These folks saved me me from the side of the Gorge Road today, changed my flat, repaired my tire and got me back driving within an hour. Thank you to James, especially, but to Main Street Tire and Auto, my new shop for tire and auto needs. Couldn t have been nicer, more affordable or more timely: Really fabulous service today: thank you!

100% accommodating during an urgent front brake failure and worn rotors!The mechanic worked for almost 1.5 hours to get me back on the road safely and for a reasonable price!Very polite owner, clean lobby, as well as a cute, outdoor covered porch. Definite return customer.

We were told one price on phone then after tires were put on an after they broke a bolt off an guy laughed about it an said we had to pay to have him fix it the tires were 30 dollars more each than price told on phone they were not busy at all but it took an hour an half to put on 2 tires because the guy kept walking away into the back to do something I will never go there again an I suggest to everyone to go to the other tire places in town. Worst service I've ever received from ANYWHERE in my life

This is the WORST place in town. Don't go there.Not only did they have my car for 3 months they made me pay for the part up front, and then it wasn't fixed when I got the car back and they stripped the third gear out of the transmission and when I called and asked about it they said oh well that guy doesn't work here anymore,they don't back up their work!! It is still torn up and they've never offered to fix it and we paid $2700.

Went to rent a UHaul to remove a while bunch of trash and broken furniture from our new apt. Process was pretty standard and cost wasn't too bad at all! Would go back to rent from them again, shall the need arise.

Ricky and the guys at Main street are awesome. My car overheated just as I got into Franklin and I limped into their shop just before noon on a Saturday. It was clear they were finishing up a few things and about to call it a week. They let me use a floor jack so I could get to the offending hose, sent their man to the parts store for a replacement without me asking, and stayed with me so I could get it fixed. And then, they did not even want me to pay for the hose as I did the work. Great people. Thank you Ricky, my temporary fix got me all the way to the finish line. God Bless!

Took my car to this business to have a transmission cooler installed. On the way home the feeder line came off of the cooler spraying transmission fluid all over the motor. After an attempt by the mechanic to correct the problem again same issue. This could have been much worse often when large amounts of fluid go on a hot engine it catches fire. I ended up having the vehicle towed to another shop only to find that the grill clips had been broken in removing the grill and attempting to fix the line. The problem? The lines on the cooler weren't installed properly/ pushed all the way up on the valve. My cost in cleaning up the mess $180. The reason this happened was shoddy work and carelessness. I went back to the business in an attempt to get compensated for the $180Cost I spend in cleaning up the mess but was not reembursed. I cannot recommend this business.

Great folks and always fair. They always go above and beyond, even offered to deliver my car back to me at work after service without any fee. Service is always fast and they go the extra mile!

Quick and professional service. Polite staff quickly completed the oil change. Did have to wait outside but that was due to the requirements of covid-19 social distancing.

Uhaul tried to screw this up but these guys rose to the occasion and worked with me to get all of my blankets, furniture dolly , car transporter.
