I almost hesitate to leave a review, because then others will know how awesome Lane & Jenny are! But they deserve all the accolades- it's so hard to find a shop to trust, and this one is tops in the Fkln area. Quality work- no hassles- great communicators- I'd trust any of my vehicles to them, especially my foreign cars! AAA+++

Ive been here a few times with different cars and every time it was good. Recently had a downpipe installed on my 2017 GTI and they had it QUICKLY done the morning after I dropped it off. It cost exactly what I thought it would, highly recommended and would come back again.

Owner/Operators Lane & Jenni are very good and very customer-focussed. I have had service work done 5 times in 3 yrs. and each time was done on time and on budget with zero up-sells!

This place was awesome. They were Honest and very thorough and showed they really love what they do. It is so hard to find a shop that really looks out for what needs to be done and their customers best interest and do a great job I appreciate Franklin foreign automotive and they will continue to be my shop thanks guys
