I had 4 oversized tires installed on my Tundra and they did a great job. Done within 1.5 hours and everyone was extremely friendly.

Excellent customer service, friendly, helpful, experienced ownership and staff. I have taken my cars into other auto shops in Franklin, none of them have came close to the experience of taking my car to Meineke Franklin. The mechanics and ownership know what they are doing, are fair priced and kind. If you re scrolling around looking for the right auto shop to take your car into, you can stop scrolling and take your car here I highly recommend it.

I have been a customer of this Meinike for several years and have had nothing but great, personalized service. They are very friendly and let you know the progress of your vehicle. I would definitely recommend this Meinike for great customer service, fair price repairs and service and for having a very friendly shop cat! I'll continue to be a loyal customer when I need any service or repairs.

I love bringing my vehicle to this Meineke. They are so nice there they take such good care of you. Always Pleasant and happy to see you and have a pleasant word to say. The mechanics are efficient and great. Especially Josh. He goes above and beyond for his customers. The gentleman behind the counter who I assume is the owner was also very very nice. Wouldn't take my car anywhere else.

One thing I love is when you call and set an appointment what service is for, your name / phone number, and appt. time when you go in Meineke is EXPECTING you, is READY for you, has all your INFO all you have to do is drop your key and leave any special instructions, if any. That s great no wasted time. Bing bang boom! It shows they care about their customers, and efficiently run their business. I really appreciate the effort. Lot of places just don t do that. . Good job.

It was a great experience the owner and staff were very professional help me out in more ways than one. I would recommend anybody to take their vehicle there for maintenance. If I could give them 10 Stars I would. I do really appreciate all your help

I was pleasantly surprised by how well my visit went. I was a walk in with no appointment for an inspection and my back break light needed replacement too. They were busy but in record time they got my car taken care of. I will be going there from now on. The manager and workers were very nice.

My visit to Meineke was efficient and quick. I called about something specific, got an appointment time, and was in and out in about 15 minutes. One does need to bring cash because the business is now charging for credit cards. I find this disappointing and I wish the credit card companies would do something about it.

Man these guys are awesome, Justin and his crew saved the day when my calipers locked up an hour and a half before they closed... They stayed open and got it done! Thanks guys the brakes feel better than when I bought it ! I highly recommend these guys.

Needed an emergency rear brake replacement and the folks at Meineke got my car in quickly and finished in a couple of hours. Great repair! Will definitely go back for future work.

I want to give a shout out to Justin over at Meineke! Him and his staff were professional and knowledgeable. They made me feel like I was in good hands. I appreciate the work done on my vehicle. Breaks feel great and the tires were on in a very reasonable time. Thanks again to the guys over at Meineke, I will be coming back again.

The employees at Meineke s are the best. My car had died in the middle of the street. An employee saw that I was stopped in the middle of the street & came immediately to assist. They sent someone to pick me up, then got my car back to the shop & immediately replaced the part that gone bad. This is not the first time they have come to my aid. I highly recommend Meineke s for your car service needs.

I honestly can t enough about the exceptional service we receive at Meineke in Franklin. The gentleman that was in the waiting room/worked the register and seemed to be in charge was excellent. Wish I could remember his name . We had a failed battery on our truck and they were able to install a new battery and were able to keep the 12 volts so our truck computer didn t loose its settings. We were very thankful and the price was $70 less that the auto parts store that referred us to Midas because they didn t know how to hook it up so we wouldn t loose computer info. Highly recommended Meineke!!

Easy peasy to book an appointment online. Service was quick, fairly priced and we will certainly use them again! We've been back once again and they were efficient and fairly priced. They are trustworthy with what your car really needs. The honesty is commendable.

I really wanted to give them a good review. They were fast and courteous, but the tech broke our spare tire chord. Effectively costing us $100 for the new part because they didn't want to spin a hand tool... Tried to call, but they didn't answer.

We had our oil changed yesterday. The people we delt with were very courteous and knowledgeable. I will not hesitate to return for other services in the future. Hard to find quality services today when it is so hard to get help. I am recommending them other friends looking for automotive services.

UPDATED SCROLL DOWN TO BOTTOM GETS WORSESo I scheduled a brake job here, arrived, and checked in explaining I would also need oil change and tire rotation. He goes puts everything in computer gives me a price estimate that didn't include brakes bc of price and I said and the brakes too just to make sure he hadn't forgotten. My brakes were making noise so I knew it was time. He said yeah we can see what they need and call you.They took my info and I walked out to couples places close by. I come back wait in waiting and guy comes out says I'm ready they have car pulled around . Tells me amount and I ask what was up with the brakes because price obviously didn't have it all on there. He was like I didn't call you?Nope no call.Ok so he tells me Front brakes are at 20% asked if I go around mtns . Um we live IN THE MOUNTAINS. Then he Tells me back ones are metal to metal and I'll need rotors. Total amount $7xx.xx. oh. BUT I'm Ready to go. They didn't touch brakes. How dangerous! Car pulled at door ready for me to get in and go.So when I left walking when I left car I specifically told him just do the brake repair I mean it was the reason for the appointment.So I tell them Do the repair AGAIN. SO IM now WAITING. I CANT LEAVE WITHOUT BRAKES.The gentleman at desk is seasoned too, no new bird here but as to what he is seasoned with is beyond me.I'm praying for my safety now. At least from where I'm sitting I can see car on rack.Mind you a customer is here now, as I am still waiting in the lobby for my start again stop again brake job I've had to beg for, walks in asks about brake job tells them her car has metal to metal sound and he is saying oh no can't have you go around with bad brakes, we can handle it. So why have I been singled the hell out???UPDATESo 1 month later I bring the car back up because brakes are scraping scrubbing on the passenger front. I leave my car a full week to come back up here to pick it up and then tell me they heard no noise. My son and I both drive car and he was like how the hell did they NOT HEAR IT. So we go driving 5 miles tops... oh yeah it makes noise.. I return to tell one mechanic to get in they sent the youngest. Upon return he reports and the guy at desk says ok we do warranty on the pads and have it done in 20 / 30 minutes if u wanna just wait. They didn't actually look at the car before making this diagnosis. I once again left the car I plan to send them my car payment note for the month because it may actually take that long. I live 30 minutes away and have to arrange a ride to come for the car. This service man was named Farmer on his shirt.I have no faith now and at this point I just deserve an apology and a full refund so that I can get it handled elsewhere.

Only service suspension system light before visiting, now shows service traction control, service stabilitrak, and the check engine light, I am sure it is a coincidence.

Made an appointment for a oil change and tire rotation. Everyone from the front office to the tec were great. I will definitely be back when I need my other cars serviced.

The battery in my truck failed while my wife and I were in Franklin for a weekend trip. I was referred to Meineke by a local parts store. Everyone we interacted with was great, they took the vehicle right into the shop and we were back on the road soon. I ve traveled significantly over the years for work and have had quite a bit of work done on vehicles by shops in various places. I ve experienced the gamut of having to wait until the local work has. Even completed to no even recognizing my presence at the desk. Nothing remotely like this happened with this shop. Would highly recommend!!

My alternator went out which led to my car breaking down into the parking lot of the shop. The next day before even 2:00pm they had my car fixed, didn t overcharge, and were so kind! I can t recommend this place enough!
