You use to be able to come In and just get some tires, now u have yo make a appointment days in advanced. They ruined something nice

I came in for a oil change today they refused to change my oil cause my dip stick and Iv had my oil changed in same car several times here the young people don t wanna do their job I ll change my own from now on

This was the best experience at the auto center I have ever had. It was less than � hour from start to finish. I didn't have an appt until I walked in, on a Saturday morning. They were knowledgeable and knew how to do their job well and quickly

While they may have good prices on tires and not a long wait, dont ask them to take THEIR tires off your rims and put on new rims! My tires are only about 2 months that I bought from THEM and they wont touch them! What kind of BS is that?! Not going back ever again!

I bought four new tires and a service plan for them. The lady that cheked me in was very nice and knowledgeable. I did not have to wait too long at all.

I am one of four cars parked outside the car care center since about 15 minutes before opening and after 15 minutes past when they were supposed to open it is still closed with not so much as a store representative coming outside to tell us anything. Another person called and was told that none of the technicians showed up. But they still have yet to come outside and tell anything to the customers.

It was hard to decide between 2 or 3 stars. Everything, IMO, about Walmart, be it auto or store-wise, is what I would term adequate. Period. Automotive was no different.It was a rainy day and I needed an oil change. When I pulled up to the service bays they had no current customers. There was a man who saw me sitting there for 5 minutes and finally he left. Then I saw a lady and I rolled down my window and asked her how long the wait was for an oil change. She instructed me to go to a different bay and there she finally checked me in. She was polite but rather cold. it didn't seem like anybody there wanted to have customers. Don't go to Walmart expecting warm fuzzies; you won't find that there.

Only worth it if you ask for the "Pitt Stop" oil change for $19, NOT the standard. There are places where people who ACTUALLY know about cars will give oil changes for cheaper than the standard price. The standard oil change takes forever because they don't know what they're doing

Everywhere online and even on the door it says till 7pm. Came in at 5:30pm and was told they couldn't do a oil change, despite no one else being there, and to come back tomorrow cause they close at 6pm till they get more help. update your hours online!!!! Please!!! Pretty frustrated despite it not really being anyone in the stores fault.

Dont answer the phone just rings continuously then disconnects your call, gonna drive to Costco instead

Friendly and clean. Understaffed right now but they do the best they can. Not another walmart tire center open for at least 60 miles. So good but sluggish. Plan to stick around.

Took an hour to just do a simple oil change when there was only one other car being worked on. Only one person working while the others walked around doing nothing. Nothing could get done because he kept having to stop and register other cars after me. I probably won't be coming back.

Took my car in for an oil change and they never bolted my splash guard on correctly. So I took it back to them and all they did was zip tie it back in instead of fixing their screw up. It wasn't like that when I took it to them, so why do I have to get it back that way. I think it's BS that you take a car somewhere that's supposed to be trusted and they damage your stuff.

Closed and said they don't do tires right now and I needed a oil change and couldn't even get that I usely go here for everthing

They had a deal on tires. I was in and out in no time. Tires are about a 7/10. Good warranty

These employees are much more friendly and accommodating than the employees inside the store at the registers and the service desk.
