Well stocked for the weekend mechanic and even the pros. Smart staff, clean store, decent prices... and they'll let you work on your car in the parking lot, and in some cases, help you with testing and advice.

Today, I came to Autozone because I had an issue with my old car battery for my Infinity G37, which I had warranty on. For some reason I couldn't remember my old phone # but Amanda was nice enough to help me out, she went above and beyond and I was in and out within 5 minutes. Thank you Amanda for all of your help and Thank Autozone for hiring good and helpful staff! I will now be able to drive my car again!

Came in today to replace a battery. The manager Jose was very helpful. Transaction was quick and Jose was able to install the battery in 15 minutes. AutoZone is my number one store for auto parts. Thanks

UPDATE: Corporate responded to this review and emailed me. I responded with all the needed information and they told me they get back to me in 24 hours. Never heard anything back. Why ask me if you re not going to resolve the issue? Zero stars -Original post: Sold me a gas cap. After two days of driving it, got a check engine light. Didn t think anything about it, but took it to the auto shop to get it checked. They said the gas cap was faulty and charged me $137. So this faulty gas cap wasted $137 of my money.A few days before this, I came to get some jumper cables and they were all ridiculously expensive. Walked out and bought something 10 times better off Amazon.

I was sold the wrong part again. Trust is very important when purchasing Auto parts. You must trust that the parts again is a quality part whether it has a lifetime warranty or not. Even if that's a lifetime warranty I don't want to change the part every 90 days even if I got a free one. Trust is also important when getting your part. I have no idea what their part numbers are for my part. Do you? It's such a huge pain to be in the middle of your job and not having the right part which you went out of your way to purchase and pay for. This is happening way too often for me. I'll be so much more careful in the future picking my auto parts company. You should too.

Went in thinking I might need a new battery for my 2000 4Runner, but thanks to their free battery check service, the tech was able to determine my battery & charging system were all good, and my alarm issues are probably down to the system not fully charging due to my now shorter 3.9 mile drive to/from work and that I didn't need a new battery. It was refreshing to not have someone trying to b.s. or upsell me (my pop was a mechanic, so I've seen all the tricks). So of you're looking for an honest parts shop... put this AutoZone on your list.UPDATE: Popped in recently for a front side running light... wasn't too sure if the recommended bulb was right... but it was. (And if it wasn't, they'd fully refund my purchase.).

I came in to look for a battery terminal that would fit properly because the one purchased before didnt fit. Rather than help, they refused to look it up on their system.

Your website isn't updated on time. Your posted time is 9am on Sunday but website is 8.00am. This is confusing . Please update your website.

Came here with a dead battery the employee gave me their cart of mix matched tools to change the battery myself because it's raining outside and she didn't want to get wet. Now I don't mind changing the battery but I thought that part of paying auto zones over priced battery fees included free installation and you would think that a place that sells tools would have a 10mm socket on their tool cart.

Went to purchase my car battery and Alejandra customer service was wonderful and on top of that I really didn t think she was be able to change battery at the moment due to it was rainy. But she went beyond to make sure she was able so I didn t have to come with the old battery. That s what I call A+ customer service. Ever need a great auto zone go here . Once again thank you Alejandra

Every time I come here, they don't have what I am looking for, like Engine cooling fan switch in the radiator for example. When I came here with my local mechanic to purchase the part to get my engine cooling back to working for my 1997 Toyota Camry Le that was a 4-cylinder car, me and my mechanic found out that this place didn't have any of it in stock. So they recommended that AutoZone Headquarters on 401 South in Garner to see if they had that same part for my vehicle, but they didn't have it either. We almost gave up until we stopped by Car Quest for the engine cooling fan switch in the radiator, but what do you know? Car Quest was the only place that had that part which none of these two AutoZone shops did. We took the high road and paid $47 bucks for the part, and my mechanic finally replaced the switch on the bottom of the radiator fan inside the hood of my car. So what if this location or the AutoZone on 401 didn't have the part? Well guess what? Shame on this location for not having whatever I needed for my car in stock and then send us to AutoZone on 401 South not knowing that they didn't have the same part in stock either. I would definitely NOT recommend this shop to anyone when employees here do not have what we need. What a shame for this employment who didn't care how they disappointed my mechanic by not doing their job to make sure whether or not certain parts are in stock before we even came here in the first place this afternoon. O wow smh, that was way pathetic for this store not caring about fact that my local mechanic spent two whole days trying to figure out what was causing my engine cooling circuit to not work. Now if this store had ever expected me to call before we even came here for the part for the engine cooling fan switch in the radiator, then nice try. So DUH...because I hope they do a better job making sure that the parts are there before we even purchase anything we don't need.

I highly recommend this location! On Friday evening after a very long day at work, my battery died unexpectedly. When I finally got a jump from AAA, I was running out of time to get to this location before they closed at 10 pm (thank goodness they're open that late!). After arriving at 9:45, Kyle took the time to test the battery and make recommendations without trying to sell me a new one. I ultimately opted to replace the battery and Kyle did a wonderful job installing it, even though that meant helping me until well past the store's closing time and I never felt rushed. It's this kind of customer service that will keep me coming back. Thanks so much for the wonderful experience!

The employee (older wht guy) was condescending when looking for an item. Then he rudely tried to correct me twice about what I needed.I ended up walking out without buying anything I came for due to this experience.

I couldn t get my seat belt buckles that were stuck in the seat. Kyle was so helpful. He took the time to YouTube how to get the seat up and help me get the buckles up. He also showed me how to do it in case I may ever need to do it again. I was very pleased with my experience!

Very friendly and customer oriented. I wish I remembered the 1 gentleman's name that helped me early in the morning he was a Black gentlemen with glasses I believe. I hope he gets credit. However, he was there by himself and helped me and 4 other customers with extensive needs all at one time with calm precision and let us all know that it may take some time but he wpuld be able to help us all. He was very nice. I needed a battery check, then a new battery which he installed on minutes. Another gentlemen a new specialty part delivered in his travels to another store as he was a driver to pick up and it just kept coming. He was very pleasant. It was about 2 months ago if this helps. Sorry for the late review.

The best auto customer service experience I have ever experienced. My check engine light came on and Valerie Mace determined the reason, what part I would need to fix it and I was in there and out of there quickly. All associates are very eager to assist you with a smile. Highly recommend this place. I give this place 5 stars!!

Just had a great experience here at this AutoZone location on Highway 70 in Garner. Woke up this morning to find I was having battery issues. Called them up and found out they had what I needed in stock and I came right through. Alejandra and De'Anthony were very helpful in getting me what I needed and getting me fixed up. Great customer service.

All AutoZones seem the same to me. I have been to many in different counties. Most of the sales people seem to work there just for a paycheck. They all deserve three stars. They help, when asked.

They are an excellent store but are short staffed which can make it hard for the employees to give proper customer service. The people who work there now are excellent! Happy to help, and happy to problem solve along side of you. I pray for them that they get a new influx of workers whome share the same modivation towards their work.

Could not have asked for better service. Imani and Kyle took great care of me even with the store full of other customers, they worked with great pace and got me a new battery purchase and installed in no time. Thanks so much!
