on and told me that the original installer should have done that. Despite the fact that he admitted that the original installer should have done things differently, he still charged me.Less than 2 years later, we contacted Glass Solutions about a second problem with the door, we were told they were no longer doing business with that supplier and could not get the part we needed. We pressed Glass Solutions on the matter (my husband and I both had to repeatedly contact them) and eventually after several weeks, they were able to obtain the needed part and install it for us at no charge. If you are going to buy a door from Glass Solutions, you need to find out if they intend to continue to work with the supplier in the future and can provide replacement parts as necessary. This whole situation was very curious to us. At one point we called the supplier's customer service number ourselves and found them to be very cooperative. They told us the part was still being used by them, and that they only needed to see paperwork from Glass Solutions verifying both the part purchased and that we were the customer. We still have no idea why it took so much prodding and time for Glass Solutions to address our problem.

Just installed my shower glass this week. It looks great! The install guys, Mike & Cody, were punctual, quick and did a nice, neat job. Prices were comparable to other suppliers and once ordered, glass arrived and was installed in the committed time frame. I ultimately chose them for the ShowerGuard glass sealer so I hope that proves to be a smart decision. So far it looks great! I would recommend them.

We are so very pleased with our new shower door! I had originally considered taking on the project but decided to call glass solutions to get an estimate and figure out if it was worth hiring someone vs the time and complexity of doing it myself (never done one before but I m a little handy). They responded immediately and quickly dropped by for some measurements and provided a few very reasonable cost options. We decided to go forward as it was a great price and we scheduled the install which was about two weeks out because they have the custom glass cut to fit the shower which was great as we knew there would be no awkward fit we were fearing. Our installers Noah and Fernando (who also provided the original estimates) arrived and did a fantastic job with the install. They were quick but very thorough and professional. After watching them I was doubly glad I did not try this on my own. The door is such a nice upgrade for our previously faded and cloudy door and turned out awesome. We couldn t be any happier - super pleased and highly recommend.

My house is getting older and the seals on my windows are starting to fail. Glass Solutions replaced the glass in my kitchen window and the glass inserts in my french door. They did a fabulous job! I would highly recommend them. My windows and the doors now look gorgeous!!

I always order my glass through Glass Solutions. Flat glass, shower, glass, and Auto glass. "I am a Contractor". Hands down the best. Jessica took my last order and got ordered ASAP. Always easy to deal with and very curtious. Best prices.

Getting a frame-less shower enclosure for my master bath remodel from Glass Solutions in Garner NC has been a great experience. The measuring and installation process has been seamless and the guys who came to my house have been professional, friendly, and responsive. Great customer service and they installed a great product. This was a very hassle free experience and I have zero regrets or complaints. The attached pic is from the day of the install

These guys are great! They ve helped me before in the past with my windshield and today, on my way home from work a rock came up and put a big crack in it. I remembered glass solutions from a couple years ago when they helped me with a similar situation. So as soon as it happened, I drove straight there. As I pulled up, they were all walking out to leave as they were closing. I am definitely not that person that shows up when businesses are closing but I thought they were open later. Well, make a long story short they were so nice to me and told me to come inside so they can see what could be done. Within seconds a gentleman came outside and started working on it. In less than 10 minutes he was done. Thank you so much for helping me today Glass Solutions. I know for sure if I would ve left it for another day it would ve gotten much worse. You ve got a customer for life and I ve already started recommending you to others

Owner called me to help resolve a situation with their windshield products. I appreciate the personal attention and look forward to the fix. I'll follow up with another review (updating this one) after that service.Follow up: Glass Solutions did a wonderful job addressing a concern I had with a defective windshield that they previously installed. The Glass Solutions team was responsive and quickly helped to fix the issue I had. They checked in with me to ensure that I was happy with the final product, which I was! Big thanks to the Glass Solutions team for working with me to solve the issue!

I have used Glass Solutions on two showers now and I have been very impressed with their measuring and their final installation. I had a really positive experience here with Bruno! He was friendly and communicative through helping me fix the crack on my windshield and did such great work. You can hardly see the crack anymore! And Taylor helped with the check-in and check-out process and made it so easy for me. They also have a welcoming and comfortable lobby with snacks and beverages while you wait!

Glass Solutions is affordable, fast, effective, and realiable. I have had my windshield repaired on two vehicles now and am thankful for Glass Solutions professional work. My windshield crack has been fully repaired and is still to this day. I would and have recommended all friends and family because the repairs are fast and affordable. Thank you Glass Solutions!

We hired Glass Solutions to install the shower glass in our bathroom remodel. It was a tricky design with a lot of unusual angles, and it came out great! They did a fantastic job, and my contractor husband was thrilled with the outcome! Everything matched up perfectly. The work was done in a timely manner and the office was responsive every time I called. Definitely recommend them!

I got a new car and a month later I needed a new windshield. Glass Solutions did it all. Replaced my windshield. Worked with my insurance. Recalibrated my cameras. It was quick and easy. Office is nice with free WiFi, soda and snacks.

The earliest available appointment for a broken auto window was 10 days. I waited, and called morning of to confirm appointment. They no-showed and didn't even have the courtesy to call. When I called them once the appointment window had passed an no one showed up, they couldn't tell me if they were just running late or not coming at all. I waited an extra hour and still nothing. Didn't bother to call me back until the next morning. Needless to say I called another company to do the actual work the next morning.
