My last review here was 3 years ago. The service was good back then, however today the service was excellent! Everyone is very friendly and professional (such a great group of staff). They get your service done quickly, not having to sit around for long periods of time; like other places. Once again, not disappointed! Even when they advise of a service needed, they don't pressure you to get it done. Highly recommend Fast Lube Plus!

I received amazing service today from store 144 at fast lube plus. Jay, the assistant manager greeted me immediately and made sure that everything was ready to go. Additionally, I learned how to check my own oil with Dennie, who is the kindest lube tech

Person was super sweet even though there tech that did inspections was out she helped us and directed us to someone that could help us that day!!! It s one thing to be amazing to customers and even better service to help! Will go back for my oil change

I ve come here for 5years since I ve moved to clayton- and always good serviceToday - came for inspection they told me to park car and get registration out went inside. A young man came in after talking with other customers and said is that your vehicle - yeah we going to lunch for an hour -you know that right ?!? No I didn t know that ?Rude- him and the guy/girl that told me to park both were laughingYou could ve said that in the first placeSo drove across the street to Carolina quick lube ( new)I understand lunches and not at all complaining about that.Post wouldn t of happened if you just told me from the beginning.Looks like this new place will get my next 5yrs+

Gross incompetence followed by intentional negligence.As I was pulling into my driveway I discovered a puddle of oil and on further inspection noticed a decent oil leak coming from under my vehicle. Since my oil was just changed recently, my assumption was something went wrong during the oil change. Maybe something wasn't tightened properly.I returned to the facility and explained the issue. They were able to get it right in to check out to see what the problem was. As I assumed the oil plug was not tightened properly and that's where the oil was leaking from. Tightened up all set, right?On my way home I noticed an odd noise that seemed to be coming from the bottom of the vehicle. And when I returned home I looked under the car to find the under vehicle shroud missing. As I think back, I remembered the staff members discussing something about pushpins. Come to find out instead of finding the proper push pins to put the shroud back in a position, the technician decided to leave that part off of the vehicle. I assume it was too much trouble to look for the proper hardware. So back to fast lube plus again to get them to fix something else.I understand everybody makes mistakes. Leaving the oil plug loose is about as simple but yet detrimental as it gets when it comes to oil changes. But to leave a piece off because you can't be bothered to put it on right is a whole league of its own. Especially when the customer has returned to fix a problem created on their last visit. The manager promised to take care of me the next time I returned. I'm sorry trust is broken. I will not be returning.

We went to get our car inspected here today and waited as the worker sauntered over to our car (while eating his sleeve of saltine crackers) and asked us what we needed. When we told him we were there for a vehicle inspection, he explained that the guy who does inspections was not in today. Fortunately, we found another location (very close by) that not only had someone to do inspections, but was new, clean, and incredibly efficient.

So I was greeted in the car line. I explained it was for the rental car. I showed him my voucher. He told me to go to the waiting area. After waiting for about a half hour, they pulled in. Then they told me they'd a substitute manager who didn't have the computer access to do the voucher. If he had told me while I was in the line, I would have understood. I had to go to another shoo. A waste of time. Time is money for what I do.

If I could give 0 Stars I would. Horrible customer service, terrible service and very sketchy at that. Never in my life have I paid so much for a simple oil change, felt very taken advantage of and mislead. Employees need a lesson in socializing with humans. Stay away from this location in Garner, NC

I went in to get an oil change. I was asked if I wanted to change my filter. I declined that service, and the worker had a negative attitude. I was told my oil change price was around $74.00 to $79.00. When I received the bill it was $114.24, so I asked why the price was higher. I was told the price was higher, because they had to add more oil! This price was never mentioned prior to them finishing the service, and when I checked my oil levels it's not all the way full. My truck shows on the dash gauge if the oil has been properly filled/what level the oil is at, and it is not at the level it should be! I checked the dipstick and it was shy the correct level so there was no extra oil added. They actually filled it up less than they should have! Next, when I asked for a receipt I was told it would be emailed (which it was not). Also, I requested a printout, and I was given the wrong receipt! I am new to the area, and I was hoping that I would receive good service, but unfortunately I need to look elsewhere. I would like to get a cash refund on the $114.24 I spent as I did not receive proper service, and I will not be returning.

