Great service at Fleet from Justin who took care of me when I messed up on my oil change and getting a filter that I could nt break loose He took it out was very nice and professional. I brought my Nissan Rogue to Franklin Fleet and Auto needing an oil change and new tires, but I was also worried about a persistent noise I couldn't diagnose. Justin immediately put me at ease with his friendly demeanor and thorough examination of the car. He patiently explained all the potential causes of the noise and meticulously checked each one to pinpoint the problem. It turned out to be a loose bolt, and Justin fixed it quickly and efficiently without breaking the bank.Angie at the front desk was just as fantastic. She expertly juggled a busy schedule to fit me in on short notice, and she explained the billing process clearly and upfront. Her professionalism and organization made the whole experience stress-free.I'm thrilled with the service I received at Franklin Fleet and Auto. Justin's honesty, patience, and expertise, combined with Angie's efficiency and professionalism, make them a top-notch team. I didn t know great places and people like this still existed! Our family was on our summer vacation to Franklin, NC when the catalytic converters on my 20+ year old dan van decided to finally announce their departure. This happened right about Jellico hill Tennessee, and getting to Franklin on less than half engine power almost wasn t possible at times. We were able to limp it to town successfully the evening of July 2nd. Upon waking up the next morning we found almost every shop in town was closed the 3rd, and the 4th. Enterprise rent-a-car was also booked up, with no vehicles. It was very much looking like we d be stuck for a few days until we could get things sorted out. I called Franklin Fleet & Auto, and Angie immediately picked up the phone. Come to find out they were also the closest place to us in town. Angie was able to immediately give me a VERY competitive quote over the phone, which was great, understanding a catalytic converter replacement can be very costly! After they understood our situation, she graciously offered to give us a loner car until they could get ours fixed. Long story short, it is now Wednesday July 5th, and we already have our vehicle back, running better than ever! We can now enjoy the rest of our vacation, and dad can get to some fishing spots up the mountain! At no time did they try and take advantage of our situation. Being a family owned business, they wanted our family to enjoy as much of our vacation as we could, and not worry about a thing. I can t say enough how much of a help and god send they were. This was actually our 3rd vacation trip here, surprisingly to also look for property, and maybe become locals. I can honestly say that you don t need to take your vehicle anywhere else in Franklin, as they will take more than great care of you! This is just another reason we want a home here. We ll surely be back, and will definitely be using Franklin Fleet & Auto!Service: Auto exhaust system repair

I m currently sitting at Franklin Fleet and Auto Repair. The staff here is very courteous and friendly. I had a 2:00 scheduled appointment, they immediately took my car in the shop and diagnosed the problem. Within 5 minutes of them taking my car keys, I was told what was wrong, how much it would cost, and how long it would take. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND using Franklin Fleet and Auto Repair. I will definitely be using them in the future.

I am so happy to have used Franklin Fleet, Justin and Angi did an excellent job getting my van fixed, on time and at price the reasonable price quoted!What impressed me the most, Justin found that my radiator was leaking, not the hose I was told by another company. He really made me feel comfortable having him fix it, no pressure knowledgeable, and straight forward.Angi followed through with getting correct parts in and scheduling so I was only without my van for one day.They also fixed some leaky fuel line hoses, that another place messed up! I had a slow leak in my tire on my Jeep, the dealership couldn t find anything. I took it to Franklin Fleet, they took their time, and finally found a small finishing nail. Friendly and dedicated staff.

This is the best place to take your car. I was having a crazy thing going on and they figured it out. These 2 brothers are very professional and I gave them 5 stars. I would recommend this mechanic shop.

A family owned and operated business, and they stayed open late to help us Floridians get a part changed on our car. They were extremely friendly, offered drinks and we're finished in half the time they thought it would take. Wish I lived here and they could be my regular mechanic.

this is a great company for people in town and definitely out of town we are from out of town and my wife had problems with her vehicle I picked up the parts from AutoZone they gave me the wrong parts and they still had the right parts there and the vehicle fixed in no time definitely saved our vacation thank you all again for the hard work they were so good we went ahead and took my truck there as well and had to back brakes replaced on it highly recommend this company to anyone that is needing helpService: Auto maintenance
