Usually crowded especially in the afternoons. You have to join a membership in order to have your car washed it is a monthly fee. Loads of cars go through the car wash.They have over a dozen vacuums. Conveniently located on highway 74 which is also known as college avenue. Convenient for travelers of every sort. #Nc #northcarolina #travel #carwash #2024 2024

The car wash itself does a phenomenal job, the staff are always friendly and there to help when needed. Highly recommend Zips. Also the free vacuums are some of the best in the area, even the paid ones.

The lack of attention to the cars is disappointing. We've been through many different zips traveling and this is by far the worst one we've been through. Unfortunately, this is our home zips. Why don't you squirt the car off anymore or scrub the back like some zips do? The rags that are put out always smell horrible and the vacuums don't work half the time. Definitely needs better focus on customer service.

Zips is top Notch. I love everything about it. The manager is awesome and always so helpful and extremely nice. The kind of manager people love dealing with. Someone who knows the business and always has a big smile

My driver's side mirror was broken during the car wash. I explained to the employees which machine caused the breakage, and they informed me that particular machine has been broken for some time. They clearly aren't keeping up with the machines and fixing them in a timely manner in the case of equipment issues.Per their company policy, they would not reimburse for the damage. Extremely annoying for obvious reasons.I do not recommend and will never return.

It's a car wash, you have to in town to choose from when it comes to monthly membership. The only difference is the price, and how good each one does all depends on whether or not one of them runs out of supplies. I can tell you this much, zips just went up on the price of monthly membership on me. And honestly, it's not worth it now. I went thru the car wash last week, and when I went to dry my car off, there was a few scratches and alot of greese on the front driver's side. Not cool. Thinking about trying mach 1 again.

I have been to several Zips but this location is very special! I love the monthly membership and how clean my car looks. The manager that has been there since day one is amazing! Thank you Derek for your positive spirit that brightens everyone s day! Keep up the great work Forest City!

This is by far my favorite zips to take my car to!! I ve been on a monthly subscription for over a year now for all my vehicles. Very friendly. Cc machine wouldn't read my multiple cards we tried. Worker helped out and put in a code and got us through quick. Have been back numerous times because of that first interaction.

One sin most automatic washes commit is using a tiny amount of soap. Soap isn't just a cleaner, it's a lubricant for brushes on your paint. Zips literally pours it on.

On March 2nd I took my 2018 Buick thru the carwash and the manager haley told me that she saw on their video that the machine broke my side rear view mirror and to file a claim. I recieved the verdict that they dont pay for side rear mirrors. Dont go here, they admit they break ur car, and refuse to pay for it. Im so very disappointed in this company. We have been members for a year, only to be treated like this.Service: Polishing

Just moved to the area and was happy to find a great car wash! I got the monthly package per Derek and I am super happy with it. I just stop by once or twice a week and get my car cleaned off. Takes about 5 minutes even with a little bit of a line.10/10 would recommend. Ask for Derek! He s the best!Services: Vacuuming, Auto interior vacuuming

Excellent auto car wash center in Forest City. Always fast and courteous, the staff always makes sure I'm happy with the results. They explained the savings with a membership despite my resistance to things like that I signed up and have been using it since they opened. Great car wash and even better customer service!!The way every business should be run. We are visiting from Maine to get away from the winter blizzard (20 inches plus of snow coming)And are car was covered in dirt.They went out of their way to make sure we were happy with how clean the car was after the wash.Couldn't be happier!!

Our experience with the Zips in Forest City has been nothing short of amazing! With the monthly plan, it's so easy to always keep our cars clean, and the free vacuum and towels are so practical and an added benefit. But what makes the experience even more exceptional is the staff! That's what you call top-notch customer service!! Ethan and Derek and the team really go the extra mile! Keep up the good work!

This Zips is great! The staff always does a really good job pre-washing. There are always plenty of towels and cleaning spray available.