Ray and Jr are definitely the guys you need to speak to. I came in looking for an oil changed and came out with a brand new car. They have a long last customer with me.

I don't appreciate the fact that it seemed they were more interested in the girls walking around the work place than doing my oil change. I sat there for over 45 minutes before anyone did anything. Then they told me they didn't have a type of oil for the car that I was using. 5w30, according to every other place I called is a standard oil. Not some rare and exotic type. Never going back there.

I've been going to this place for my inspections for years without issue until one of the technicians broke a knob controlling my AC. I called them about it and both the technician, Kyle, and the manager lied and said they never entered the car (even though my seat had been adjusted, things had been moved, etc.) They were extremely rude on the phone and refused to take any responsibility. I'm not vindictive or angry but watch out because they will lie to skirt responsibility. I will not be returning.Service: Auto emissions testing

Fast is not what I d call this place. I have them perform the North Carolina State Inspections on all of my cars. The only reason I use them for inspections is because their pit is close to my neighborhood. They always seem to be in slow motion. It seems that I ve received descending levels or unprofessional service every time one of my cars need inspection.Service: Auto emissions testing

We recently had our car inspected and it failed. To pass, the total cost was astronomical. We had gone to another local repair shop seeking advice which led us to Fast Lube Plus in Garner.The Asst. Service Manager, Preston, was not only knowledgeable in his craft but extremely honest. We had shown Preston the report that was generated by other station and he immediately pointed out that with our car being over 20 years old, the station should had inspected for safety only and not emissions. There was one minor issue that required attention and was repaired in less than 20 minutes. Thank you Preston for your professionalism and more importantly, your honesty!!!~ A Very Happy Customer :)

We came in to get a quick oil change before heading out of town, we were greeted by Lashika, who gave us great customer service, she provided us with a couple recommendations based on the car and mileage, which we accepted. So all in all the experience was good. We were directed inside and met Alexius, she too provided very good customer service. We all know it is hit or miss with customer service now a days but I wanted to make this review, as I do not do many reviews and my expectations over the past few years regarding customer service has been really low, but these two ladies were very impressive. I ended up waiting until the last minute to have my inspection done for my registration. They took me right at the end of the day and had me in and out quickly with no problems. They were all just as friendly as could be, which was very much appreciated!!!Y all ROCK. I will definitely be back for my other vehicles, but I will try to come in a little earlier. WOW! Super fast service, extremely impressed. I don't think I was there more than 8 minutes. The crew was extremely professional, I received a print out receipt as well as one was emailed to me. I had a full synthetic oil change on a 2016 Nissan Frontier. My only coment is, it was a $117 I can go to the dealership and get the same oil change for $89 But at the dealership I'll sit there for get there for 2 to 3 hours, so $28 is worth my time. Thanks Guys!

I'd come for a quick state vehicle inspection and honestly, only that. They appear understaffed which can cause a number of issues if they're rushed or under pressure. I don't like that they've blocked the lobby to garage window with cardboard. Like someone else said, it seems shady. Could leave the customer feeling as if something was being hidden. But since I had no problems, and the manager seemed nice with me, I give them 5 stars. If you need car maintenance, maybe you shouldn't be going to a place that does it as fast as possible. Which could lead to issues or mistakes..Update: I'm convinced these responses from fast lube are from a bot. I gave the visit 5 stars and said the manager was nice. Not sure how that was deemed a negative response.

Came in for an inspection 30 minutes before close due to my job. They were going to take it but then the tech who I checked in with came back and said "he said thats his last one" (referring to the tech working on the only car in the bay). 3 other workers were just chatting in the parking lot. I went to the Carolina Quick Lube right across the street (who closes at the same time) and while they had cars in the bay they took it no problem.

