Went from Devon in Clayton Georgia to Franklin North Carolina picked up a journey and came back to Duvall's and Clayton Georgia help was very good and polite checked everything I needed to check on the vehicle and they even put car on lift. We're very helpful got a used vehicle.

We have always had great experiences with Duvall in Franklin, but recently put $1000 down and the first car we had was having issues, so we decided to switch to a Jeep. There was a loud ticking coming from the engine and we had it looked at by their mechanics. They said that the engine was fine. Aside from the engine noise, there were other noises that were NOT normal. They have put both vehicles back on the lot and refuse to put us in something different unless we put another $1000 down. They have lost our business and they have clearly lost their passion for helping those in our community that can't buy a car from a big dealership.

Not the greatest customer service if your looking to purchase a vehicle thru Duvall of Franklin. In our experience we were promised the hold of a vehicle until Monday (due to it being a Saturday and no banks being open) we had expressed that we definitely wanted to purchase the said vehicle and were told it would be held for us, only than to find out after we had aquried the funds to purchase said vehicle (on Monday) that it was now being held for someone else because they had put money down on it. Which we would have done the same if they would have told us that. If I were you I'd just go else where very shady place to deal with.

They don't have a very good selection of vehicles. Although they will work with you on a down payment, I've been told that they don't tolerate late payments. Be cautious
