Everyone brings up the exit for the church... Honestly the exit of the church has nothing to do with their business they do fabulous work not only for the people of Franklin but for the community as a whole

I attend the church next door and this business owner blocks the only safe exit to our Ministry. He has no regard for any life that worships next door. DO NOT GIVE HIM YOUR BUSINESS!!!!! Move the mess blocking the exits so everyone can come and go in a peaceful manner.

Thieves and robbers. They charge me $1500 for towing my truck 2 mile away. He charged $200 for training he s trainee . He didn t disconnect my truck drive shaft. He lied about the price one the part. He said it was $1000 extra. And when I called Kenworth about part they said. A Automat will get it for less. Thieves. And the woman in the office didn t want to work with my warranty after they said yes they ll work with them. I end up calling a next towing company who knows what their doing and there rate was $500 and he disconnected the drive shaft. He load to the towed truck driver that am known for canceling my payments and I ve never been there before.

Disappointed that this business is blocking the only safe exit to a church my elderly family friends attend. Would truly be a better business practice to remove these obstructions for the well being of the community.

Wow, husband calls breakdown and they try to send these guys, first tech wants to to give my husband lesson on how to pronounce a towns name, then tech wants to ask my husband could they not find someone closer when it show we are within 40 miles of there location, nice job leaving us on side of highway waiting for someone closer.

Excellent
