You can stand in the office and wait for 15 minutes and still nobody comes to check on you to see if you need something or anything I've been there twice now and both times I've had to wait more than 15 minutes and nobody comes and then after 20 minutes

LIAR!! Took my car here and dropped it off to have a tire plugged because another shop also lied to me and said they fixed the tire, but they didn't. Came back 2 hours later and my car was still in the same spot. Worker "Tyree" said the previous shop damaged the tire and he couldn't fix it, it had to be replaced. He recommended himself as a good place to get that done. I laughed! My car only has 6K miles on it (new) so I wanted another opinion before I agreed to replace. Took it to a 3rd shop (Pep Boys) they showedme a photo that the screw was stil in the tire. I had been lied to by 2 tire shops. BJ's never even looked at my car at all. Love the store, but I won't be going back to the tire shop. Anyone that can lie to you so easily will betray you at every opportunity

They took my spare tire in right away on a Saturday because I had to carry it from where my car had a flat. It needed a new valve stem to hold air and be inflated. Awesome service even though they were busy for fitting something in that took 5 mins.

Had an appointment for tires (which I ordered 1.5 weeks ago and this was the first open appointment day). Got there and there is only one person working. He said it would be about an hour. But the tire center also does propane tanks. I ve seen him leave to go fill up tanks of people who just walk in 6 times now. While I still am waiting for my car which I had an appointment for an hour and forty five minutes later...Grateful for the deal on tires and I don t blame the one worker on duty, but not worth this hassle. I made an appointment for a reason. I ll pay the extra to be seen elsewhere next time.

Worst service, I waited more than an hr in the store came back and the car was not even pulled in. I was told twice that it will be ready in 20 min. And if you want to change the, then toy have to wait 3-4 days.

They will not install tires! When I purchased tires through their website they said NOTHING that they will not install tires other then what is tagged on the side of the car from the manufacturer! WTH!! REALLY!! Nothing....wasted my time.

Lawrence at the garner NC Bj s tire center was awesome in giving great customer service and keeping my appointment time as I scheduled, was nice and quick with installing my new tires! Highly recommend!

I was very impressed with this transaction at BJs in GarnerBought my tires online and set up an appointment 3 weeks in advanceWhen I arrived - the associate (Lawrence) had EVERYTHING printed and ready to sign- so efficientWe went to inspect the car and validate the tires were the correct size1 1/2 later he called and said the car is readyWhen I arrived the associate explained everything about the additional services that are includedRotating , balancing and road hazardI was extremely impressed by his professionalism and knowledgeLawrence made this a very easy and time efficient process - a true asset for BJ sThank you Lawrence

Went in, waited 20mins for no one to even show up. Called their competitors at Mineke and was welcomed in immediately.
