AAMCO transmission & total Car care has the best customer care in automobile service, from the front desk to the service technician starting with the first phone call I made to Tiffany and then Donna both are an asset to AAMCO. George has great customer service as well, this is the place to really be for honest and good car care, and yes I hope this is the last place I would have to go for major repairs. Thanks guys keep up the good and honest work, they proved honestly because the same 2 codes I pulled was the exact codes Donna showed me! Stay honest guys really appreciate it.

The always do great work. They a fast and precise. They received my vehicle late on a Wednesday called around 10 am Thursday morning explained issues , made aware of several financing facilities if needed and completed work by 4pm. I recommend them to everyone I know...Thanks Aamco on Dynamic

I was very happy with the service provided. Tiffany was great to work with and very responsive. They towed our vehicle with no additional fee. The communication with the tow company was also great. They offered the solution needed and did not try to upsell us on anything. Would highly recommend.

This shop treats you very well. I called on a Tuesday afternoon around 4:45 with my car in limp mode and it was barely able to drive. Tiffany answered and even offered to have it towed there, but even with its issue, I was still able to get it there. They looked at it the next day, and determined the issue, but unfortunately, I had issues with my extended warranty that made me unable to get the car fixed through them. The dealership where I bought it from wanted it towed back there, and I called to let tiffany know, and she called the dealership for me to make them pay to tow it since they caused my inconvenience. Even though I did not get AAMCO to fix this issue, I will go them for everything else.

My car broke down on a Saturday night. Although they were closed Sunday I was still able to call and speak with someone. My car was towed there and Monday I had an answer as to what my car needed. I told them I wasn t in a huge rush to get my car back just needed it by Friday needless to say it was ready Tuesday afternoon. I didn t go to pick it up until I got off work Wednesday. They stayed in the building later just so I could pick my car up. I am very pleased with my car and it didn t cost as much as I expected. I really appreciate them explaining everything and reassuring me that everything would be just fine after the repair. They were amazing. I highly recommend. And will be back for service when needed.

Honest and saved me allot of money as I went to the Dealership first and had the transmission checked out. They charged me $238 Diagnostic fee to check and said I need a Torque converter replacement ($4300). Then I went to Aamco, there was no charge for Diagnostic fee and recommended doing a Transmission fluid flush and that solved the issue ($300). Thanks Garner Aamco and Steve for saving me $4000 and the Diagnostic fee!

Simply the best with a side of awesome sauce!. What would have cost me over &600 at the dealership. Half of my dealership quote and ready in under 2 hrs. The receptionist was very friendly and made me feel very welcomed. I recently had an oil change at a different shop. They recommended me to go to a specialist because my car had a leak in the transmission. I went to AMCO. Steve did a diagnostic on my car to check the transmission, which came out perfect, it only had some loose nuts which allowed oil to flow outwards. They added some oil and the car is in good condition and run perfect, like a new car. It is an honest place to trust and the treatment is very friendly. many places lie to get money and do nothing. Had my truck down the street at the Diesel shop, had a transmission sensor and they recommended Aamco, was able to get my truck in, looked at, and fixed very quickly. Everyone was helpful and friendly. They had my car ready and fixed before the quoted time which was amazing. Transmission seems to be doing good so far I picked my car up yesterday. I like that they have you come back in 2 weeks to check to make sure everything is good. I definitely have a hard time trusting places but I will definitely be back if I have any other issues.

Being a stickler for customer service I don t give five star ratings often, but Steve deserves it. I took my car in for diagnosis of a transmission issue and he was extremely helpful. He and I spoke numerous times as I debated which path to take. Even when I conveyed that I probably wouldn t do the repair Steve was kind enough to answer my endless questions and offered up suggestions. He truly went above and beyond. He didn t try to push me in any way and specifically said he wanted me to take my time and be comfortable with whatever decision I made. I would recommend him to anyone. He offers the type of service that is very rare to find these days.Service: Transmission

I got a $1200 quote from Firestone after getting an Oil change that my Inner Tire rods needed to be replaced. Shocked I decided to shop around. Called and spoke to Steve, he checked out my car for FREE and turns out nothing is wrong with my baby. Wow talk about saving me dineros. I highly recommend for women especially who need a HONEST mechanic, that won't pad your bill bc we don't know about cars. Thank you for your service.

I work long days in healthcare so car issues can really be tough to find time to fix. The staff were very professional and knowledgeable about the work that needed to be done. I was updated on the work, the shop was nice and clean.The work was completed in a timely manner. The cost of the repairs was very reasonable. Mr. Steve shopped around for another transmission for my volvo S40. In which it to a day to two to find another transmission. Highly recommend AAMCO of Garner .