We had a good experience at fast Lube express. Until we discovered that one of the employees took something out of our vehicle. We where a little dumbfounded.They where so nice. Talked to the managers. They said they'd figure it out.We liked about here because of their niceness but not anymore. If you need to get an oil change, I'd go somewhere else.Service: Vehicle safety inspection

We have used these guys for years, today, however, we went in, said no record of us being there other than inspection, ???????? We've been there since the Garner, NC store opened, I was in the waiting area exactly 5 minutes, oil and filter was changed. receipt said everything was checked and we declined washing windows, we was not asked if they could wash the windows, and there is no way they could change my oil and filter and check off the list on the receipt in 5 minutes time including me paying in that alotted time. I think they just changed the oil and filter and that was it, worst service I've ever gotten from them, they are always very thorough and check everything and always tell me what needs servicing or replacing. $50 and 5 minutes and I'm done. They must have changed managers, staff or SOMETHING. I'm always there about 20-30 minutes every time which is never an issue. Store wasn't busy, only one car in the bay, everyone was standing around. Not sure if I'm going back..........Service: Oil change

It might be a good place to get your vehicle serviced. Definitely not a place to work. My son has two checks made. The boss claims he don't know the corporate office number so he can find out about his checks.

I've been to this location a few times, and previously had no complaints.This most recent visit however had a few problems.I asked for the same as I always do, which is oil change and maintenance check. I also needed a taillight bulb replaced. I saw someone under my car for the oil change and my taillight was replaced, but from what I can tell that's all that was completed.First thing I noticed was the engine light on when I was leaving, which I am absolutely certain wasn't on when I arrived. It never has been in the couple years I've had the vehicle. When I pointed this out to one of the men working, they claimed it was already on and walked off dismissing my concern, without any attempt to resolve. I left and immediately went to have the code read, which was P1D83 - Implausible Engine Oil Temperature Signal Received. Funny... Just got my oil changed when this light showed up!!! Fortunately (so far), the code hasn't returned after resetting it.The following day when I tried to use my windshield cleaner, it was still empty! They didn't do any top ups, but stated on the summary/receipt that they had checked or filled them all (including windshield cleaner). The fact that I've been lied to right to my face is what pisses me off most about the whole thing. They really thought it was okay to falsify the summary and charge me for services NOT rendered?!?!?!??!. I don't even know if they did a maintenance check, obviously I have no way of verifying if they looked at other components. Given my overall experience though, I wouldn't believe them if they said they had checked nor will I be letting them touch my vehicle again!!!I do intend to head over and request at least a partial refund when I have a moment to drive there again under a week later.Service: Oil change

I was hesitant at first being this place was referred to me thru someone else. But when I arrived for my service the process was nothing but great and so efficient. The Tech that helped me this day her name was Lashika, she was very pleasant and so attentive and made sure to keep me up to date on my process while I waited. I love me a place with good customer service and that she did provide. So thank you Lashika, for making my hectic day feel at ease just for that moment.I will be returning for my future vehicle needs.

Went there today after my husband had attempted to change my oil but the place I had been to previously overtightened and he could not remove the plug. Husband had already been under the car to remove my undercarriage cover and seen my oil filter. Upon returning back home for my husband to replace the undercarriage cover my filter had not been changed. I paid 60 for oil essentially and was changed for "shop supplies" whatever that is. They were fast and kind which I appreciate but replacing oil and not the filter kinda eliminates the purpose!

They were very nice and told me what the prices upfront of the oil changes were. Which I think are way to expensive but I had to have one. They were very fast almost too fast. I ask for my breaks to be checked and they said they did so I am trusting they did. As a widowed woman I am very cautious when work is done to my car. I have been lied to,too many times by mechanics just out to up sale I do believe that this company is honest.Time will tell. I would use them again.Service: Oil change

Took my vehicle in for an oil change and an inspection, 3 days later, oil all over my drive way, had to get vehicle towed to another shop, come to find out, the oil plug was stripped and there was 2 quarts over the recommended amount still remaining in the engine.
