Experience and cystomer service were great but Google sends you to the wrong place. Actual place is about a quarter mile.down the road and on the right. Sign out front is upside down and Smart Lock sign is on the building.

With having to go through this unfortunate event in my life, Smart Start made overcoming this negative time a wonderful experience. Chadwick was always super helpful anytime I had a concern or question. As long as you follow the instructions, do as you're told, and come in when you're supposed to for calibrations, time will fly by and you'll be done before you know it. My year went faster than a year normally feels. I recommend anyone that needs to have this system installed to come here. Cheapest option and the best customer service!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I've been with them for 7 months and only 1 of those has they been open. It's something every time I go. If the kids running it would stop playing playing video games and with Legos they might get something done. I've changing companies

Chadwick is phenominal and was extremely helpful from day 1. As much as I hated the blow and go, the customer service was outstanding and Chadwick was always informative and thorough. The only pleasant experience of the whole ordeal.

Chad was the best so nice and helpful... he talked me out of a panic attack when the unit was first put in and no one can do that. He has made an unenjoyable thing not be so bad and he is pretty cute too

Terrible customer service. I had to call the law on the guy who works there. Now I have to drive to Hickory. The same people own the one in Asheville.
